Q, can we stop these monster Hurricanes? It feels like weather manipulation. We have been through Hurricane Michael and now Sally. We are tired, and many have lost everything again. Help us if you can, please, we are exhausted just like the east coast. We may see another system next weekend across the Gulf Coast, taking either the same or a similar path as Sally. The activity and training storms one after the other doesn't feel natural.

We already know they have DEW's so how hard would it be for them to manipulate the weather??
