The Ahriman or Aryaman figurine points to the "trapping" of the soul in a material body. However, there is no actual trap, it is a little hard to explain how it works. The soul is actually a home, your ego lives inside this home, and the physical body is a interface with the material black cube, it feeds information from it into a algorithmic cube which is external to it. You have two icosaedrons, one inside the other, and inside each there is a cube, the smaller cube is the black cube, and the bigger one is the grey cube which stores information. The serpent around your body is the serpent of the kundalini, or caduceus, but unless you have a causal body to store it, you will keep returning due to debt, having your ego absorbed by the white light from the inner icosaedron and the information by the outer. This is the same light from the stars, the white light on the end of the tunnel in nde is the light of the sun. In the fourth spatial dimension the cores of the stars are actual holes in a black membrane. Hence why initiation was important, because it creates a causal body, and when this body matures, the serpent is awakened, the information is then stored inside the causal body and not wasted by the light. The Ahriman figurine shows this process coming into being, as the lion head represents the heart, the circulatory system, which is associated with the first aspect of the anima (the inner shakti), the second aspect being the nervous system and the third and fourth aspects the respiratory system. Ahriman is called a demon because the controllers dont want people to hold this information and this could free too many slaves. But as per solipsism, the cube can be collapsed and chained inside a new structure, as a relic from your past life.
