Here is how Twitter locks you out. Without making it explicit. They tell you that you need to verify your account, that means answering a captcha and "verifying" your phone number. However, the verification code SMS never comes - no matter how hard you re-try. In this way, they can lock out patriots without explicitly saying that they are locking us out.
