The DNC wasn't hacked by Russia. That was the narrative to the people. D's couldn't say SR took them, that would point back to D's during the murder investigation.

The reason the FBI didn't lead the investigation because they never thought HRC would lose. So they had no intentions on taking the alleged "Russian" hack serious.

If the FBI has the forensic images from the DNC systems why haven't they conducted another review? Do they even have the forensic images? They would need these for evidentiary purposes if they were going to prosecute someone.

Is this why all charges dropped against those initially charged?

CS even pulled away from the narrative about the emails being exfil'd during the alleged hack.

However, if the DNC hacked by Russia happened, that would mean CS allowed it to be because CS was monitoring the DNC servers with their Falcon software.

If that is the case, they just let Russia exfil data and muck around on the systems?

Highly unlikely.
