I’m not joking about this. President Trump literally calls attention to Morgan Ortagus “intelligence” background, and you only need to see USAID in her resume’ to understand what that means in relation to her conversion to Judaism.
Only a small number of Americans understand therelationship between the U.S. State Dept (DoS) and the Central Intelligence Agency(CIA). However, as more people understand how these two agencies operate, then people have a much more accurate context for how both agencies are viewed by the rest of the world.
Almost every deployed CIA operative has a cover profile within the State Dept. Theforeign service missions of the DoS and CIA are so enmeshedthere is literally no way to separate the functions of their agencies. [Go back to the Benghazi Attack for an operational reference] CIA/DoS have to be viewed through the prism of connection.
To better understand this concept, I use the following metaphor:
♦ The U.S State Dept and CIA operation is like a restaurant. The Dept of State is the front of the restaurant, with the Secretary as the Maitre D’. The CIA is the back of the restaurant, the kitchen. The CIA Director is the Chef. The consulates are the wait staff. USAID are the food runners. The Dept of Defense are the bus boys.
The tables and chairs are assigned by the Maitre D’ according to their value. Countries viewed as more important get the best tables. The menus offered to each nation are completely different. Israel has a table in the kitchen. To get the best experience, tips (bribes) are required for everyone, from the parking valets outside, to the sommelier, to the server.Currently, Ukraine is the biggest tipper.

Russia intercepts eight US-supplied ATACMS missiles
The latest Ukrainian attack on Belgorod Region will elicit an appropriate response, the Russian Defense Ministry has said
Ukrainian forces have carried out a new long-range attack on Belgorod Region using eight US-made ATACMS ballistic missiles, all of which were shot down, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday.
The incoming munitions were repelled by Russia’s S-400 and Pantsir-SM air defense systems, the military said. The ministry did not provide any information about the exact target of the attack or about any damage or casualties that may have been inflicted.
“The actions of the Kiev regime, supported by its Western handlers, will elicit retaliatory measures,” the military stressed.
Over the past few weeks, Ukrainian forces have repeatedly carried out long-range attacks on internationally-recognized Russian territory using various Western-supplied weaponry, including US-made ATACMS ballistic and French-British cruise missiles. The strikes came after some of Kiev’s Western backers lifted the restrictions they had imposed on the use of the long-range weaponry they had provided.
Moscow has repeatedly warned that such attacks make the US-led NATO bloc a direct party to the conflict, pointing out that Ukraine would be unable to deploy such high-precision weapons without the involvement of Western specialists.
Russia has carried out retaliatory strikes against numerous targets across Ukraine in response to the strikes. It also battle-tested its new intermediate-range hypersonic ballistic missile system dubbed Oreshnik in late November. The system was used to strike Yuzhmash, a sprawling military industrial plant in the Ukrainian city of Dnepr. The warheads carried by an Oreshnik missile can travel at ten times the speed of sound and cannot be intercepted by any existing air defense systems, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Starting with a Dirac operator on a configuration space of SU(2) gauge connections we consider its fluctuations with inner automorphisms. We show that a certain type of twisted inner fluctuations leads to a Dirac operator whose square gives the Hamiltonian of Yang-Mills quantum field theory coupled to a fermionic sector that consist of one-form fermions. We then show that if a metric exists on the underlying three-dimensional manifold then there exists a change of basis of the configuration space for which the transformed fermionic sector consists of fermions that are no-longer one-forms.

A fluctuated Dirac operator on a configuration space
In our new paper we present an alternative — and possibly better — solution. What we have found is that if we apply the mechanism of unification, which Chamseddine and Connes found, to our setting with a configuration space, then we obtain a new and powerful tool of unification that appears to tie together (at least in part) the three fundamental pillars of contemporary high-energy physics that I mentioned above. In particular, it involves quantum theory and quantised fields at a fundamental level⁶.
So what we do is to rotate our Dirac operator (the original Dirac operator on the configuration space, not the Bott-Dirac operator) and thereby obtain a new so-called fluctuated Dirac operator. And what we have found is that this operator gives us the building blocks of bosonic and fermionic quantum field theory when we take its square without us having to add any additional terms.
Now, there are some technical details that I need to mention here (and if anyone already feels exhausted from too much math-lingo then I think it’s best to skip this part). First of all, it turns out that the rotation of the Dirac operator, that we need, is not exactly the same as what Chamseddine and Connes did. In order to get the right result we need to add a certain ‘twist’ to the rotation⁷. This twist is a mathematically very subtle thing that we do not yet fully understand the significance of. I will not attempt to explain this here but simply refer the interested reader to our paper. Secondly, it has to be emphasised that the entire geometrical construction on the configuration space is a highly delicate matter that still remains to be fully explored. We have outlined how such a construction can be accomplished and proven that it exists rigorously in a few special cases, but much work remains to be done.
