Belated blessed Corpus Christi, everyone.
"Symbolism will be their downfall." Perhaps the contrary is true: symbolism will be our uplift.
Of course, not all symbols are bad ones. Letters are symbols. Words are symbols. The vocal sounds we make in spoken language are symbols: i.e., something used to stand as a representation for something else. Even our own thoughts are often symbols: as we often form images, sounds and other sensations in our mind which represent things outside of our skulls. With that in mind, below is a work which explains some of the ancient cultural symbolism which still carries forward prominently to our present modern culture. It's good to be aware of the symbols within our milieu. Hopefully it will be of help.
