Just putting this theory out there to see if any Anons think it makes sense. If there is intelligent life through the Cosmos then there has to be good and evil intelligent life as well; just as there are good and evil human beings on this earth. There are proportionately more good humans than evil humans. I believe this proportion of good and evil humans has been steady for most of humankind’s history except for the last century. Just putting this theory out there to see if any Anons think it makes sense.
