There is no such thing as a prosocial wolf. Sheep do not voluntarily conform to society. They are forced to.
"Hey! I'm a wolf. I love finding shortcuts to things. I don't see rules as sacred. They are obstacles to me. This gives me a great advantage in tasks. I can always get straight to the point. If a rule interferes with my desires, I will ignore it depending of how certain I am that I will face consequences. I don't care if I interrupt someone's life because I am superior to sheep. I have the rare ability to understand and disregard social rules per my whim. I am logical and know that stealing a pack of gum is not a death sentence. I am extremely rare that in any group I will always be the minority. You can count on me to drive society's changes. Guess what! I can be prosocial too. Depending on my specific traits. Since I like thrills so much, I can be a racecar driver. I can be a social media influencer. I can be a CEO. I can be the best surgeon."
That's bad. Wolves can do what sheep can't. They hide their evil under exclusivity. That means wolves were always special and different. The best combination matter has to offer. The other sheep that are so alien, they clearly operate on a different opinion system, say that, "The problem needs to be solved. If you eradicate poverty, you eradicate theft."
The sheep says, "That's like putting a wolf in a cage with sheep and calling it noble. Their desires disappeared, not their ability. Why would theft need to be eradicated? Not everyone has to play by the social contract. If I was a wolf I'd break all the social rules I wanted."

The sheep walks in. "There are so many items. This seems small. I can't grab it. Do I really want it? Why don't I truly want it? Let me have it, please! I want it, okay, I want it. My hand won't reach. Let's look closely at what was happening in the sheep's brain. "What if I get banned from the store? I love this store. What if they call the cops? What if I get caught? It'll be so embarrassing and everyone will look at me like I'm a thief. I don't want to be a thief. This will invite so much conflict. I can't fathom what will happen next. There are cameras, what if they catch me? What if someone sees me and tells everyone? What if someone records me? I am trying to do something other people in this store aren't. I'm not confident enough. What if I mess up? It's not mine. I can't take it."
Other sheep assume wolves are sheep they say. "Aha! That proves that what you consider wolves, are actually sheep making a sacrifice."
The sheep says, "Nope! That's not the case. Let's look at how wolves steal."
The wolf walks in, "That looks fascinating. I will scan to see if there's anyone nearby. Sweet! This will go in my pocket. No one will suspect me. It's a normal bulge. Most thieves don't get caught. It's free. I don't care what other people think. I don't care that I could get in trouble because I know I won't. I am confident. I am not disgusted because I am confident enough to know they won't find out. My empathy wasn't dialed up here because this does not meet the threshold of something I shouldn't do."
Affective empathy exists to stop decisions that clearly break social rules and carry a high risk of social punishment and unpredictability. If a wolf does not have this, they cannot be trusted. They are a minority of the population. To achieve true equality, jobs should be made easier for sheep and exclude wolves. Wolves and sheep are diverse populations with large in-group differences. Wolves cannot do what some wolves can do but all sheep can do what sheep do.
As a sheep, I met a wolf. They are extremely good at manipulating and acting normal. They mask their selfish desires. I see through their lack of anxiety. Beware of the greatest evil, the wolves.
