A federal judge in Virginia is fighting for full custody of his two young daughters after his high society ex-wife was arrested at a hotel where she allegedly planned to sexually assault an eight-year-old girl, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Eleanor Hunton Hoppe, 45, a member of one of Virginia's most prominent families, was snared in an FBI sting last month after messaging an undercover agent explicit and sickening details about what she wanted to do to the child, according to court filings.

The mother-of-two – who has been charged with child porn and child sex abuse offenses – is also accused of sending the agent a 30-second video and three still images of young minor girls being horrifically sexually abused by men.

Her arrest has stunned communities in Charlottesville, where she lives, and in Richmond where she grew up amid wealth and prestige as a member of a legal powerhouse family who helped found the city's biggest law firm, now known as Hunton, Andrews, Kurth.

URGENT: Moderna hid serious side effects suffered by its Covid vaccine recipients when it reported clinical trial results for the shot

Moderna scientists said in a 2021 paper no mRNA jab recipients in the trial had "serious adverse effects." In fact, 14 ultimately did, including three miscarriages. No placebo recipients did.

In February 2021, Moderna scientists published results from the Phase 2 trial of the company’s mRNA Covid jab in the journal Vaccine.

Moderna had started the “P201” trial with 600 healthy volunteers on May 29, 2020, mostly to examine if the shots were safe.

The company had good news on that front. In the “Highlights” section at the top of the paper, Moderna’s scientists reported:

No serious adverse effects were observed.

That statement was untrue.

Oddly, later in the paper, Moderna’s scientists contradicted what they had said in the Highlights section. They noted the company had received a single report of a serious side effect in a jab recipient, a case of pneumonia that lasted almost a month.

That statement was also untrue.

Two months before the Vaccine paper, Moderna had reported not one but three cases of serious side effects in P201 trial subjects who received mRNA to the Food and Drug Administration.

The FDA downplayed the side effect reports, including the pneumonia case, saying it did not believe they were related to the shot.

But serious side effects in the jab recipients continued after the company’s initial disclosures to the FDA.

By the time Moderna’s scientists finished revising the Vaccine paper in early February, the company may have received up to four more reports of serious side effects. In all, during the placebo-controlled phase of the trial, which ended in early 2021, seven of the 400 healthy volunteers who received a two-shot regimen of Moderna’s vaccine suffered serious side effects. (Two hundred of those volunteers received the 100-microgram dose that became the approved version, while another 200 received a lower 50-microgram dose.)

The problems included a heart attack and two miscarriages.

In comparison, the 200 people who received a placebo shot without any mRNA had no serious side effects.

Israel arrests Jordanian MP over weapons and gold smuggling, says Amman

With bilateral tensions already high, Foreign Ministry won’t comment on reports that Imad al-Adwan was caught at Allenby Bridge with a dozen assault rifles, 200 handguns in his car

Israel arrested a Jordanian parliamentarian on suspicion of smuggling weapons and gold into the West Bank, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement Sunday.

According to Jordan’s Ammon news outlet, the arrest took place Saturday evening at the Allenby Bridge border crossing, as MP Imad al-Adwan was heading into Israel by car.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry declined to comment on the episode.

Video viewed by The Times of Israel showed around a dozen AR-15-style assault rifles and around 200 handguns spread in rows on a floor as Israeli officials catalogued them.

However, Israeli authorities refused to comment on whether they were the weapons seized from Adwan’s car. Police issued a gag order on the case, barring many details from being published by Israeli media.

Former Jordanian MP Tarek Khoury accused Israel of fabricating the gold angle, in order “to turn the heroic act into a smuggling issue.” Israel’s Channel 12 news, without citing a source, also said no gold was found in al-Adwan’s vehicle.

A surge of violence and terror attacks has wracked the West Bank in recent months, aided by a flood of illegal weapons, including many guns smuggled from Jordan.

The incident this weekend was sure to heighten the already elevated tensions between Amman and Jerusalem even further.

According to the Kan public broadcaster, Jordan’s foreign minister, Ayman Safadi, was refusing to answer calls from his Israeli counterpart, Eli Cohen, after news of the incident broke.

Earlier this month, an unnamed senior Israeli official told the Walla news site that Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi’s recent conduct and statements had exacerbated the crisis, adding that he “acted like Jordan’s [Itamar] Ben Gvir” — a reference to the far-right Israeli national security minister, whose conduct and policies have been widely viewed as contributing to growing friction with the US and other countries.

