A whistleblower has come forward with an explosive new trove of documents, rivaling or exceeding the Twitter Files and Facebook Files in scale and importance. They describe the activities of an “anti-disinformation” group called the Cyber Threat Intelligence League, or CTIL, that officially began as the volunteer project of data scientists and defense and intelligence veterans but whose tactics over time appear to have been absorbed into multiple official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The CTI League documents offer the missing link answers to key questions not addressed in the Twitter Files and Facebook Files. Combined, they offer a comprehensive picture of the birth of the “anti-disinformation” sector, or what we have called the Censorship Industrial Complex.

The whistleblower's documents describe everything from the genesis of modern digital censorship programs to the role of the military and intelligence agencies, partnerships with civil society organizations and commercial media, and the use of sock puppet accounts and other offensive techniques.

"Lock your shit down," explains one document about creating "your spy disguise.”

Another explains that while such activities overseas are "typically" done by "the CIA and NSA and the Department of Defense," censorship efforts "against Americans" have to be done using private partners because the government doesn't have the "legal authority."

The whistleblower alleges that a leader of CTI League, a “former” British intelligence analyst, was “in the room” at the Obama White House in 2017 when she received the instructions to create a counter-disinformation project to stop a "repeat of 2016."

Over the last year, Public, Racket, congressional investigators, and others have documented the rise of the Censorship Industrial Complex, a network of over 100 government agencies and nongovernmental organizations that work together to urge censorship by social media platforms and spread propaganda about disfavored individuals, topics, and whole narratives.

The US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Information Security Agency (CISA) has been the center of gravity for much of the censorship, with the National Science Foundation financing the development of censorship and disinformation tools and other federal government agencies playing a supportive role.

Emails from CISA’s NGO and social media partners show that CISA created the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) in 2020, which involved the Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO) and other US government contractors. EIP and its successor, the Virality Project (VP), urged Twitter, Facebook and other platforms to censor social media posts by ordinary citizens and elected officials alike.

Despite the overwhelming evidence of government-sponsored censorship, it had yet to be determined where the idea for such mass censorship came from. In 2018, an SIO official and former CIA fellow, Renee DiResta, generated national headlines before and after testifying to the US Senate about Russian government interference in the 2016 election.

Hundreds of illegal aliens are slamming the U.S. southern border every day in mob crossings that are clearly pre-planned and organized by ‘mysterious hands.’

While embedded with a massive group making their way at night through Piedras Negras, Mexico, to the Rio Grande, Border Hawk correspondent Efraín González learned that migrants are provided with GPS coordinates which enable them to gather at specific locations and cross en masse.

It is unclear exactly who is behind the scheme, but some of the migrants indicated Mexican authorities may be involved.

“We accompanied this caravan that walked for an hour in the darkest to reach the crossing point. The migrant said they were angry Mexican authorities sent them to cross into this dangerous area of the river at night,” González explained.

“Most of these people do not know how to get to the river. However, through GPS they obtain the exact location where forklift tractors raised the razor wire in October.”

GPS-guided mass crossings into Eagle Pass have become much more frequent in November as the Biden border rush rages on.

On Jan. 17, 2023, prosecutors applied for, and received, a search warrant directing Twitter, a company now known as X, to produce data and records related to the @realDonaldTrump account, documents from the U.S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia Circuit show.

This warrant was tied to the special counsel's investigation into Trump and his involvement in attempts to overturn the 2020 election. Trump is now facing four criminal charges related to this investigation. He's pleaded not guilty.

Trump was permanently suspended from Twitter just days after the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol. His account was reinstated on X, but he has not tweeted since Jan. 8, 2021, and instead uses his Truth Social platform.

The warrant was served along with an order that prohibited Twitter from notifying anyone about the existence or contents of the warrant.

Prosecutors shared fears with the court that if Trump knew about the warrant that he would jeopardize the investigation by giving him "an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior [or] notify confederates."

The social media company subsequently fought the Justice Department on this warrant request as well as its demand not to disclose this information to Trump or others, the court filings show.

In a since-rejected appeal, Twitter had argued that the nondisclosure order violated the First Amendment and the Stored Communications Act.

Twitter did eventually comply with the warrant, but failed to produce all of the requested information until three days after a court-ordered deadline, placing the company in contempt and was ordered to pay a $350,000 fine for the delay.

Trump called the revelation of this search warrant a "major 'hit' on my civil rights" on his Truth Social account.

A representative for the Justice Department declined to comment.

