Two rival networks and two superstar hosts departing on the same day. Within a mere hour after the bombshell news of Tucker Carlson's departure from Fox News, CNN announced Don Lemon is leaving.

Lemon, who was long part of the prime-time lineup did a very short but controversial stint as a morning show co-host. "CNN and Don have parted ways," the network announced. "Don will forever be a part of the CNN family, and we thank him for his contributions over the past 17 years. We wish him well and will be cheering him on in his future endeavors."

42-Year-Old ‘Transgender’ Dressed as A Schoolgirl Arrested After Taking Photos of Girls in School Restroom

A 42-year-old man, who allegedly identified as transgender, was arrested by police in Peru after he was caught dressing as a school girl and filming inside the school’s female restroom.

The incident took place at the ‘Rosa de América women’s college in the city of Huancayo, Peru.

The suspect was identified as Walter César Solís Caler.

According to local news, Caler disguised as a schoolgirl, passed the school entrance as if nothing had happened and quickly hid in one of the restrooms, where he began recording and taking pictures of the children.

The vice principal confronted him when she saw that he was using his cell phone on school grounds, which is forbidden. She took him to the principal and called the police after she found out that he was actually an adult guy disguised as a female student.

When the authorities checked his phone, they discovered he had broken into several different schools while posing as a girl student.

Police in Peru are now looking into whether or not the suspect is part of a global pedophile network.

Former Intel Officials Who Signed The Infamous Hunter Biden Laptop Letter Landed Jobs In The Biden Admin

After Biden campaign officials coordinated a letter signed by 51 former intelligence officers casting doubt about the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s laptop before the 2020 presidential election, several signatories ended up with roles in the president’s administration.

Former Deputy Director of the CIA Michael Morrell testified to the House Judiciary Committee that then-Biden senior adviser and current Secretary of State Tony Blinken contacted him and “triggered” the creation of the letter. Former CIA chief of staff Jeremy Bash, who signed the letter, put Morrell in touch with Biden campaign Chairman Steve Richetti, who thanked him for orchestrating it; Biden later appointed Bash to the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board in 2022.

Bash was not the only signatory who received a role in the Biden administration. Biden also appointed Russell Travers as Deputy Homeland Security Advisor from January 2021 to October 2021 and Nicholas Rasmussen as Counterterrorism Coordinator for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in November.

While not an administration position, another signatory, David Buckley, was staff director of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

Morrell did not intend to write the statement in the letter that the laptop was likely Russian disinformation until Blinken’s call, he told the House Judiciary Committee. Richetti also called Morrell following the final presidential debate on Oct. 22, 2020, when Biden cited the letter to cast doubt on the New York Post’s reporting regarding the contents of his son’s laptop revealing foreign business dealings.

“There were two intents,” Morrell said, discussing the letter. “One intent was to share our concern with the American people that the Russians were playing on this issue; and, two, it was [to] help Vice President Biden,” he said, disclosing he wanted Biden to win the election.

The New York Post first reported Hunter Biden’s laptop contents on Oct. 14, 2020, and Twitter quickly censored it. The former intelligence officials signed and released the letter five days later, stating the laptop story had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

“All of us figured that a significant portion of that content had to be real to make any Russian disinformation credible,” Douglas Wise, a former Defense Intelligence Agency deputy and signatory of the letter, told The Australian.

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe plans to introduce a gold-backed digital currency as legal tender in a bid to stabilize its local currency.

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe is set to introduce a gold-backed digital currency to serve as legal tender in the country. The move is a government initiative to stabilize the local currency from continued depreciation against the U.S. dollar.

According to a report from local media outlet The Sunday Mail, the move will allow small amounts of Zimbabwean dollars to be exchanged for the digital gold token, enabling more Zimbabweans to hedge against currency volatility. Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor John Mangudya said the plan intends to “leave no one and no place behind.”

Zimbabwe’s currency trades at 1,001 ZWL against $1 but is typically exchanged for 1,750 ZWL on the streets of Harare, the country’s capital, according to Bloomberg. The country’s annual consumer price inflation reached a one-year low in March at 87.6%, down from 92% in February.

Veteran news man Seymour Hersh’s recent revelations regarding Ukraine’s $400 million embezzlement have been censored as “false information” by Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook, despite no evidence to the contrary existing.

In order to label the report as “false”, Facebook cited the opinion of so-called “independent fact-checker,” StopFake.org, a Ukraine-based group funded by the U.S. government, as well as the British embassy in Ukraine, and George Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

‘StopFake’ was also once home to Nina Jankowicz – the far-left activists who briefly held the position executive director of President Biden’s “Ministry of Truth” also known as the Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board. Jankowicz was humiliated after an awareness campaign by right-wing reporter Jack Posobiec.

