I've heard they're full of gopniks and are of very cheap construction quality. So, the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors talking, blasting music on their stereo, fucking, smell their cooking, etc. Apparently this is why slavs hang carpets on their walls. A lot of them also have deferred maintenance dating back to the early 90s so the electricity and plumbing are all fucked up and they're full of leaks and pests.
That's just how my co-workers from Russia and Bulgaria described them. Maybe they're not all like that, or they're better in other countries, idk. But, tbh, my condo in the US isn't much better. I have to listen to my normie neighbors constantly playing their shitty music and fucking each other and it makes me want to go full adam lanza and kill all of them. My neighborhood is infested with hobos and my building has tons of plumbing problems and other shit going on that I get assessed for on my association fees when it needs to get fixed.