Manhattan DA has no authority 'to enforce federal campaign finance crimes': ex-FEC commissioner

What Trump prosecutor Alvin Bragg is "counting on," legal expert Hans von Spakovsky suspects, is that "he can get a liberal jury to convict Trump, no matter what the facts are and no matter what the law is."

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case against former President Donald Trump is legally "dubious" and motivated by political ambition, alleges legal expert Hans von Spakovsky.

"It's an extremely dubious prosecution, and I say that as a former commissioner on the Federal Election Commission," he told Just The News.

Von Spakovsky, the manager of the conservative Heritage Foundation's Election Law Reform Initiative, said Bragg is going after Trump for alleged federal election crimes that are not within his jurisdiction.

"No local state prosecutor has the authority to enforce federal campaign finance crimes in the first place," he explained. "There's just nothing from a factual and legal standpoint to this case. But I don't think this prosecutor cares about that. What he's counting on is that he's in Manhattan. Manhattan is one of the most liberal jurisdictions in the country. I think he believes that he can get a liberal jury to convict Trump, no matter what the facts are and no matter what the law is."

Von Spakovsky predicted that if politics prevails and Trump is found guilty on any of the 34 counts he faces, his only option would be to ask an appellate judge to reverse the decision based on Bragg's handling of the case.

"He can appeal and try to convince an appellate court that this was everything from a malicious prosecution to the fact that it wasn't actually a violation of the law," von Spakovsky explained. "A lot of this is going to depend on the judges and the tenure of the judges in the state court system. And I think that's what Bragg is counting on, because his case is so weak, so nonexistent, that even folks on the left side of the political aisle — including prosecutors — have all basically said there's just nothing to this case."

Von Spakovsky believes the prosecution is motivated by political ambition not the pursuit of justice.

"I think this is very personal to Alvin Bragg," he said. "In other words, I think he is a politically ambitious local DA, and he thinks that this will make him a hero with the Democratic Party and liberal organizations all over the country and that it will enhance his future political career."

Border wall: Trump’s 458 miles of concrete and steel fortified the border and curbed illegal immigration before Biden obliterated America’s southern frontier.

Consular offices in Jerusalem were upgraded to a U.S. Embassy, thus enforcing the relevant statute that Presidents Bill Clinton through Barack Obama circumvented.

Deregulation: Trump promised to kill two old regulations for every new one imposed. American Action Forum counts 4.7 existing rules junked per new one implemented.

Energy Independence: Trump achieved the impossible dream of U.S. self-reliance and then made America globally dominant as a net exporter of energy for the first time since 1952.

Freedom-of-speech protection, per Trump’s executive order, became a prerequisite for colleges to receive federal funds.

Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett joined the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, 223 other constitutionalists whom Trump nominated reached the federal bench.

Historically Black Colleges and Universities scored an advocacy office in the White House, a permanent stream of federal funds, and year-round Pell Grants, to aid their summer school students. HBCU presidents begged Obama in vain for these things. Trump invited them to the Oval Office in his fifth week in Washington, listened, and approved their requests.

Iran nuclear deal: Killed.

Javelin anti-tank missiles that Trump provided have helped Ukraine stymie Russian invaders.

Keystone XL pipeline: Approved.

“Little Rocket Man,” Kim Jong Un, met thrice with Trump. While North Korea did not scrap its nuclear weapons program, it conducted zero atomic tests after this odd couple first huddled in Singapore on June 12, 2018. Kim detonated four nukes under Obama-Biden.

Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. signed a new trade deal that replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement.

NATO’s finances soared, as Trump prodded U.S. allies to boost Western collective defense by $400 billion through 2024.

Opportunity Zones incentivized $78 billion in private capital to 8,768 largely low-income, minority communities.

Washington, D.C.’s school-voucher program was reauthorized with a $45 million appropriation.

Xi Jinping and other Chinese Communist Party members restrained themselves when Trump deployed his peace through strength strategy. Under Biden, Red China does whatever it wants, from an unprecedented mock blockade of Taiwan to spy balloons vacuuming up intelligence over America to U.S.-based CCP “police stations” that terrorize dissidents.

Yes votes for the First Step Act totaled 358 in the House (including 176 Democrats) and 87 in the Senate (among them, 47 Democrats). This overwhelmingly bipartisan criminal justice reform measure let nonviolent prisoners, many of them black, return to their communities.

Zero American wars began under Trump. The dovish consequences of his hawkish command were exactly the opposite of the “Push the nuclear button NOW!” belligerence that his deranged critics forecast.

The White House announced Thursday that it was hiring Andrew Bates, a former aide on President Joe Biden’s campaign, weeks after deputy press secretary T.J. Ducklo resigned in disgrace last month for threatening a reporter.

