Postal Service Releases Final Report – Contract Driver Jesse Morgan Vindicated – Report CONFIRMS He Hauled Trailer of Ballots from NY to PA in Late October 2020

As The Gateway Pundit reported in 2020, election fraud whistleblowers came forward in December following the controversial election, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21.

The new information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization.

The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.

They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.

The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.

Attorney Phil Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared.”

Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York State.

This was explosive testimony.

Jesse Morgan: In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses… They were complete ballots.”

Jesse went on to say that he sat in Harrisburg for hours, and when he was told to leave, the supervisor at the post office would not give him a slip or an overtime slip so he could get paid. Jesse said the manager-supervisor was “kinda rude.”

Jesse’s testimony revealed that United States Post Office employees were in on the conspiracy to steal the votes.

The Gateway Pundit later discovered that rather than investigate this massive alleged crime, US Attorney General Bill Barr called up investigator Tony Shaffer and KILLED the investigation! He never lifted a finger to investigate this enormous act of election fraud!

The Bulwark’s Bill Kristol expressed a strange new respect for Donald Trump on Tuesday, calling him an “Alpha” in the growing GOP presidential primary field.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Monday said the FBI AGAIN refused to hand over the Biden bribery document.

Over the weekend it was reported Chris Wray caved to Comer and agreed to turn over the unclassified document detailing a $5 million criminal plot.

Chairman Comer has reviewed the key document and asked the FBI to hand over the record to the custody of the House Oversight so others can review it as he continues his investigation into the Biden crime family.

Comer on Monday said the FBI once again refused to comply so he will initiate contempt of Congress hearings this Thursday.

“At the briefing again, the FBI again refused to hand over the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee — and we will now initiate contempt of Congress hearings this Thursday,” Comer said.

“Congress must investigate further,” he said.

A reporter asked James Comer if the document shows more Biden family business with other countries.

Comer said the document, which is dated July 30, 2020, suggests a pattern of bribery where payments are being made through shell accounts through multiple banks.

“There’s a term for that — it’s called ‘money laundering,'” Comer said.

President Trump’s lawyers on Monday met with Justice Department officials on the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case a couple weeks after requesting a meeting, the Washington Post reported.

The grand jury hearing evidence in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case against Trump related to the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago is meeting this week after a lull, according to a leak to NBC News.

Jack Smith has been investigating Trump after he stored presidential records at Mar-a-Lago and whether the former president tried to obstruct the probe.

According to CBS News, the decision whether to indict Trump on federal charges is imminent.

The Washington Post reported:

Libya deports thousands of Egyptian migrants – media

A Libyan security source said that 4,000 illegal immigrants had been found during raids on human traffickers in the country

Thousands of Egyptian migrants have been deported back to their home country on foot from eastern Libya through a land border crossing, reports suggest.

A Libyan security source is quoted by Reuters as saying that about 4,000 migrants were discovered during raids on human traffickers following a clash between security forces and smugglers, and that all of them had been deported.

However, an Egyptian security source is said to have clarified that only around 2,200 of the 4,000 migrants found were in Libya illegally and thus expelled. While the majority of the migrants were Egyptians, some were also citizens of other African countries.

The deportees were taken to a location called Emsaed near the border and then walked about 2km into Egypt, the Egyptian source said, as reported by Reuters.

Libya is both a destination and transit country for migrants, due to its job opportunities and geographical location, according to migration agencies. The majority are from Sub-Saharan and Northern Africa, with a smaller number from Asia and the Middle East.

The UN's International Organization for Migration (IOM) said that more than half a million migrants are in Libya, many of whom aim to cross to Europe by boat, while others have found jobs and settled in the oil-rich country.

The number of people making the journey from Libya to Europe has significantly increased this year, as reported by Italy, which is the primary destination for most incoming migrant boats. In March, the IOM estimated that some 300 people had died or gone missing and were presumed dead after attempting to cross via the central Mediterranean route.

Tripoli’s security forces have reportedly destroyed a harbor used by migrant smugglers in a move to stop the illegal crossings.

