Twitter (X) Suspends Pro-Life Democrat’s Account, Censors Video Showing Babies Killed in Abortions

Twitter has censored a campaign ad and locked the presidential campaign account of Terrisa Bukovinac, a pro-life Democrat who is challenging Joe Biden for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.

Bukovinac is the founder of both Pro-Life San Francisco and Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU). She is running for president to expose the extreme position that Joe Biden and other Democratic elected officials have on sanctity-of-life issues.

Last year, Bukovinac and another pro-life activist, Lauren Handy, recovered the remains of more than 115 aborted children outside a Washington, D.C., abortion facility. Five of the children were fully formed, and there is evidence that these aborted children may have been victims of partial-birth abortions — a violation of federal law. That said, there has been no formal investigation into the deaths of these preborn children.

One of the reasons that Bukovinac is running for president is to keep the memory of these aborted babies alive. The censored campaign ad includes graphic images of the remains of these children. Indeed, Twitter stated that the account was locked because it violated rules against “posting media depicting gratuitous gore.” (Note: Twiter (X) has not censored a LifeNews tweet featuring Bukovinac’s graphic commercial.)

Of course, the decision by Twitter to censor the ad and lock Bukovinac’s campaign account smacks of hypocrisy. Elon Musk has described himself as a “free-speech absolutist.” He said he bought Twitter to create a space where “a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner.”

Furthermore, on Twitter it is certainly easy to find graphic images of violence against Israeli civilians. Twitter needs to reverse its position and reinstate Bukovinac’s campaign account.

Pro-lifers have effectively used graphic images to sway public opinion in the past. Ads and pamphlets with images of aborted children helped Michigan pro-lifers defeat a proposition that would have legalized abortion in 1972. In 1976, pro-life Democrat Ellen McCormack ran for president in part to run pro-life ads on television. Because McCormack was a federal candidate, television stations were required to run the pro-life ads produced by her campaign. Bukovinac, who is on the ballot in New Hampshire, plans to use the same strategy to highlight the injustice of abortion.

Congress Reviews Plan to Facilitate Ethnic Cleansing of Palestinians From Gaza

The proposal calls for the US to condition aid to Arab countries on their willingness to accept Palestinian refugees from Gaza

Israel Hayom reported last week that some members of Congress have reviewed a plan to condition US aid to Arab countries on their willingness to accept refugees from Gaza, which would facilitate the Israeli goal of cleansing the territory of Palestinians.

The proposal was shown to key figures in the House and Senate, but the report did not say who submitted the plan. The proposal calls for conditioning aid to Egypt, Turkey, Yemen, and Iraq and even details how many Palestinians each country should take.

The plan proposes that one million Palestinians go to Egypt, half a million to Turkey, 250,000 to Iraq, and another 250,000 to Yemen. In total, the plan outlines the expulsion of two million Palestinians from Gaza, nearly all of the 2.3 million Palestinians that live there.

In October, a document drafted by Israel’s Intelligence Ministry was leaked to the media and outlined several proposals for a post-war Gaza. The document said the best option for Israel would be to expel all the Palestinians in Gaza to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula and create a “sterile” buffer zone in Egyptian territory.

The biggest impediment to the Israeli desire to push all of the Palestinians into Egypt is the strong opposition from Cairo, which repeatedly stated it would not allow a large influx of refugees into its territory. Egypt’s position has led Israeli officials to look to other countries to accept the Palestinians it wishes to expel.

In a recent op-ed for The Wall Street Journal, two Israeli members of the Knesset called for Western countries to accept Palestinian refugees. Israeli Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel penned a similar op-ed for The Jerusalem Post that proposed the “voluntary resettlement” of Palestinians in Gaza to other countries around the world.

Jonathan Paul Luna (October 21, 1965 – December 4, 2003) was an American lawyer found dead under mysterious circumstances in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania while serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in Baltimore, Maryland. Luna had been stabbed 36 times with his own pocketknife and then drowned in a creek next to his car in rural Lancaster County. Investigations have proven inconclusive, and there is debate on whether Luna's death was murder or suicide.

At 11:38 pm on the night he died, Luna left the Baltimore courthouse and went northeast on I-95. He used his E-ZPass on I-95 into Delaware but not on the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Turnpikes. After three toll interchanges, he switched to buying toll tickets.

