The problem I had with gooning is that it wasn't an appetite that I satiated, it was a hunger that consumed me the more I fed it. The more I did it, the more I would feel the pull that lust had over me. When I don't do it for a really long time, I genuinely don't have the urge. But when I'm bored, alone at home with nothing to do, and let it into my life, it wants more and more out of me. Then I'm getting bricked at inappropriate times when I'm out with friends or at work for a week afterwards, and it destroys my confidence when I'm around women.

That anxiety you got there- that there's a DEMON. It's scary because it's more powerful than you and it hates you to your core. Only with the power of being baptized as a follower of Jesus can you successfully confront it. But doing that, you'll be able to. You can face your fears down. Then it becomes like seeing a spider. Scary, yes, but something you can ultimately vanquish with enough skill and wisdom and then go about your day.
