President Joe Biden jetted off to his home in Delaware this weekend after facing a hard week of taking naps in the Oval Office and maybe signing a paper here or there. And don’t forget he has to go into hiding just in time to dodge the press before they ask him questions about the “mysterious” cocaine found at the White House. With that being said, according to a GOP count, his recent trip to Delaware means he has spent nearly 40 percent—352 days— of his presidency on vacation.

CIA Running Ukraine Blows Biden’s Bluster About No U.S. Boots on the Ground

The American magazine Newsweek published a big “exclusive” report this week purporting to reveal the extent of CIA involvement in the Ukraine proxy war against Russia. It hardly merits the billing of “exclusive” since it is well known that the U.S. spy agency is up to its neck in orchestrating the conflict.

In truth, the CIA’s nefarious role in Ukraine goes back decades to the end of World War Two. More on that further down.

Nevertheless, the Newsweek article provides a useful admission that Washington is recklessly – and criminally – fueling hostilities towards Russia, the world’s biggest nuclear power in terms of its arsenal. The Biden administration and its military-intelligence apparatus are risking an escalation of the proxy war to an all-out nuclear conflagration.

The Newsweek report remarks on the “contradiction” between President Joe Biden’s public vow to not put American boots on the ground and the undeniable heavy presence of U.S. clandestine forces in Ukraine helping (more precisely, directing) the war effort. Instead of “contradiction”, a plainer, more fitting word is “lie”.

Recall, too, Biden previously said he doesn’t want to “start World War Three” with Russia. That’s about as believable as an alcoholic saying he doesn’t want another drink.

The Biden administration is engaged in gross deception of the American public by absurdly pretending that U.S. military personnel are not in Ukraine and that Washington is not directing a war against Russia. Biden’s policy of pumping weapons into Ukraine ($40 billion so far) is inexorably leading the United States and its NATO allies deeper into an all-out war against Russia. Yet this mentally challenged president somehow maintains “there are no U.S. boots on the ground” and that the U.S.-led NATO alliance is not at war with Russia. Such blatant lies should be grounds for his impeachment.

Apart from the admission that the Newsweek article provides, the otherwise banal reporting is a whitewash of the CIA’s pivotal and pernicious role in the Ukraine conflict.

Laughably, the article portrays the CIA as “trying to ensure the war does not spin out of control”. Thus, the agency is presented as a moderating, restraining influence on the Kiev regime and its military conduct. The reader is led to believe that Washington is endeavoring to prevent the Ukrainian military from launching direct attacks on Russia. It is claimed that the CIA is “struggling” to control the operations of the Kiev regime which has at times gone rogue against Biden’s “rules of engagement”. Examples of rogue conduct, it is claimed, are the Nord Stream pipeline sabotage, the bombing of the Kerch Bridge to Crimea, drone attacks on Moscow and several “mysterious assassinations” of Russian public figures.

This is risible disinformation from the CIA courtesy of Newsweek. Alternative, reliable investigative reporting by Seymour Hersh and others has exposed the Biden administration’s direct responsibility for the blowing up of the Nord Stream gas pipeline under the Baltic Sea last September.

It is also credibly asserted by Moscow that none of the other deep attacks on Russia could have been carried out by Ukrainian forces without the logistical involvement of the CIA and other NATO covert military agencies, primarily Britain’s MI6.

Since the conflict erupted in February last year, the Biden administration and its NATO partners have stoked the war with stepwise increases in ever-more lethal weaponry, from long-range missiles to battlefield tanks to promised delivery of F-16 fighter jets. This week Biden has reportedly green-lighted the supply of banned cluster munitions, which the Kiev regime will doubtless use against civilians in Russia’s Donbass region – under instruction from CIA advisors.

A crucial historical background for understanding the conflict in Ukraine is the involvement of the CIA in orchestrating the coup d’état in Kiev in 2014. That coup ousted a democratically elected president, Viktor Yanukovich, and ushered in the Neo-Nazi junta that persists today – headed by the nominally Jewish comedian figure Vladimir Zelensky.