Bates, who was the director of rapid response for the Biden campaign, and then worked in communications on the transition team, is an outspoken presence on Twitter, where he mocked reporters — and had an exchange with Ducklo about “sh*t-canned” White House staffers.

“The bored reporter whose predictions during the primary were unfailing wrong put down their Le Diplomate delivery,” Bates wrote on May 12, 2020, as Biden was locking up his position as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee. “It was time to say it. ‘Voters don’t give a shit about fixing our economy,’ they confidently tweeted from their iPad. They care about video backdrops and process!'”

Le Diplomate is a Washington restaurant where the duck l’orange runs $34.

Ironically, he also dropped an S-bomb in an exchange with Ducklo — to revel in the prospect that staffers in President Donald Trump’s White House might be “sh*t-canned.”

“Hey @AndrewBatesNC, this might be a good time to ask,” Ducklo wrote in the May 17 missive directed at Bates. “When a new administration is sworn in, do the political staff from the previous one get to stay on?”

“Hell no,” Bates replied. “They get sh*t-canned.”

Bates will begin working on Monday, according to the White House. Ducklo leftthe position in February after the revelation he had threatened Tara Palmieri, a reporter at Politico who planned to report on Ducklo’s relationship with Alexi McCammond, who was then a reporter at Axios. “I will destroy you,” Ducklo allegedly told Palmieri.

5 reasons to believe the global population is already one billion people less than it was in January 2020

1. Numerous countries reported record excess deaths, record-low births in 2021 and/or 2022

Governments are in the business of lying, particularly about crime and population statistics to fit agendas. The best example is from the Sandy Hook mass shooting that left 26 people dead (28 including the shooter and another person at another crime scene) in Newtown, Connecticut on December 14, 2012.

This blogger wrote on another platform in 2014 an article entitled “Sandy Hook, Line, And Sinker: 2012 FBI Crime Report Shows Zero Killed In Newtown.” The title speaks for itself. Thus either the “conspiracy theory” that the whole Sandy Hook thing was staged and nobody died that day is true, or the FBI is lying on their statistics for whatever reason.

We’ll never know the real numbers as to excess deaths across the globe due to the injections (until naked eye observations start speaking for themselves). But here is a list of countries that reported record-high excess deaths and/or record-low births in 2021 and 2022:

Japan: 1.58 million deaths in 2022 – the most since World War II

New Zealand: 38,574 deaths in 2022 – the most since 1918

Australia: record-low births and record-high deaths in 2021

U.K.: utilizing temporary morgues across the country due to “sharp rise in excess deaths“

Netherlands: more deaths than births in 2022 – first time that’s happened since the year 1900

Germany: virtually zero excess deaths in 2020, then the numbers skyrocketed in 2021

Nova Scotia (Canada): “unexpectedly high number of people are dying“

Philippines: 768,504 deaths in 2021 – highest in one year since 1945.

That’s just a small sample. Further, Norway, Italy and Japan all experienced record-low births in 2022. In other words, a lot of people are dying and few are being born.

White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates found himself in hot water Wednesday aftersharing a video from an account mocking President Joe Biden.

Bates shared a video of White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre that had been posted by Greg Price, the senior digital strategist at XStrategies LLC and a former Daily Caller social media coordinator.

Before Bates shared the clip,Price had temporarily changed his account name to “Joe Biden Showered With His Daughter,” causing the moniker to show up under Bates’ post.

Bates also retweeted Price’s original tweet containing the video, apparently without noticing Price’s account name.

In the video from Thursday’s press briefing, Jean-Pierre lamented the alleged “bad faith attacks” against Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg over his handling of the train derailment and toxic chemical spill in East Palestine, Ohio.

“There’s been a lot of bad faith attacks on Secretary Buttigieg. If you remember Elaine Chao. She was the head of the Department of Transportation and when there were these types of chemical spills, nobody was calling for her to be fired,” Jean-Pierre said.

Buttigieg faced widespread scrutiny for delaying his public response to the crisis for 10 days. He visited the site in East Palestine on Thursday, exactly twenty days after the Feb. 3 derailment.

The Transportation Secretary said in a Tuesday interview that he “could’ve spoken out sooner” in the aftermath of the crisis.

“Our department was on the ground within hours, helping with the response and the investigation,” he said. “Again, I respect the separate role of the [National Transportation Safety Board]. But we have been on the ground literally from day one to make sure that we’re doing our part to support. I do think it’s important to speak out about that, and I could have spoken sooner, and I’m making sure that we are focused on the actions that are gonna make a difference.”
