Please stop sharing this photo as verified evidence. I admittedly did the same thing, and shared it on Twitter without fact-checking it. Yes, it's MSDNC, but not how they reported it. Someone made this, with a watermark above their logo, to see if it would get shared. After I posted it on Twitter, the person that originally made it, showed me their watermarks above the logo. I immediately deleted the tweet after zooming in and discovering the actually visible watermarks. It's easy to believe something, when you want or need it to be true. Please be careful everyone, so we're not part of the problem, as much as the solution.

Maybe Q posted this to illustrate how dangerous twitter's selective fact check warnings can be, when they're clearly used to interfere when a mainstream narrative is challenged, but not when the narrative is supported with a deliberately deceptive fake video clip.
