A 1,000 acre urban training facility located near Butlerville, Indiana. MUTC is used to train civilian first responders, Foreign Service Institute, joint civilian/military response operations, and military urban warfare. It is also home to the National Guard Patriot Academy, a program that gives potential recruits the chance to earn a high school diploma.[2] In addition, it is home to Cybertropolis (a cyberwarfare training environment). Located on the grounds of the former Muscatatuck State Developmental Center (MSDC). MSDC was created in 1920 as the Indiana Farm Colony for the Feeble Minded. It became one of Indiana's largest mental institutions approximately 3,000 patients and around 2,000 employees. From 1920 through 2005, MSDC housed many of Indiana's challenged citizens and was once the largest employer in Jennings County.

The Biden Regime refused to support calls for an international investigation into the Nord Stream attack in the United Nations Security Council Monday. Russia says it may demand reparations for the destruction of the pipeline, which Russian President Putin says will be solved one day.

Only Russia, China and Brazil voted for an international investigation into the Nord Stream attack at the United Nations Security Council Monday evening. The other 12 nations abstained, including the permanent UNSC members the United States, UK and France, as well as Albania, Gabon, Ghana, Malta, Mozambique, the UAE, Switzerland, Ecuador and Japan. The measure thus did not reach the necessary majority of 9 votes.

“Without an objective and transparent international investigation the truth will not be uncovered as to what happened,” Russian UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said.

“The United States was not involved in any way. Period,” said deputy U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Robert Wood, accusing Russia of trying to “discredit the work of ongoing national investigations and prejudice any conclusions they reach that do not comport to Russia’s predetermined and political narrative.”

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov Monday raised the possibility that Russia may demand compensation for the Nord Stream pipeline, which Gazprom co-owned with European energy companies.

“If we are talking about, let’s say, sabotage by one or more state actors – and, thus far, the data indicates that such a large-scale act of sabotage and terrorist act on a critically important piece of infrastructure could not have been committed without the involvement of state actors and special state services with all the potential they can deploy – in this case, of course, that would be an entirely justified question,” Peskov said, adding this is so far only a hypothetical discussion. First it is necessary to identify the persons responsible for the attacks, Peskov said.

Peskov accused Western countries of “making every effort to whitewash this topic, to paper it over, so that it disappears from the agenda. But, of course, Russia will continue to do everything possible to prevent this from happening.”

Speaking on Russian TV Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed with American journalist Seymour Hersh that the USA is behind in the Nord Stream pipeline explosions. “The American journalist, who has become rather famous now worldwide, carried out such an investigation and as we know, drew a conclusion that blast on the gas pipelines was organized by the US special services. I fully agree with such conclusions,” Putin said.

Putin said the truth about the Nord Stream attack will eventually come out: “I believe that it will be hard to attain this, but someday it will come out what was done and how.”

BPro’s TotalVote Used in Multiple States in the US, Allows the Installation of “Plug-Ins” that Can Be Used to Manipulate Election Data

This report was developed by election experts in New Mexico and Hawaii with special recognition to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin.

Election Experts in Hawaii discovered that the TotalVote election system used in the state can backdate election records. This isn’t all that it can do.

Yesterday TGP reported on the TotalVote election system in Hawaii which is connected to the Internet, is not certified, and can backdate election records.

There is much more to this story. It is much deeper than proving Hawaii’s voter rolls have backdated election entries. We learned from experts in Hawaii that all the suspicious entries were added with a single computer.

The UUID format used in Hawaii is created by a software component called a “plug-in.” Plug-ins are software libraries that can be loaded and run by an existing computer program and they can be customized. Common examples of plug-ins are ad blockers or promo code finders that can be used to customize a web browser.

The fact that BPro software allows plug-ins to operate within their software system is a massive security vulnerability.

A plug-in could be added at any time after the initial software installation and the customer, and even the software developer, would never know.

Plug-ins are reloaded every time a piece of software is restarted.

The concern for election infrastructure using BPro/KnowINK products is this:

Plug-ins can easily be swapped out as needed to rig an election or manipulate the way a voter roll was being consolidated. Plug-ins are vulnerable in any election where the computer software plug-in is running, and the system is internet-connected.

An opportunity for bad actors to rig or modify the election infrastructure recently occurred in New Mexico’s elections. Below is an email that reminded county clerks and KnowINK that there was a planned system outage of their version of BPro’s TotalVote called SERVIS.

