The way it would work in terms of inheritance of slaves (women and children) would be the same as for any other property.

So any guilty of that would be sent away to a penal colony along with everything and everyone that they own, to live in exile until deceased never to return as they would be permanently banished. Though in that penal colony they could live as they please and would be like their own sovereign country as long as they do not rebel against their status as a penal colony built specifically for those guilty of faggotry, or for expressing a credible intention/desire of committing faggotry in the future.
By making the punishment mere removal to a place that is rather pleasurable to them, it would encourage closetted fags to turn themselves in and volunteer to be transported out, rather than hiding in an underground and spreading their corrosive influence that way.