Hersh – a Pulitzer-prize-winning reporter responsible for exposing the My Lai massacre, as well as the lies surrounding the sabotage of the Nordstream pipeline – recently claimed the Ukrainian government had embezzled at least $400 million and that the U.S. government confronted Zelenskyy and his accomplices about this directly.

Shortly after the revelations, U.S. regime-outlet POLITICO began publishing warnings to Zelensky over his long-term stability.

Nonetheless, StopFake argues Hersh’s report amounts to misinformation as it was not published on a “legacy outlet,” but rather his own SubStack page. As a result, Facebook has labelled the allegations “false,” despite offering nothing to refute the substantive claims.

StopFake’s claim to independence is dubious at best, as a Western-funded watchdog created to combat “Russian disinformation.”

The group is coordinated by Poynter – one of the largest “fact-checking” organizations which has previously been exposed as running their operations from shanty-towns in third-world countries, often employing people with no background in news reporting or research to strike down experienced Western reporters challenging government narratives.

W.H.O. Launches World Immunization Week to ‘Catch Up’ On Child Vaccinations

The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) has launched World Immunization Week in order to conduct a “big catch-up” of child vaccinations for preventable diseases after falling behind during the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

According to data from the World Health Organization and UNICEF, some 25 million children did not receive at least one dose of vaccinations for preventable diseases such as diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis in 2021. This was an increase of 2 million children compared to 2020 and six million over 2019 rates, representing the largest sustained decline in child immunizations in the past three decades.

Prior to the coronavirus, 86 per cent of the world’s children received at least one type of vaccine, however, this figure dropped to 81 per cent by the end of 2021, which the UN said equated to 67 million children missing at least one dose of a vaccine and five million more children who have never received any type of vaccination.

“More unvaccinated kids leads to more outbreaks, which could derail progress made against diseases like measles and polio — diseases that we have worked so hard to reduce,” the UN said.

The W.H.O. placed the blame on the Wuhan virus for the sharp decline in vaccination numbers among children, with healthcare systems throughout the world abandoning routine procedures in favour of focusing on the coronavirus. School closures due to government stay-at-home orders have also been highlighted as a contributing factor, given that many children globally are jabbed at their schools.

“We need to act now to catch-up the millions of children who missed out on vaccines during the pandemic, restore essential immunization coverage to at least 2019 levels and strengthen primary health care to deliver immunization,” the W.H.O. said in a statement.

Stanford University has raked in more than $27 million from Chinese entities since the start of 2021, underscoring the Communist Party's influence-peddling operations at major American colleges.

The funding came through 42 donations throughout 2021 and into early 2022, according to the latest figures publicly available through the Education Department's reporting database. The database does not specify the exact source of the funding, beyond the country of origin, but details the total amount of every gift and contract from the CCP as part of federal reporting requirements. Stanford did not respond to a Washington Free Beacon request for further information about the donations or its partnerships with China.

The opacity of this funding—and the millions of dollars China hands out to a range of prominent U.S. universities—could place Stanford in Congress's crosshairs as the Republican-controlled House ramps up investigations into Chinese influence-peddling. Stanford University is not the only university raking in cash from China—the University of Delaware, which houses the Biden Institute, since 2017 has taken more than $6 million from the country. The House Select Committee on China is eyeing a potential probe into the Chinese Communist Party's supply of more than $426 million to U.S. universities since 2011, according to sources who spoke to the Free Beacon.

Rep. Jim Banks (R., Ind.), a member of the House Select Committee on China, told the Free Beacon that Chinese funding for American schools has skyrocketed under the Biden administration because the administration stopped enforcing a federal code governing how foreign gifts and donations are reported. Lobbyists representing American schools have been pressuring the administration to relax regulations governing the reporting of foreign donations. The administration also nixed several federal investigations into CCP influence at U.S. universities, Banks said.

"Colleges are likely pocketing even more than reported," according to Banks. "Even worse, the Biden administration shut down all ongoing investigations into the Chinese Communist Party's influence efforts at our universities. House Republicans need to force Joe Biden's hand and pass legislation to crack down on foreign influence at our universities."

National security analysts have also been sounding the alarm over China's presence in American higher learning. The country has been the largest source of foreign donations to U.S. universities since 2013, according to congressional information, and tuition from Chinese students is worth an estimated $12 billion per year.

Michael Sobolik, a China expert at the American Foreign Policy Council, said that "American higher education is addicted to funding from China," money that he says "greases the skids for CCP malign influence in our colleges, like espionage, IP theft, and censorship."

While Stanford is not the only university raking in Chinese cash, the school has publicly battled the perception that it is a breeding ground for Communist Party espionage.

Tucker Carlson ousted at Fox News following network's $787 million settlement

In an austere, four-sentence statement, Fox News announced Monday that prime-time star Tucker Carlson is leaving the network, effective immediately.

"FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways," the network said in a statement released by a spokesperson. "We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor."

Fox said Carlson's last day hosting his show was Friday. Carlson did not respond immediately to a request for comment from NPR.

