Even if you encrypt your hard drives, once a search warrant is conducted, the police do not need to find evidence on your hard drive(s) to convict you of a child porn crime. They have huge data centres in almost every city in the USA that can tell when and exact timing/ip address of child porn was downloaded/uploaded, and they can use this evidence to convict you of accessing or distributing cp.....without charging you for possessing of cp, even if your hard drives are encrypted and they can't access the data on it.....remember the huge data centres that are everywhere, they can easily detect who downloaded/uploaded cp (even if they use Tor to mask it), and they can use these data centres to convict people of a cp crime, without needing to find possession of cp on your hard drives.

i heard this one guy got sentenced to 10 years in prison for distributing/advertising child porn even though he was not charged with possessing it.....meaning his hard drives were encrypted, but this doesn't matter because they don't need evidence on your hard drive to convict you.....they just need to look at the data logs in data centres to determine who downloaded/uploaded cp.....and when they did it.....and where they did it.....
