UN Wants to Decriminalize Sex Between Minors and Adults

The United Nations discreetly issued a report in March encouraging members of the UN to decriminalize sex between minors and adults.

The report is titled “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.”

On page 22 of the report, the UN states, “With respect to the enforcement of criminal law, any prescribed minimum age of consent to sex must be applied in a non-discriminatory manner. Enforcement may not be linked to the sex/gender of participants or age of consent to marriage.”

The report continues, “Moreover, sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law.”.

‘Build-a-Bear’ is Selling Drag Queen Teddy Bears.

Children’s toy store Build-a-Bear is selling RuPaul-themed drag queen teddies in a supposedly adults-only section of its website dubbed the ‘Bear Cave’.

The RuPaul Bear Gift Set features a teddy wearing a blonde wig, the garish lipstick and eyeshadow synonymous with the drag scene, with a gold sequin dress and heels.

Drag queens have become a key battleground in the Western culture wars in recent years, as leftist activists increasingly insist that it is vital to expose children to often highly-sexualised drag performances from the cradle to college, in venues including schools and public libraries.

RuPaul Charles, 62, is perhaps the most recognizable drag queen worldwide, with his RuPaul’s Drag Race television show spawning multiple spin-offs and hosting the likes of Justin Trudeau, who used an appearance on its Canadian iteration to promote diversity and mass migration.

Build-a-Bear’s drag queen teddy is not aimed at children, being sold on an adults-only section of its website most parents are likely unaware of, dubiously titled ‘The Bear Cave’.

The Bear Cave is easily accessible from Build-a-Bear’s main website, however, with potential customers merely having to click its logo at the top of the site to be taken to a page informing them that “[t]he Bear Cave™ is filled with unexpected collabs and unique plush gifts, intended for shoppers 18 and older” and inviting them to click a ‘Continue’ button if they wish to proceed.

Much of the content in the ‘Cave’ actually seems likely to appeal to minors, including bears based on the Star Wars, DC Comics, Marvel franchises, and children’s movie The Night Before Christmas.

“Mama Ru makes her debut on the Build-A-Bear mainstage in the form of the first-ever RuPaul Bear!” the Bear Cave declares proudly of its RuPaul offering, in language which appears to imply further drag queen teddies are on the way.

“Give our ultra cute RuPaul gifts to surprise any of your friends obsessed with the hit franchise. And remember — if you can’t love yourself, how are you gonna love somebody else?” it adds.

Build-a-Bear was founded and remains headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, with annual revenue in excess of $350 million, as well as employing over 5,000 staff. It’s founder, Maxine Clark, is a Democratic Party donor and sits on the board of the globalist ‘New America’ pressure group, as well as on the board of U.S. state media entity, PBS. Build-a-Bear’s decision to partner with the drag queen comes at a time when conservatives are increasingly pushing back against woke corporations pushing 2SLGBTQI+ content. Bud Light, for example, has cost its parent company billions with an “inclusive” campaign centered on transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, while Lego has earned parents’ ire with a campaign promoting various gender identities and adult concepts such as “identify[ing] as pansexual” on social media.

Crow gave Thomas a portrait of the justice and his wife, according to the painter, Sharif Tarabay. Tax filings show that Crow's foundation also gave $105,000 to the Yale Law School, Thomas's alma mater, for the "Justice Thomas Portrait Fund". Justice Thomas has accepted numerous week-long luxury trips, including island-hopping on Crow's superyacht, international and domestic private jet travel, and private resort stays.[14] Under rules that went into effect on March 14, 2023, justices must disclose many forms of gifts they receive; but exceptions exist if a gift of food, lodging, or entertainment is deemed "personal in nature" and the hospitality has been directly offered by an individual who has a personal relationship to the government official in question.[15] The new rules do however require disclosure of stays at commercial properties as well as private jet travel.[16]