French banks raided in tax evasion sting

The lenders are suspected of helping investors avoid paying taxes on dividends

The Paris offices of five major banks were searched on Tuesday amid a probe into suspected money laundering and tax evasion related to dividend payments, several media outlets reported on Tuesday.

The raids in question took place at the offices of Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, Exane and Natixis, as well as those of British banking giant HSBC, according to Le Monde, which was the first to break the news.

Societe Generale confirmed the searches to Reuters, but abstained from further comments. The other four banks did not comment on the reports.

France’s National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) later confirmed reports of the raids in a statement, adding that the investigation was linked to the so-called “cum-cum” dividend strategy, a scheme whereby a bank temporarily transfers shares of a stock to a foreign investor ahead of a dividend payout to avoid paying the dividend tax.

The dividends are either not taxed or the taxes are refunded to the foreign investor. The shares are subsequently returned to the original owner and the two parties split the amount saved – an amount that would have been taxed had the securities remained with the original owner.

PNF said the ongoing probe, which was opened back in 2021, is being carried out by 16 investigating judges and over 150 agents. According to a Bloomberg report, the five banks face collective fines of more than €1 billion ($1.1 billion) in connection with the investigation.

The searches came as yet another hit to the global banking industry, which is still reeling from bank failures in the US and the government-brokered rescue takeover of Switzerland’s Credit Suisse by rival UBS.

Bombshell Vax Analysis Finds $147 Billion In Economic Damage, Tens Of Millions Injured Or Disabled

A new report estimates that 26.6 million people were injured, 1.36 million disabled, and 300,000 excess deaths can be attributed to COVID-19 vaccine damages in 2022 alone, which cost the economy nearly $150 billion.

Research firm Phinance Technologies, founded and operated by former Blackrock portfolio manager Ed Dowd, Yuri Nunes (PhD Physics, MSc Mathematics) and Carlos Alegria (PhD Physics, Finance), split the impact of the vaccines into four broad categories to estimate the human costs associated with the Covid-19 vaccine; no effect or asymptomatic, those who sustained injuries (mild-to-moderate outcome), those who became disabled (severe outcome), and death (extreme outcome). Data on vaccine disabilities and injuries comes directly from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), while the excess death figures are derived from official figures on deaths in the US via two different methods (methodology here).

It's important to note that people in one category (injured, for example) can move into latter categories of severity - which this analysis does not take into consideration.

"We need to remember that not only are these groupings an attempt to characterize different levels of damage from the inoculations, they are not static and could interact with each other," reads the report. "For instance, there might be individuals who had no visible effects after vaccination but nonetheless could still be impacted."

"Individuals with mild injuries from the inoculations could, over time, develop severe injuries to the extent of being disabled, or an extreme outcome such as death."

Estimating the economic cost

In analyzing each of the above categories, Phinance used absolute excess lost worktime (see previous report) to determine that the direct economic cost of vaccine injuries was $79.5 billion in 2022, and $52.2 billion for those with severe disabilities.

For deaths, Phinace used the average yearly absolute rise in excess deaths since 2021, which was 0.05% for the 25-64 year-old demographic, which amounted to $5.6 billion in lost productivity.

In total, they found a total "economic cost" of $147.8 billion in 2022 due to the Covid-19 vaccines.

Russia Calls Out 'Nuclear Weapons Hypocrisy': US Has Tactical Nukes In 5 Non-Nuclear Weapon States

The Kremlin has blasted what a Russian official called the United States' "vivid example of hypocrisy" as part of the latest war of words in the wake of President Putin's announcing he has stationed tactical nuclear weapons in neighboring Belarus.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov on Tuesday called out Washington's "extremely short memory" - given it "has long been systematically destroying the legal basis of bilateral relations in strategic sphere," which is a reference to the collapse of multiple nuclear treaties of late, including 'Open Skies' and the INF Treaty in 2019. New START is also looking to come to an end at the rate things are going.

At the start of this week Western officials sounded the alarm over Putin's fresh announcement, which many within NATO countries interpreted as but the latest 'expansionist' threat.

Russia has ratcheted up tensions with the West amid its ongoing war against Ukraine, with President Vladimir Putin saying Moscow will deploy "tactical nuclear weapons" in Belarus. The Russian leader said 10 fighter jets capable of carrying tactical nuclear weapons — generally a reference to smaller weapons used for limited battlefield attacks, rather than larger, long-range "strategic" nuclear weapons — were already deployed in Belarus. Putin said Russia would also position nuclear-armed Iskander hypersonic missiles, with a range of around 300 miles, in Belarus.

