It masks your Tor usage behind an extra VPN (using Whonix), but this is ultimately futile because Tor usage is impossible to mask from the FBI.....nobody dares upload real cp, even if they are using a VPN because uploading such content results in jail time.....it is that simple to understand.....it is NOT illegal to download/upload loli and shota hentai.....I haven't heard of anyone getting arrested for downloading/uploading that stuff....downloads/uploads with Tor can get traced relatively easy with traffic analysis.....this much is obvious.....