The ouster of Fox's top opinion host comes less than a week after Fox settled an epic defamation lawsuit by an election technology company for more than $787 million. Dominion Voting Systems sued over segments promoting bogus claims that election fraud cheated then-President Donald Trump of victory in 2020.

Carlson featured in Dominion Voting Systems' lawsuit. Yet he is also the focus of a lawsuit from his former senior booking producer, Abby Grossberg, who filed two separate suits.

Former Vice President Mike Pence promised to “tell the truth” when he testifies before a federal grand jury probing the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection.

“We’ll obey the law, we’ll tell the truth and the story that I’ve been telling the American people all across the country — the story that I wrote in the pages of my memoir — that’ll be what I tell in that setting as well,” Pence said in a Sunday interview with CBS’ Robert Costa on “Face the Nation.”

Pence was subpoenaed by the Justice Department’s special counsel Jack Smith to testify before the panel. He initially fought what he described as the “unprecedented” move to compel his testimony, pointing to his role as president of the Senate as protecting him from testifying under the U.S. Constitution’s “speech or debate” clause. He dropped his legal fight earlier this month.

He told Costa his attorneys have arranged a date for his grand jury appearance, but didn’t elaborate. He also said he’s grateful that a court acknowledged his concerns about testifying.

“For the first time in history, a federal court acknowledged that that provision of the Constitution applies to the vice president and they’ve limited what they’ll be requesting of me,” Pence said.

Costa pressed Pence about whether he’ll testify about private conversations with then-President Donald Trump.

“I think I’m limited about what I can say about the proceedings of the grand jury or the decision of the judge, but people can be confident that we’ll obey the law, we’ll comply with the law,” Pence answered.

Fox Corporation sheds $930 million in market value after announcing Tucker Carlson is leaving the news network

*Tucker Carlson has consistently had one of the most-watched news shows on cable TV.

Fox Corporation stock fell as much as 5% on Monday and erased $930 million in market value after it was announced that Fox News Media parted ways with host Tucker Carlson.

Shares of the media company recovered slightly and were trading at $29.61, down almost 4% at 12:15 p.m. ET.

The split between Carlson and Fox News comes just one week after the company settled a defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems for $788 million due to the network's spread of misinformation related to the 2020 Presidential election and unfounded claims of election fraud.

Carlson has long been one of the most popular hosts at Fox News, with the conservative talk show personality's 8pm show consistently being the most watched news show on cable TV.

"FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor," Fox News said in a statement.

The company said it will fill the 8pm hour with a rotation of Fox News personalities until it names a new host.

Credit Suisse Denies Omissions in a Nazi-related Probe

Credit Suisse Group, a troubled Swiss bank, denied accusations made by U.S. senators of restricting the scope of an internal probe into Nazi-linked accounts demanded by the Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) three years ago.

In March 2020, SWC asked Credit Suisse to investigate a list of members of the Nazi-affiliated Argentine labor group Unión Alemana de Gremios (UAG), claiming that many of the individuals on the list had accounts with a Credit Suisse predecessor bank.

The bank agreed to investigate and hired an independent ombudsperson and an independent advisor to oversee the work of the investigative company AlixPartners, with the investigative plan approved by both the bank and SWC. However, the bank fired the ombudsperson after over a year of investigation and before the report was prepared.

“This decision eroded SWC’s confidence in a fair, independent, and transparent historical review, especially if the remaining work is completed by any entity with significant ties to Credit Suisse AG,” SWC said in a statement.

The U.S. Senate Budget Committee said it “received credible allegations of potential wrongdoing related to Credit Suisse’s internal investigation, including specifically the questionable removal” of the independent ombudsperson.

The Committee, which oversees the federal budget, including budget proposals for the State Department's Office of the Special Envoy for Holocaust Issues, stressed that by restricting the scope of its internal probe and removing the independent ombudsperson, the bank created gaps in the forensic hunt for Nazi-linked information.

“While the resulting reports are incomplete and were hampered by scoping restrictions, they nonetheless reveal nearly 100 previously undisclosed Nazi-linked accounts and related information, and they raise new questions about the bank’s potential support for Nazis fleeing justice following World War II via so-called ‘Ratlines’,” read the statement.

Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, a ranking member of the Committee, said that righteous justice demands that no stone should be left unturned when it comes to investigating Nazi matters, but that Credit Suisse “has thus far failed to meet that standard.”

Credit Suisse Group, however, insisted that “a two-year investigation commissioned by the bank… found no evidence to support the SWC’s allegations that many individuals on an Argentine list of 12,000 names had accounts at Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (SKA), Credit Suisse’s predecessor bank, during the Nazi period.”

The bank also said it was aware of an account of “the former ombudsperson’s limited engagement containing numerous factual errors, misleading and gratuitous statements and unsupported allegations that are based on an incomplete understanding of the facts,” but strongly rejected those “misrepresentations.”