Zelensky and his inveterate corrupt cabal are nothing more than puppets and playthings for the CIA and MI6. Their useful-idiot function is to front a colossal arms racket and a U.S.-led proxy war to undermine Russia geopolitically, with regime change in Moscow as the ultimate objective, as well as to facilitate Washington’s agenda of subjugating Europe as a vassal colony for American capital for the purpose of propelling the next American war against China.

Germany wants to block Ukraine’s NATO bid – Telegraph

Berlin reportedly prefers alternative security arrangements for Kiev to avoid direct conflict with Moscow

Germany stands against offering Kiev a clear roadmap or concrete guarantees of joining the Western military bloc at an upcoming summit in Lithuania, the Telegraph newspaper reported on Saturday, citing NATO officials.

“Berlin is stand-offish at the prospect of offering immediate membership… It wants a process and time to develop guarantees to essentially block membership,” an unnamed source within the military bloc told the British outlet.

Germany is reportedly wary that Kiev would immediately invoke Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which stipulates that an attack against one NATO member “shall be considered an attack against them all.”

Last month, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that “we have to take a sober look at the current situation.” He argued that even Ukrainian officials admit “that joining NATO is out of the question” for as long as the conflict with Russia is raging, and the Western bloc should focus on other means of “support” for Kiev.

US President Joe Biden voiced similar concerns in a recent interview, saying Ukraine’s NATO membership would mean “war with Russia,” and hinting instead at a sort of arrangement “a la the security we provide for Israel.”

French President Emmanuel Macron also mentioned the ‘Israel model’, saying in June that “we have to build something between the security provided to Israel and full-fledged membership.”

The US, Germany and France are “understood to be working on a series of bilateral security offers” to Kiev, which would then be placed under an umbrella ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ endorsed by NATO and the EU, the Telegraph wrote.

Ukraine has demanded an invitation from NATO, or at least an announcement of when it might be ready to bring it on board, at the upcoming summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. President Vladimir Zelensky reportedly even threatened to skip the summit unless the bloc offered “concrete” guarantees.

Despite some shift in rhetoric, NATO’s official position on Ukrainian membership remains mostly unchanged since 2008, when it declared that the bloc’s “door is open” and Ukraine “will become a member” at an unspecified point in the future.

Moscow has repeatedly said that it views NATO’s expansions to the east as a threat to its security, and has listed Ukraine’s neutrality as one of the conditions for any lasting peace between the two countries.

DAVID BLACKMON: A Backlash Against Net-Zero Policies Is Finally Beginning To Take Shape

The past week has been a very interesting one, to say the least, as the media has suddenly filled with story after story documenting a rising backlash against net-zero policies in the Western world.

From environmental, social and governance (ESG) to insurance alliances to recent elections in Europe, the tide seems to be turning against the destructive outcomes of policies pushing net-zero and “energy transition” goals. With recent elections in Europe having resulted in the institution of more conservative governments in Sweden, Greece and Italy, and public attitudes in other EU nations trending in that direction, a developing backlash is not at all surprising.

Austria’s National Energy and Climate Plan (NEKP) said Tuesday that its climate targets for 2030 will not be reached in time. The revised plan rolled out this week cuts the country’s greenhouse gas reduction goals from 48% below 2005 levels to a 35% reduction.

The UK Guardian reported Tuesday that Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s government is developing plans todrop the country’s costly, £11.6 billion climate and nature funding plan dueto its overwhelming cost. Government officials estimate that meeting the pledge would consume 83% of the Foreign Office’s official development assistance budget on the global international climate fund.

Earlier in the month, Poland’s climate minister, Anna Moskwa, promised to appealthe EU’s recently-adopted mandate to ban internal combustion engine automobiles by 2035 to the EU’s highest court. “We don’t agree with this and other documents from the Fit for 55 package and we’re bringing this to the European Court of Justice. I hope other countries will join,” Moskwa told Radio Zet on June 10. “We will file the motion in the coming days.”

On Wednesday, the United Nations-administered Net Zero Insurers Alliance (NZIA) announced it has dropped all requirements for members to set or publish greenhouse gas emission-reduction targets. The revision comes as 23 Republican state attorneys general in the United States threatened to file lawsuits over the group’s alleged violations of U.S. anti-trust laws. At least 18 of the 30 members of the alliance had rescinded their memberships in the group due to those allegations.

