What Anons need to do is form a Small Business Legal Defense fund, so that all of the small business owners in America can pay a hundred bucks and be guaranteed legal coverage in the event the local governments get aggressive, tyrannical, and stupid.
I have seen this work twice before in the history of the US. The Defense Funds not only work to protect Constitutional Rights. America would not be the same without them.
The idea started with the parents who decided to home school their children because of the horrors of public education.
The Home schooling parents use to be raided by Swat teams, and have their kids taken, until they created the Home school Defense Fund. Today, if you home school your children, and the state or locals show up at your door, you have an instant attorney guaranteed to defend you, and go after the government for abusing your Constitutional right to educate your children yourself.

The Defense Fund also stopps states from passing unconstitutional laws that make home schooling illegal. It is a little over 100.00 a year to join.

Then came the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund:
Amish farmers were having their license to sell their milk taken away from their farms because they would sell a gallon to a neighbor or friend or someone who asked to have raw milk to process at home.
Those shipping vegetables direct to others by the box were also hit by the Ag departments for selling direct to consumers.
They started the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense fund, that still protects your right to buy from farms today.

Now it takes a bit of paper work, and you need to find a really great lawyer to write it up, but, I would encourage all small business anons in Constitutionally abused states to rapidly get together in their state, and create a Small Business Legal Defense Fund…. and KNOW the lawyer you start with.
Do not take a lawyer from on line. The first thing (((they))) will do is try to send in an insurgent lawyer. Get one started in a state with a good Constitutional lawyer that the business community knows by past actions, and start a Legal Defense fund for the benefit of everyone who will be SWAT teamed over the next six months. Once the paperwork is done (couple weeks) make an announcement that goes across state lines, and have other small businesses join with the nominal fee.
Collectively, it puts a law firm on retainer for everyone who joins.
It's time to start suing the government for it's Unconstitutional activities, and hit them hard. No business owner should be at risk of being ruined for exercising his or her Constitutional right to have and run a business. The Covid war is OVER, when we make them face the courtrooms. Leave no American Small business owner behind. Together, you all are strong.
