Bear with me. This might sound really far out and feels risky. Trying to predict/ project this unfolding situation:

Consider

[Their] plan is to fully infect the people in the USA. The only risk I see by being fully infected is if everyone infected becomes susceptible to next gen bio-warfare (disrupting infected lung tissue cells using energy transmission = death). A deep state adversary would try to covertly hold the American people hostage while negotiating terms with our government for ransom (random would be freedom and status quo). That's the only reason I see Trump submitting to this economic shut down while standing with the enemy for press briefings every day, (to prevent a critical mass population from becoming infected).

I don't know for sure but these patents seem to be compartmentalized research to achieve this type of capability. Please shoot holes in this theory.