At 12:57 am, $200 was withdrawn from Luna's bank account from the ATM at the JFK Plaza service center near Newark, Delaware. At 2:47 am he crossed the Delaware River toll bridge to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and at 3:20 am his debit card bought gas at the Sunoco King of Prussia service plaza.

At 4:04 am his car exited the turnpike at the Reading-Lancaster interchange. The toll ticket had a spot of his blood on it suggesting that he was already injured. His car was parked at the back of the Sensenig & Weaver Well Drilling company at 1439 Dry Tavern Road, Denver, Pennsylvania (Brecknock Township) before it was later driven into the creek.

At 5:00 am the first employee of Sensenig & Weaver arrived, and half an hour later at 5:30 am the car was noticed, with its lights off and the front end into the stream. Blood was smeared over the driver's door and the front left of the car. Luna was face down in the stream under the car engine. He was wearing a suit and a black overcoat with his court ID around his neck. A pool of blood was found on the rear seat floor. Although stabbed 36 times with his own pocketknife around the chest and neck plus a head injury, the death was due to drowning.[2]

No suspects or motive for murder were determined. The federal authorities (FBI) lean toward calling it a suicide and came to the conclusion he was alone from the time he left his office until his body was found,[3] but the local Lancaster County authorities, including two successive coroners, ruled it a homicide. Additional evidence collected during the investigation captured a second blood type and a partial print, as well as some grainy footage from near the time of the gas station purchase made with Luna's credit card at the Sunoco service plaza.[4] The investigation remains ongoing, and there is an unclaimed federal reward of $100,000 for information leading to a conviction.

It was initially reported that Luna did not have the expected substantial defense wounds on his hands and that many of the wounds are shallow which are called "hesitation" wounds in a suicide victim. Some suggested motives for suicide were that Luna was to take a polygraph test concerning $36,000 which disappeared from a bank robbery case that he had prosecuted.[5] Luna had a charge card which his wife, Angela, did not know about.[6] His name was on an Internet dating site and he had a $25,000 credit card debt.[6] There is also an accidental suicide theory that Luna was fabricating a kidnapping and attack and that he went too far.

Homicide

The Lancaster County coroner who performed the autopsy ruled Luna's death a homicide by drowning.[7] Luna left his glasses, which he needed to drive, and his cell phone on his desk. He had called defense attorneys earlier in the night saying he would fax over documents that night but they never arrived. The pool of blood in the back seat would suggest Luna was in back and someone else was driving.[citation needed]

Inquest

In early February 2007, a private investigator and an attorney, both hired by Luna's family, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus in order to force the Lancaster County coroner to conduct an inquest into Luna's death, after an earlier request was declined.[8]

The world's largest options market says it is investigating reports of unusual trading activity before last week's terrorist attacks in New York and Washington.

The Chicago Board Options Exchange declined to discuss the investigation.

But an independent check of publicly available options trading records shows unidentified investors placed exceptionally high numbers of put options - bets that prices would fall - on the stocks of United and American, the two airlines targeted in the attacks. There was no such trend involving other carriers.

The statement comes amid widespread international efforts by investigators and regulators to determine whether terrorists tried to profit from stock and option trading ahead of the attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon.

On Monday, Germany's stock market regulator said it was looking into claims of suspicious short-selling just before the September 11 attacks.

The Chicago exchange, which often investigates reports of suspicious trading linked to possible advance knowledge of takeovers or mergers, declined to elaborate on the investigation.

The stocks of about 1,400 companies along with 38 stock-based indexes all nose-dived in the aftermath of the attacks, which would have meant substantial profits for anyone who had bet on their decline by buying put options or through short-selling. Short-sellers borrow stock and sell it in anticipation of buying it back later at a lower price.

In the days before the attacks, unusually high numbers of put options were purchased for the stocks of AMR Corp and UAL Corp, the parent companies of American Airlines and United Airlines, which each had two planes hijacked.

On September 6-7, when there was no significant news or stock price movement involving United, the Chicago exchange handled 4,744 put options for UAL stock compared with just 396 call options - bets that the price will rise. On September 10, an uneventful day for American, the volume was 748 calls and 4,516 puts, based on a check of option trading records.

On Monday, the first day of trading following the attacks, shares of AMR fell 39% and UAL stock plunged 42%.