Legal experts cited by ProPublica say that Thomas did not disclose the gifts, violating a financial disclosure law and ethical norms for judges.[14][17] According to Crow, he has "never sought to influence Justice Thomas on any legal or political issue".[3] Democratic lawmakers reacted to the revelations by demanding Thomas' resignation and calling for an investigation.[16]On April 13, 2023, ProPublica reported that Crow had quietly paid Thomas for property occupied by Thomas's mother's home, despite law requiring disclosure of property sales by public officials.[18]Crow said he bought the property with the intent of later turning the home into a public museum dedicated to Thomas. Allegations have risen that Crow has been "subsidizing the lifestyle of Thomas and his wife" as Thomas continued to support conservative causes on the Supreme Court.[19]

Thousands of Anti-Govt Protesters Rally in Prague Against Soaring Inflation, Support for Ukraine War

Thousands of people rallied again in the Czech capital on Sunday to protest high inflation and demand the government´s resignation.

It was the second such rally at Prague´s Wenceslas Square after one on March 11 that was organized by a new political party known as PRO under an “against the poverty” banner.

The demonstrators, speakers at the protest and the head of the populist group, Jindrich Rajchl, blamed the European Union and the Czech government for soaring inflation and all repeatedly called on the current five-party coalition to resign.

“We want the government’s resignation,” Rajchl told the crowd. Rajchl, a lawyer by profession, is the former deputy head of the Czech soccer association.

“Resign, resign,” the protesters chanted.

“We’re here to stand by our country,” Rajchl said.

His group, whose name in English stands for Law, Respect, Expertise has no seats in parliament.

Rajchl claimed his group was ready to further escalate the protests.

Inflation has been high but on the decline in recent months, dropping to 15% in March, down from 16.7% in February and 17.5% the month before.

Crow keeps an even larger number of historical items inside. They include a painting of George Washington by Rembrandt Peale, a document signed by Christopher Columbus and a collection of Nazi artifacts and Hitler memorabilia. Visitors attest to seeing a signed copy of “Mein Kampf,” two paintings by Hitler himself, Hitler stamps, Nazi medallions and linen napkins embroidered with the iconography of the Third Reich.

It is, to most people, jarring to see Nazi paraphernalia in the wild (versus, for example, in a World War II museum). And it is alarming to learn that one such collector of Nazi paraphernalia is a close friend of a Supreme Court justice and has strong ties to conservative media and the conservative movement. It is thanks to those ties, in fact, that Crow saw no shortage of defenders when news of his collection broke to the wider world.

“Harlan Crow is a deeply honorable, decent, and patriotic person,” said Jonah Goldberg, the editor in chief of The Dispatch, on Twitter. Defending Crow’s “garden of evil,” Goldberg said that it’s “not a tribute to evil or something to be mocked. It’s an attempt” to “commemorate the horrors of the 20th century in the spirit of ‘never again.’” Crow, The Dispatch noted, is a minority investor in the publication.

“Harlan Crow surely has enemies but, as far as I can tell, they consist exclusively of people who don’t know him,” Charles Murray said on Twitter. “Everyone who does know him may disagree with him on some issue, but they universally recognize his decency, integrity, and kindness.” Murray, who is a scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, is a close friend of Crow’s; Crow is also a member of the board of trustees at A.E.I.

Ben Shapiro is a right-wing media personality who does not appear to have any direct ties to Crow, but he defended him all the same: “He said that he’s filled his property with these mementos because he hates communism and fascism. Well, I mean, that seems like a reason why you might own this stuff is to remember the things that you hate.”

In reading these defenses of Crow, including this one by Graeme Wood in The Atlantic (“Crow’s politics are not mine. But in the matter of his pastimes, he is blameless.”), I was struck by how each defender takes the billionaire’s rationalization as his own. Each one seems to accept, without question, that an enemy of tyranny would keep mementos of the tyrants to remind himself of his hatred. Most people go to museums and sculpture gardens for peace, enrichment and quiet contemplation. Harlan Crow, by his own testimony and according to his defenders, goes to get angry.