Videos going viral on Monday taken last Thursday at St. Matthew’s School in Newfoundland, Canada decked out in LGBTQI+ “Pride” decorations show adults, presumably administrators and teachers, dressed in rainbow colored LGBTQI+ “Pride” costumes greeting the school’s kindergarten through seventh grade children at the door to the school and in the hallways which are decorated with “Pride” decorations. The adults can be heard repeatedly telling the children, “Happy ‘Pride’ day!”

St. Matthews is a former Catholic school that was made part of the Newfoundland public school system in 1998. A large white Christian cross was removed from the school’s façade in 2013 after a parent complained.

Report: Dallas 'family-friendly' Pride festival features sexually explicit gay Disney fan art and hosts 'trans youth discussion' panel

The City of Dallas hosted a "family-friendly" Pride festival that included a plethora of sexual depictions on clothing, attendees wearing bondage, and even illustrations of children's cartoon characters engaging in gay sex.

According to BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales, children were exposed to sexual activity both indoors and outdoors during the festival that was labeled as "family-friendly" with children 12 and under receiving free admission. The parade was also listed as appropriate for "all" ages on the Dallas Pride Parade event page, as opposed to the 18+ or 21+ options available. The Dallas Pride "Frequently Asked Questions" page also confirmed that all ages were welcome, and stated that "Children are always welcome, but we leave it up to the parents for discretion on children attending."

In a video posted to her Twitter page, Gonzales panned an assortment of content that could easily be considered inappropriate for children. On display at the indoor vendors were sex toys, a promotional illustration of a vagina, buttons promoting sexual acts, end even gay cartoon art depicting male Disney characters engaging in sexual acts.

"Having a festival to celebrate your sexuality is strange enough, but involving children in this depravity takes this to a whole new low," Gonzales told TheBlaze. "Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident — it’s occurring in cities all across the country. Children are being exposed to sexual content in the name of inclusivity. It has to stop," she added.

In addition to the presence of men wearing bondage, children are seen browsing a vendor with a sign that says "DFW Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence." This appeared to be a chapter of the group of at the center of a controversy involving the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a group of men who don lavish makeup and dress as nuns. After strong backlash from the public, the Dodgers disinvited the faux nuns from their Pride Night event, only to reinvite them after local LGBTQ groups threatened to boycott the team's celebration.

Outdoor vendors sold folding fans with phrases such as "ct" and "make me c again" written on them, as well as clothing with penises depicted on them.

‘Chilling Effect’: States Are Cracking Down On Therapists Who Don’t Affirm Kids’ Trans Identities

“Conversion therapy,” a term widely understood to mean bans on clinical attempts to get patients to stop feeling same-sex attractions, has been redefined with the encouragement of transgender activists to include attempts to change a patient’s “gender identity.”

Dozens of states have banned conversion therapy for minors under this new definition, leaving therapists concerned that they could be penalized if they don’t automatically affirm and encourage their underage patients’ transgender identities.

“I hear from therapists all the time that simply will not work with minors, or will not work with trans-identified/ gender-dysphoric/ questioning people, for fear of the consequences. So the only people who do work with this population are those who ‘affirm’ and a rare handful of thoughtful people who proceed with great caution,” Stephanie Winn, a marriage and family therapist in Oregon who was investigated by her licensing board over a spurious accusation of “conversion therapy,” told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

State laws have made it effectively illegal for therapists to help children with gender identity issues come to terms with their natural bodies and biological sex in much of the country by labeling the practice an illegal form of “conversion therapy.”

While conversion therapy is broadly understood to refer to clinical attempts to get patients to stop feeling same-sex attractions, and has historically included practices like shock therapy, the term has expanded since the mid-2010s to include efforts by health care professionals to help gender-confused patients accept their birth sex rather than putting them on the transgender medicalization track. As states pushed new conversion therapy bans under this new definition, therapists are facing intimidation, legal battles and threat of licensure loss for offering a critical or exploratory approach to children who struggle with their gender identity.

