It's known that big food (in cahoots with big pharma) hires scientist to find ways to make food more addictive and less healthy.
Addiction is a powerful thing to overcome.
You can put down the bottle or the drugs and go on with life.
But you have to put a fork in your mouth every day making it extremely difficult to overcome.
Especially if you bought the lies about food and are uneducated about it.
Not saying it cannot be done, but it is very difficult for most.