I don’t think Crow is a Nazi or an admirer of dictators and authoritarians. But I don’t think we should take his explanation for his collection at face value, either.

Who killed Roland Park resident Molly Macauley?

Loved ones, police continue to search for answers 1 year after homicide

BALTIMORE —

It's been more than a year since a Roland Park resident was stabbed to death while walking her dogs, and still there is no justice and no closure for Molly Macauley's family and friends or the detective who's determined to get answers.

Macauley was found in the 600 block of west University Parkway in July of last year. Only about a block away from her house.

She'd just come home from watching her beloved Orioles when investigators said she set out to walk her dogs as she did almost every night.

"I mean, it's still shocking. It's still horrible," friend Karen Palmer said.

Palmer said she often wakes up, thinking that what she experienced in her dream is reality, that her friend and co-worker of 25 years, Macauley, is still alive, sharing her wisdom, and smile.

"Like, is this the real world? Or is it the world where she's not there? The real world and it's just really hard and, you know, it's been over a year," Palmer said.

Macauley, who was a renowned aerospace researcher, was stabbed to death as she walked her two big dogs the night of July 8, 2016, and there are still no answers.

"You know she knew her neighborhood. She was a careful person. She was a street-savvy person, so how did this happen?" Palmer said.

Palmer and the Baltimore police detective leading the investigation, Sean Dallessandro, are determined to keep the case in the forefront of people's minds.

"We're always looking for that witness, somebody to call, somebody to give us that one tip. This one's rather puzzling, which is nerve wracking to say the least," Dallessandro said.

Macauley's dog walk along relatively quiet University Parkway at 10:47 p.m. was a routine route for her. The killer seems to have appeared out of nowhere and stabbed her several times. She was found on the ground covered in blood, still holding on to the dogs.

Police didn't find a weapon. It didn't appear to be a robbery, and the only apparent witnesses are neighbors who heard her scream.

"You know this didn't have anything to do with drugs. It didn't have anything to do with a domestic incident. It didn't have anything to do with the core of what our homicides usually are," Dallessandro said.

Macauley was the vice president for research at Resources for the Future, a think tank in Washington, D.C. She was a pioneer in space economics, testified before Congress and sat on expert panels.

Dallessandro has enlisted help from the FBI.

"There was a few good ideas that they had, which (are) things that I explored, and there's a few things that I'm exploring now," Dallessandro said.

He's pushed on by hopes of providing some sense of closure.

"And figure out why, and who. I mean, it's just really tragic and not fair at all, not fair," Palmer said.

The detective said there have been different people of interest in the case, but as of now he's ruled them all out.

Colonel Alexander Vindman admitted while being questioned by the House Intelligence Committee Tuesday that he had leaked information to an anti-Trump whistleblower at the center of the Democrats’ partisan impeachment proceedings of President Donald Trump. Vindman attempted to provide talking points to Trump prior to his “infamous” Ukraine phone call and then leaked a mischaracterization of the call afterward. Vindman was directly confronted by California Rep. Devin Nunes. Nunes asked:

“Lieutenant Colonel Vindman, did you discuss the July 25 phone call with anyone outside the White House on July 25 or the 26, and if so, with whom?”

“Yes. I did,” Vindman responded.

Vindman was pressed about the details and asked who he spoke with regarding the phone call. Vindman said he talked with two individuals who were not in the White House. Vindman was asked to provide the names of the people he had spoken with but was cut off by then-Democratic Chair Adam Schiff.

“We need to protect the whistleblower. Please stop. I want to make sure that there is no effort to out the whistleblower through these proceedings. If the witness has a good faith belief that this may reveal the identity of the whistleblower, that is not the purpose that we’re here for. I want to advise the witness accordingly.”

