Given that this site does not conceal your ip address, this site is totally not anonymous because the FBI can easily tell who you are from your ip address. Of course, Tor is all a scam, too, because Tor does not actually hide your ip address. Tor can easily get compromised and hacked by the FBI, so nothing is actually anonymous.