Ohio Republican Jim Jordan, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is leading an investigation over similar anti-trust allegations against so-called ESG investment houses which boast about collectively controlling trillions of dollars in investment capital. The Daily Caller reported it had obtained copies of letters the Committee sent to the CEOs of Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street and the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), which is co-chaired by Michael Bloomberg.

Jordan’s letters were sent just days after BlackRock CEO Larry Fink told an audienceat the Aspen Ideas Festival that he was “ashamed” of his involvement in the debate over ESG, which he claimed had become “politicized.” Whether there is a cause-and-effect relationship here is anyone’s guess.

And of course the ESG issue is “politicized.” The entire pursuit is highly political — almost toxically so — by its very nature. The campaign towards “net zero” and this “energy transition” from fossil fuels to renewables is entirely driven by political decisions and policies.

Syria's slow devolution into a narco-state leads to calls for international sanctions to tackle its ever-growing drug empire.

Foreign Minister Eli Cohen called for a regional coalition to halt the expansion of Syria's drug production and trafficking, at an international conference on drug trafficking on Friday.

Cohen was speaking at a conference called by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to address the growing global threat of synthetic drugs, in particular synthetic opioids.

The most prominent of these is fentanyl, which is the primary synthetic opioid found in the United States. Since 2014, synthetic opioids have rapidly risen to be the primary cause of overdoses in the United States, overtaking all other drugs by 2021, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

By 2021, synthetic opioids accounted for nearly two-thirds of all drug deaths in the United States. With this in mind, Blinken called a conference to organize collective action by the international community to tackle synthetic drugs.

Blinken also called on the international community to tackle other synthetic drugs such as tramadol, methamphetamine, captagon, MDMA, and ketamine. One of the main sources of captagon is the Syrian Assad regime.

President Trump has a unique talent for stirring the pot. He’s got this “thing” where he says out loud what many folks are thinking, whether they’ll own up to it or not. And this really ruffles the feathers of the upper crust who prefer to exist in a bubble of phony courtesies and insincerity. When it comes to “CokeGate” at the White House, Trump really kicked up a hornets nest, putting the regime in a tight spot. He got the ball rolling with a few zingers on Truth, placing Hunter firmly in the spotlight.

We’re also learning some new very interesting developments in CokeGate. A new report from NBC has pinpointed where the coke was actually found, and it wasn’t the library, after all.

The White House cocaine story has just changed again, blowing the scandal wide open.

Now NBC is reporting the mystery cocaine was “found one floor below the main West Wing offices and the same floor as the Situation Room and a dining area.

“The entrance is near where some vehicles, like the vice president’s limo or SUV park.”

This is an area an MSNBC reporter said: “Wasn’t necessarily covered by cameras all that well.”

“We are doing everything possible to attempt to identify who may have brought this item into the White House,” Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said.

This situation showcases a sad possibility that’s crystal clear to most of us — it’s likely Hunter’s coke — but the powers that be are doing a heck of a job trying to dodge it. It’s almost like they’re passing the hot potato of blame, even when we can all see exactly what’s happening right before our eyes.

But it was President Trump who got things going and placed the regime between a rock and a hard place by calling a spade a spade. As a result, the regime is now refusing to rule out Hunter as the owner of the cocaine.

The White House batted away new lines of questioning Thursday about cocaine discovered at the White House – with a spokesman invoking the Hatch Act to avoid giving a direct answer to a charge leveled by Donald Trump.

White House spokesman Andrew Bates was asked about ‘pretty wild’ posts by the former president, who claimed cocaine discovered at the White House Sunday belonged to the president or his son Hunter, who has acknowledged illegal drug use in the past but says he is clean now.

‘I don’t have a response to that because we have to be careful about the Hatch Act,’ Bates responded, invoking the law barring politicking by government officials during their official duties. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has regularly used the law as a crutch during briefings, but recently got her own warning about running afoul of its intricacies from the Office of Special Counsel.

President Trump is saying what everyone out there is thinking — of course it was probably Hunter’s cocaine, he was at the White House the day before, and looked suspiciously “hyped on” on the balcony during the July 4th festivities.

Understanding Q's hints related to dates or deadlines by understanding military deception (MILDEC).

The Q material is not predictive. It is not prophecy. Logical thinking is required.

