This may be nothing, but at my local convenience store, I noticed all the lottery tickets were gone. I asked the cashier, and she joked that she was told by her manager, that "All scratcher ticket delivery trucks were being targeted and robbed, and that is they won't deliver." I say joked, because she said "it doesn't make sense, the criminals are idiots, us merchants have to activate them first or they won't work."
On my way home it hit me. That's if they
didn't have a vendor, which they might've. This would have to be massively coordinated. That would also require someone on inside high up at CALotto.
Worth a look, could be nothing. Could be YUGE. Look specifically for packs that were activated at a location not intended.