“If someone tells you what their gender identity is you must affirm them; you must accept it at face value,” Joseph Burgo, a psychotherapist and vice director of Genspect, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It has a chilling effect on the whole profession. I know therapists who avoid gender altogether because they’re afraid of activists coming after them.”

Many transgender activist groups advocate for conversion therapy bans; The Trevor Project, an LGBT activist group, called conversion therapy a set of “dangerous and discredited practices aimed at changing one’s sexual orientation or gender identity or expression” and blamed the practice for “depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicidality.” GLAAD and the Human Rights Campaign offer similar definitions, which include gender identity in addition to sexual orientation, and GLAAD encourages media members to refer to crackdowns on the practice as “laws protecting LGBTQ+ youth from conversion therapy” rather than “laws banning conversion therapy for minors.”

“We do the work through legislative advocacy, litigation, public education, and partnerships with mental health associations, youth organizations, LGBTQ groups, student clubs, faith communities, and educational institutions,” the Trevor Project boasts on its website. “We also work with lawmakers in generating policy, providing survivor testimony, and demonstrating public support for ending conversion therapy.”

Over 20 states already have “conversion therapy” bans that bar therapists from helping minor patients accept their biological sex, typically by banning efforts to change these patients’ “gender identity” or “gender expression,” and several other states have licensing restrictions and other regulations that limit the practice.

Durham Report Shows Top Feds Ran Anti-Trump Plot But Special Counsel Didn’t Interview Them

Special Counsel John Durham’s just published report shows that former FBI director James Comey and his deputy Andrew McCabe led the Bureau’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 election. Now Republican Senators Charles Grassley and Ron Johnson want to know why Durham failed to interview them and other former top law enforcement officials for his investigation of crimes and abuses arising out of the 2016 election campaigns.

In a May 23 letter to Durham, the two senators noted that “several high-level former government officials directly involved in Crossfire Hurricane either declined or partially declined to cooperate with your investigation.” Grassley and Johnson asked for information explaining how these “individuals would be allowed to avoid fully cooperating with your office, particularly given your authority to compel testimony and records.”

By comparing Durham’s investigation to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s, the letter indicates that the senators find the former’s efforts wanting. In two years of investigating President Donald Trump and his aides for the purpose of furthering the Russia collusion narrative and covering up US government crimes and abuses, Mueller issued more than 2,800 subpoenas and executed nearly 500 search warrants. During a four-year probe that was hoped to hold US intelligence and law enforcement officials accountable for interfering in the 2016 vote and plotting against the chief executive, Durham served less than 200 subpoenas and executed seven search warrants.

Among the others who snubbed Durham’s interview requests are FBI agents Peter Strzok, Bill Priestap, Kevin Clinesmith, as well as Glenn Simpson, co-founder of Fusion GPS, the Hillary Clinton campaign contractor that paid an FBI informant to produce reports alleging Trump’s ties to Russia. …

Texas Investigators Raid Border County Elections Office Over Alleged Ballot Harvesting

Texas authorities raided an elections office in the border county of Starr to investigate alleged illegal ballot harvesting during the November 2022 local elections.

The case is centered around the county judge election where longtime Democrat Eloy Vera won his re-election bid. According to the group Project Red Texas, which filed the initial complaint that started the investigation, politiqueras or poll workers acting on behalf of Vera would go to people’s homes where they would allegedly fill out mail-in ballots and then take them with them. Documents identify one specific politiquera named Modesta Vela who has allegedly been tied to voter fraud investigations. Project Red Texas claimed to have photographic evidence of Vela’s actions.

In response to the complaint, the Texas Attorney General’s Office obtained a search warrant from Texas 381 District Court Judge Jose Luis Garza. Authorities took approximately 180 ballots during the raid and the voter registration information for Modesta Vela.

Project Texas Red has been working to flip key counties that historically have been controlled by the Democrat Party from blue to red in favor of the Republican Party.

