Biden’s HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra Admits His Department Has Been Illegally Spending Unauthorized Funds for the Past Two Years

Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra on Tuesday testified before the House Ways and Means Committee on Biden’s fiscal year 2024 budget.

Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde grilled Xavier Becerra about spending unauthorized funds.

“Do you think unauthorized federal programs should be funded?” Rep. Clyde asked Becerra.

Becerra offered up some talking points to avoid answering the question.

Rep. Clyde pushed back and asked Becerra if he is spending unauthorized funds on Title X family planning services.

“Title X has not been authorized since 1985,” the Congressman said before asking Becerra why he hasn’t asked for authorization to spent the money.

Xavier Becerra admitted he has been illegally spending unauthorized funds for the past two years.

Child SEX ABUSE COVER-UP at COVENANT Church of NASHVILLE SHOOTER

The shooting occured at Covenant School, which is part of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville.

There was a child sex abuse cover-up at Nashville Covenant Presbyterian Church beginning around 2007-8 involving the Pastor sexually abusing a child. The Pastor admitted it, but the Church did not excommunicate him until 2 years later and NEVER reported it to the police.

In 2012, the police investigated the unnamed girl's sexual abuse allegations, which they substantiated. However, the girl accuser was 18 at the time & it was past the statute of limitations. No criminal charges were filed.

18 years old in 2012 + 11 years = 28 or 29 years old today.

Was the shooter a child sexual abuse victim of the Covenant Church?

Austin Davis was a member of the church that tried to expose the coverup, and the church kicked him out of the church and allegedly even sent some kind of armef security to his home to intimidate him into silence. He subsequently sued Covenant Presbyterian, some of those documents linked below.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The Davis Family (“Plaintiffs”), former members of Covenant Presbyterian Church1

of Nashville (“Covenant”), filed their original complaint against Covenant, Jim Bachmann,

Joe Eades, John Avery, Worrick Robinson, Nashville Presbytery, and Presbyterian Church

in America (“P.C.A.”) on June 19, 2013. Covenant, Bachmann, Eades, Avery, and2

Robinson (collectively referred to as “Defendants”) moved to dismiss the complaint on July

24, 2013. Plaintiffs filed a motion to amend their complaint, which was granted by order

entered August 1, 2013.

On August 7, 2013, Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint alleging that:

The defendants committed a continuous series of intentional acts, negligent

acts or omissions, which damaged the plaintiffs in furtherance of an illicit act

by defendants to fraudulently conceal from appropriate authorities unreported

and unprosecuted child sexual abuse by confessed child molester, John Perry

(a book author) who is associated with or was once closely associated with the

defendants as a founder and former officer of Covenant, and same who

donated money to Covenant.

circumstances concerning vulnerable children residing at John Perry’s

residence and the defendants[‘] fraudulent concealment of unlawful child

sexual abuse by confessed child molester John Perry without plaintiffs actually

The complaint goes on to attempt to assert causes of action for invasion of privacy; malicious

Washington — Three people briefed on the decision confirmed to CBS News that a federal judge in Washington ruled that former Vice President Mike Pence must testify before a grand jury about former President Donald Trump's effort to reverse the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing the Justice Department's investigation into efforts to stop the transfer of presidential power after the 2020 election, issued a subpoena for Pence's testimony before the grand jury in February. But the former vice president vowed to resist the demand, arguing he is protected from questioning by prosecutors under the Constitution's "speech or debate" clause.

The provision says that members of the legislative branch "shall not be questioned in any other place" for "any speech or debate" in either chamber. Pence's argument stemmed from his role as president of the Senate, the position held by the vice president.
