A technical report from the University of Michigan offers a stunningly simple theory for the source of the Cuban “sonic attack”: a pair of eavesdropping devices too close to each other and tripping the ultrasound that ironically was supposed to make their presence quiet.

These employees, along with three Canadians, reported dizziness, cognitive difficulties, headaches, and hearing loss, among other medical issues, according to an official statement made by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. The victims of what was being termed a “sonic attack” reported hearing a high-pitched sound that made them physically ill.

In December, the AP reported that patients showed “unprecedented” neurological damage, with hearing loss, memory problems, and cognitive issues. This prompted further speculation as to what the “sonic terror” device was: Some thought it was an advanced Russian tool that was sneaked into the embassy; others thought it was poisoning. A Cuban panel of scientists thought the “psychogenesis” was brought about by stress.

To add to the confusion, doctors weren’t sure either what was going on. In a preliminary report published in JAMA, physicians treating the patients could only say a “novel mechanism” caused the neurological damage. A companion report in JAMA published last month came to no conclusion as to what could possibly be causing the neurological damage patients had suffered.

But in the technical report published from the University of Michigan on Thursday, Fu and his colleagues came up with a totally different, less spy-novella-ish technical mishap, not a “sonic attack” at all.

The joke around here is that if you die and go to hell, you still gotta change planes in Atlanta. It's geographically desirable. This factor can't be mitigated.

Third, how about all those 80,000 employees, including 12,000 *pilots*. You move the buildings and the airplanes, and you have to move the already (expensively) trained employees. A bunch of them will quit or retire because they don't want to move, so then you have to beef up HR to hire and train a ton of NEW employees. Oh, and they have unions. Good luck with the union management, because they are coming for you.

Fourth, Delta has codesharing agreements with twenty other airlines from all over the world. How are those contracts worded? If Delta leaves ATL, must the contracts be renegotiated (money for lawyers), and if you pull that off, is it guaranteed that all 20 of them want to continue the codeshare? What is that terrifying sucking noise? It is the profit margin, being swept out into the ocean, never to be seen again.

I could go on, but the key thing is these articles are written by wet-behind-the-ears interns (because the media is bleeding itself to death, and young employees work cheap) and they don't know shit. Those kids, however earnest, do not and cannot have the institutional memory of anyone familiar with the business history of a company like Delta, and particularly not if they're not even FROM Atlanta and don't know any more about it than Timbuktu. The human resources outcome would be a volcanic shitshow, and I am telling you that based on what my buddy, a retired Delta captain, said: "Move? Fuck that, I just got the kitchen renovated."

This is enough to make any CEO want to commit hara-kiri. Nobody wants to ride herd on a pointless, bottom-line destroying move. Top management would be completely destroyed, because it's not like any other company would touch them for committing such a New Coke atrocity.

Based on a group known as 'The Inquiry', a group of 150 intellectuals pulled together to advise Woodrow Wilson on the postwar period after WWI.

The brainchild of the CFR was Woodrow Wilson's closest advisor, the engimatic 'Colonel' Edward M. House. It's primary early purpose was how change America's predominantly isolationist mindset.

What is the highly secretive 'War and Peace Studies Group'?

OK, so I'm a new anon, late to the party :(

I can't "get" the graphics, I'm more of a textfag, need help

is there anywhere a list of the posers Q has posted that haven't yet been 'solved'? Preferably alongside the answers to those that have? I've tried reading the previous notable posts, I've read the 'map' pdf from anonfiles, I've looked at the graphics and tried to process them but they just mash my head - I know I'm asking a lot here but any help appreciated

when reading up I kept connecting dots but they were Q's posts from weeks or even months ago and tho I've tried to 'catch up' it is easier said than done. there's a wealth of information to read/analyze/dot connect already out there

as an example, Q kept asking (and I don't know if fully answered yet)

Thus, I am going to hypothesize that our QMAP doesn’t plot current events so much as it does document territory (or in this case, events) that have already occurred, excepting our [5] POTUS tweet markers which appear to reflect TODAY’s events and possibly [0] POTUS tweet markers as they have on occasion indicated the completion and announcement of some event (as in the case of the JFK files being released.)

With this in mind, this is how our QMAP might read: Our [15] sequence begins on 11/01; on 11/02 we are provided Δ -23, Δ -27, and Δ -32 meaning they are in the queue; these events would be given standby orders on 11/03 with [1]. On 11/4 we are given Δ -21 which means it is next in the queue; then on 02/24 our “mirror day” to 11/05 we are given [1]. I believe this indicates that Δ -21 went on standby 11/05. Similarly, on that same day 11/05, we are given Δ -22, Δ -22, and Δ -14 as our next events in queue. On 03/01 which is our “mirror day” to 11/10 we receive a [1] which I believe shows that a standby order for these three events was initiated on 11/10. Future proves past???