According to the McAllen Monitor, in 2019, authorities charged Modesta Vela with illegal voting charges in connection with a previous election where she also worked for Eloy Vera. Those charges were dismissed two years later for lack of evidence. Vera himself has not been criminally charged in either of the cases.

The 2020 Georgia situation mirrors events of 60 years ago in Hawaii, revealing that everything the media have said about ‘fake electors’ is wrong.

Headlines recently proclaimed that eight of Trump’s “fake” electors accepted immunity deals. Of course, in reporting the news, the corporate outlets all missed the real story — that the electors’ testimony failed to incriminate anyone, including Trump, and that the county prosecutors engaged in massive misconduct. Equally appalling, however, was the corrupt media’s continued peddling of the “fake electors” narrative.

There were no “fake” electors. There were contingent Republican electors named consistent with legal precedent to preserve the still ongoing legal challenges to the validity of Georgia’s certified vote.

Nor was appointing an alternative slate of electors some cockamamie plan devised by Trump lawyers. On the contrary, Trump’s election lawyers and the contingent electors followed the precise approach Democrats successfully used when the date Congress established for certifying an election came before the legal challenges John F. Kennedy had brought in Hawaii were decided. And that approach allowed Kennedy to be certified the winner of Hawaii’s three electoral votes on Jan. 6, 1961, even though the Aloha State had originally certified Richard Nixon the victor.

The Hawaii scenario in 1960 mirrors in every material respect the facts on the ground in Georgia on Dec. 14, 2020 — the date both the Democrat and Republican presidential electors met and cast their 16 electoral votes for Joe Biden and Donald Trump respectively. …

When it comes to our southern border, President Biden has done the bidding of one entity, and it sure isn’t the United States. It’s the Mexican drug cartels.

Under Mr. Biden’s watch, our southern border has become little more than an arbitrary line on a map. In the past two years of the Biden administration, we have seen a record 7 million illegal crossings. To put that into perspective: Under Mr. Biden, a number of illegal migrants equivalent to the entire population of Arizona have crossed our southern border illegally. Meanwhile, Mexican cartels have seen record profits as Americans scramble to contend with the fallout of Mr. Biden’s border policies.

Border Patrol agents have been swamped with catching and processing migrants who have entered the country illegally. While the agents can typically handle 2,000 to 3,000 migrant encounters per day, with a maximum of 5,000, there have been, on average, nearly 6,000 attempted crossings per day since Mr. Biden has been in office. Last week, we saw a peak of 10,000 encounters per day.

Before the pandemic, under President Donald Trump, we saw a record-low number of illegal border crossings. Our posture on border security matters, as clearly demonstrated by what we saw thanks to Trump-era policies such as Remain in Mexico, which ensured that Customs and Border Protection processed migrants’ asylum claims while they waited in Mexico. A Palestinian toddler mistakenly shot by Israeli troops in the West Bank last week succumbed to his wounds at an Israeli hospital on Monday, medical officials said.

Two-and-a-half-year-old Mohammed Tamimi and his father were hit by gunshots as Israeli soldiers returned fire at Palestinian gunmen who had shot toward them at the settlement of Neve Tzuf on Thursday.

The father, Haitham Tamimi, was taken by Palestinian medics to a hospital in Ramallah, and the toddler was rushed to Sheba Medical Center in Ramat Gan by a military helicopter in critical condition.

The boy’s death was initially reported in Palestinian media and later confirmed by the hospital.

The Israel Defense Forces said in a statement after the shooting that the pair was likely hit by mistake, adding that it “regrets harm to [noncombatants] and works to prevent such incidents.”

In response to a query by The Times of Israel on Monday, the IDF said: “The incident is being investigated in depth. At the end of the inquiry and taking into account its findings, a decision will be made regarding the opening of a probe.”

The army’s preliminary investigation has not yet been completed. An inquiry into troops’ conduct has not yet been submitted to the Military Prosecutor’s Office for review.

An initial report immediately following Thursday’s shooting had suggested the father and boy were likely hit by Palestinian fire when the gunmen shot at an Israeli military post near the settlement.