In October 1890, James O. Scotford of Edmore, Michigan, claimed that he had found a number of artifacts, including a clay cup with strange symbols and carved tablets, with symbols that looked vaguely hieroglyphic. The find attracted interest and eager looters arrived to look for more artifacts. Many more elaborate discoveries were made in the area around Wyman in Montcalm County, Michigan following Scotford's original discovery.[2] Scotford was a well-known digger and sign painter in the area of Wyman. He and his company "would dig until they located an artifact, and then the dignitaries who sponsored the work were invited to remove that artifact".[3] Within the first year of Scotford's initial discovery a syndicate was formed in Montcalm County of interested parties. The syndicate purchased many of the artifacts and attempted to exploit the finds financially for the region.[4]

By 1907, Scotford joined forces with Daniel E. Whether he's creating abstract and geometrical paintings, musing on the technological optimism of artist Sara Cwynar, or identifying images that broaden queer representation without actually depicting sexualized queer bodies (as in the exhibition he curated at the Rubber Factory newflesh: representing queerness beyond the body), Zelony-Mindell has cultivated an eye for the opaque and the bewildering art and images that nonetheless bristle with meaning and contemporary dialog. Allergic to all things obvious and over-explained, Zelony-Mindell reinforces contemporary art as a space where the imagination is allowed to expand and drift. New Treasury analysis shows the Inflation Reduction Act is delivering clean energy investment to communities that have been too often left behind

Today, President Biden will visit CS Wind in Pueblo, Colorado  the largest wind tower manufacturer in the world  to highlight how Bidenomics is creating jobs and opportunities in Colorados third congressional district. CS Wind recently announced it is expanding operations and creating hundreds of jobs as a direct result of the Inflation Reduction Act  which self-described MAGA Republican Representative Lauren Boebert called dangerous for America, a massive failure, and bad for Colorados Third District.

Coinciding with the visit, the Department of the Treasury released a new analysis showing that clean energy investments spurred by the Inflation Reduction Act are predominantly going to underserved communities and energy communities. The analysis shows that President Biden is delivering on his promise to create opportunities and jobs in communities too often left behind, while self-described MAGA Republicans like Representative Lauren Boebert continue to undermine their constituents by trying to block the Presidents agenda.

Since President Biden took office, companies have announced $7 billion (https://invest.gov/) in new manufacturing and clean energy investments in Colorado  including hundreds of millions of dollars in Representative Boeberts district. Outside groups estimate that the Inflation Reduction Act has helped create (https://climatepower.us/resources/new-climate-power-report-finds-president-bidens-clean-energy-boom-is-210000-jobs-strong/) over 3,500 good-paying clean energy jobs in Colorado in the one year since the President signed the law. But if self-described MAGA Republicans like Representative Boebert had their way, Colorado would lose out on billions of dollars of those investments, jobs, and opportunities:

* Treasurys new analysis shows that clean energy investments announced since the President signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law are benefitting economically disadvantaged communities, including in Pueblo, CO.

+ The analysis shows that 99% of clean energy investments in Colorado since the Inflation Reduction Act passed are in counties with below-average weekly wages, 99% are in counties with below-median household income, 99% are in counties with below-average college graduation rates, and 68% are in counties with higher-than-average child poverty rates. The analysis also finds that investments have grown especially quickly in energy communities that have a history of fossil fuel production.

* Earlier this year, CS Wind broke ground on an over $200 million expansion to its Pueblo facility and directly attributed its investment to the Inflation Reduction Act  part of the Presidents Bidenomics agenda. The investment to expand the largest wind tower manufacturing facility in the world will create 850 new jobs in an energy community in Colorados third congressional district by 2026, help meet the increased demand for wind towers, and bring clean energy supply chains to the United States. * The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provided nearly $17 million to redesign streets and better connect the West Side to downtown in Pueblo and $13.2 million to revitalize Main Street in Delta, Colorado  both located in Colorados third congressional district.

+ Representative Boebert called the infrastructure law garbage, and wasteful.

* The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law also invested $160 million in the Arkansas Valley Conduit  a 103-mile water pipeline that starts in Pueblo and will bring clean water to 50,000 people across southeastern Colorado.

+ Representative Boebert called the Infrastructure Bill a scam, and claimed it was punishment for rural America.

The Inflation Reduction Act makes a historic commitment to build a new clean energy economy, powered by American innovators, American workers, and American manufacturers, that will create good-paying union jobs, reduce pollution, and advance environmental justice. Since President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law, companies have announced that at least eleven U.S. wind energy manufacturing facilities plan to open, re-open, or expand to serve the growing onshore wind industry.