When you read each Q Post ask yourself who the information is intended for and what is the information intended to accomplish. Among other things Q informed us that not all posts were meant for anons.

If a Q post reveals information similar to 'Patton has an army in England' or 'The landing will be at Pas-de-Calais' or 'We'll be on the beach on the next new moon', think about both the intended target of the information as well as the information's purpose. With information that reveals strategy, tactics, or deadlines the target of that information is the opposing force and the purpose is military deception.

In the writings of Q this is true of dates and/or hints of dates in particular. For example, 'D5' was a very successful illustration of a feint that caused the opposing force to take an unnecessary action.

"A feint is an offensive action involving contact with the adversary conducted for the purpose of deceiving the adversary as to the location and/or time of the actual main offensive action." (JP 3-13.4 I-9)

The 'D5' feint resulted in the GHWB funeral. The opposing force wasted 'ammunition' (Q#2553). The following objective was achieved:

"Causing the adversary to misallocate personnel, fiscal, and material resources in ways that were advantageous to the friendly force." (JP 3 - 13.4 I-6)

In the writings of Q '11.3' and '11.11.18' are examples of information that conveys multiple possible interpretations. Information like '11.3' and '11.11.18' is consistent with DISO, or Deception in Support of Operations Security. DISO:

"… protects friendly operations, personnel, programs, equipment, and other assets against foreign intelligence and security services (FISS) collection. The intent of a DISO is to create multiple false indicators to confuse or make friendly force intentions harder to interpret by FISS, limiting the ability of FISS to collect accurate intelligence on friendly forces. DISOs are general in nature, they are not specifically targeted against particular adversary military, paramilitary, or VEO decision makers, but are, instead, used to protect friendly operations and forces by obfuscating friendly capabilities, intent, or vulnerabilities. (JP 3-13.4 I-2)

CBTS and /qresearch were used as MILDEC conduits.

"Within MILDEC, conduits are information or intelligence gateways to the deception target. Conduits may be used to control flows of information to a deception target. It is rare that a deceptive message is sent directly to the deception target itself. Most often, deception messages are sent to intelligence collectors (conduits) with the expectation that the deceptive message will systematically make its way to the deception target." (JP 3-13.4 I-4)

Anons who interpreted and amplified 'D5', '11.11.18', etc. served a specific and positive purpose.

Not every Q post is intended to deceive. The conduit and the information source had to appear authentic and real information was shared along with information similar to the above examples.

The story hours were sponsored and paid for by the Sonoma County Library Commission using our tax dollars to the tune of $500 per hour, thus $2,000 in total.

Dementia Tied to Fluctuations in Blood Lipids Over Time

Fluctuations in total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in people 60 and older were tied to a higher risk of incident dementia, including Alzheimer's disease, a longitudinal study showed.

Over a median follow-up of 12.9 years, participants in the highest quintile of total cholesterol variability versus the lowest quintile had a 19% increased risk of incident Alzheimer's or related dementias (HR 1.19, 95% CI 1.04-1.36, P=0.011), reported Suzette Bielinski, PhD, of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and co-authors.

Those in the highest quintile of triglycerides variability had a 23% increased risk compared with the lowest quintile (HR 1.23, 95% CI 1.08-1.41, P=0.002), the researchers wrote in Neurologyopens in a new tab or window.

"Routine screenings for cholesterol and triglyceride levels are commonly done as part of standard medical care," Bielinski said in a statement. "Fluctuations in these results over time could potentially help us identify who is at greater risk for dementia, help us understand mechanisms for the development of dementia, and ultimately determine whether leveling out these fluctuations could play a role in reducing dementia risk."

Vascular risk factors, including hyperlipidemia, have been linked with dementia but most studies have measured them at a single point in time, Bielinski and colleagues noted. Research about cholesterol variation over time has not evaluated relationships between dementia and fluctuations in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglycerides, they added.

The researchers studied 11,571 participants in the Rochester Epidemiology Projectopens in a new tab or window (REP), a medical records system that links researchers with data from community providers who care for residents of southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Participants were age 60 and older, did not have a prior diagnosis of Alzheimer's or dementia at the index date of Jan. 1, 2006, and had three or more lipid measurements including total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, or HDL-C in the 5 years before the index date.