Vindman was accused of leaking national security information but never served jail time.. One Twitter user made it clear that he believes there is a two-tiered system of justice in place. He said, “Despite destabilizing a Commander-in-Chief and helping provoke a war in Ukraine,” Vindman now goes on chat shows. Red Flag Alerts: Rhode Island Fires, Foot Soldiers, & Senator Whitehouse’s Possible GO Comms

On Wed. April 12, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) posted on FB about RI having Sequoia trees, which are not common and quite rare in southern New England. This post caught my attention. The entire state had been receiving Red Flag fire warnings all week (also very rare, esp. in April). These warnings also caught my attention because they made no sense, and sometimes came when it had been raining and the ground was wet.

I went through the comments under his Sequoia posts and found one commenter that stood out from the others. Ph Warren. I have attached screenshots of a couple of his comments. This person went on ad nauseam on how great the senator is…over the top praise. I clicked on Ph Warren’s FB profile and almost fell out of my chair. The background picture is of forest trees. The profile picture is a red alarm button. No FB friends, no “About” info, but there are posts and posts about DOGS and dog rescue in CALIFORNIA. Why would someone totally into California dog rescue be so over the top with support and praise for a RI senator? Makes NO sense.

Read Ph Warren’s comments. They sound like comms: a minion’s comms back to his master. I believe Ph Warren is one of Whitehouse’s foot soldiers. I think “Sequoia” is code for “fire”, and I think “tree” is code for “foot soldier”. Now go back and read Whitehouse’s and Ph Warren’s comments again, with the code words in mind. Suddenly makes sense that Whitehouse’s posts are GO commands, and at least one foot soldier is communicating back.

In Ph Warren’s second comment, it reads to me like this: “Oh gosh, I missed your first comm (haven’t had my coffee yet) or ( I haven’t done my assignment yet) and I was thinking that someone would shoot to kill (destroy) a foot soldier (such a beautiful tree) or that maybe the foot soldier was no longer under our control (maybe it was diseased), especially when we desperately need trained foot soldiers (mature trees) for false flags (carbon capture).” Ph Warren then says, “Took me a few minutes to see you meant another photo angle.”

They could be talking about the taking out of one of their own foot soldiers; or the lighting of another fire; or [they] could be calling for a mass shooting in RI. Kids are due back to school tomorrow after being on Spring vacation all last week.

The Biden administration is throttling a necessary "Operation Warp Speed" for antiviral treatments for COVID-19 and other viruses, former CDC Director Robert Redfield told "Just the News, No Noise" in a wide-ranging interview.

The Trump administration delivered COVID-19 vaccines years faster than the National Institutes of Health predicted by enlisting the private sector and military — an approach President Biden has rejected, leaving the U.S. woefully unprepared for an even bigger pandemic, the retired U.S. Army virologist warned.

"NIH argued 'Give us the $15 billion'" to make COVID vaccines and is now arguing it can do the same for antivirals with $2-3 billion, which is "one of the problems I have with the current administration," Dr. Redfield said. "They don't respect the private sector and the private sector's ability to make an impact."

In the fourth year of COVID, "we have one effective antiviral that most physicians would use," Redfield said, referring to Pfizer's Paxlovid, which he recommends taking for confirmed infections. "That's terrible."

He called for "enormous redundancy in trying to develop new platform antiviral therapeutic products," which will then require a far more robust "manufacturing capability" than the U.S. now has. Redfield is a "strategic advisor" to Linear Therapies, whose platform technology can make an antiviral for "any RNA virus" within a couple months, he said.

The U.S. remains "totally underinvested" in the necessary "real-time data" infrastructure to deal with pandemics, he said, with Congress appropriating only $300 million of the $25 billion he requested for upgrades when he took over the CDC in 2018. "I tell people my own hospital system invested a billion."

Unlike the U.S., South Korea "immediately met their diagnostic needs" early in COVID, thanks to a partnership the country had built with diagnostic companies years earlier in response to MERS, according to Redfield.

While he's a big booster of COVID vaccines for vulnerable groups such as the elderly and those with severe comorbidities, Redfield is highly critical of officials in both the Trump and Biden administrations for squelching an "honest public debate" on both COVID origins and public health response.