In response, the US State Department condemned the Russian leader's "irresponsible nuclear rhetoric," and said that "no other country is inflicting such damage on arms control, nor seeking to undermine strategic stability in Europe."

The scathing denunciation had been issued by US State Department representative Vedant Patel. Amb. Antonov addressed the American official by name, saying, "As for Mr Patel's words regarding our President's statements on the Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the military-nuclear sphere, it is a vivid example of hypocrisy of the American politics," in a statement released by the Russian Embassy.

Antonov underscored that the US has long stationed nuclear weapons not far from Russia: "For the last 60 years Washington has been playing a key role in NATO’s nuclear sharing missions by supporting deployment of its tactical nuclear weapons in five non-nuclear weapon states - Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Turkey," he said. China wants Nord Stream attackers ‘brought to justice’

Beijing has accused Washington of “double standards” over its stance on investigating the sabotage of the pipelines

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has said the saboteurs of the Nord Stream pipelines must face consequences, as it condemned America’s failure to support a UN-led investigation into the incident. A Russian-sponsored resolution for an international probe did not pass a vote at the UN Security Council earlier this week.

Speaking at a media briefing on Tuesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning claimed that Washington is “keen to carry out so-called ‘investigations’ of developing nations, yet is secretive on this incident.” The diplomat argued that the US attitude was an example of “obvious double standards,” and suggested that officials in Washington were “afraid of” something. Mao added that China hopes the perpetrators will be “brought to justice” as soon as possible.

China, Russia, and Brazil backed the draft resolution for an international Nord Stream investigation in a UN Security Council vote on Monday, although 12 other members abstained. If adopted, the resolution would have requested the secretary general to establish a commission to conduct a “comprehensive, transparent, and impartial international investigation” of the incident, which happened in September last year.

The US claimed the proposal was intended to undermine the national investigations being run by Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. Germany was the intended recipient of Russian natural gas pumped through the sabotaged pipelines. Denmark and Sweden are conducting probes as the explosions which ruptured the energy link occurred in their territorial waters.

China’s deputy representative to the UN, Geng Shuang, argued that there was no obstacle to holding an international investigation in parallel with national ones.

Geng also noted that the trio of European nations had already had six months to conduct their probes. Beijing expects them “to increase their sense of urgency, report the progress of the investigations to the Security Council in a timely and regular manner, and find out and announce the results of the investigations as soon as possible,” the Chinese delegation said in a statement.

Veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh claimed last month that the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines was ordered by US President Joe Biden and was conducted jointly by America and Norway. Both nations have denied those allegations. Russian President Vladimir Putin said last week that he “fully agreed” with Hersh’s conclusions.

SBF Charged With Funneling $40M In Crypto To Bribe CCP Officials

“The mass shooting in Nashville today wasn’t a one-off,” nationally-syndicated news host and defender of Christian values Stew Peters posted to Twitter, along with a disturbing image of a pro-trans demonstrator in Oklahoma City, who on the same day as the anti-Christian Nashville massacre held a sign threatening to shoot anyone dead who opposes “trans rights.”

“Trannies have declared WAR on Christians,” Peters wrote above the photograph.

The man who apparently attacked Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) staffer on Saturday had been released from a 12-year prison sentence just one day before the attack was carried out.

Glynn Neal, the alleged attacker, was sentenced to 12 years and four months in prison in 2011 on charges of “compelling an individual to live a life of prostitution without his or her consent” and “threat to kidnap to injure a person,” per Fox 5.

The report noted that Paul staffer Phillip Todd was approached by Neal on a street in Washington, DC before stabbing Todd, resulting in “life-threatening injuries,” according to Paul’s office.

Paul released a statement, saying: "This past weekend a member of my staff was brutally attacked in broad daylight in Washington, D.C. I ask you to join Kelley and me in praying for a speedy and complete recovery, and thanking the first responders, hospital staff, and police for their diligent actions. We are relieved to hear the suspect has been arrested. At this time we would ask for privacy so everyone can focus on healing and recovery.”

The DC Police Department posted on Twitter, saying that the Metropolitan Police had made an arrest. The arrest was reportedly made in reference to “an Assault with Intent to Kill (Knife).”

The grand jury investigating alleged payments made by former President Donald Trump to porn star Stormy Daniels reconvened on Monday in Manhattan and heard testimony from key witness David Pecker.

Former CEO of American Media, Inc. and publisher of the tabloid The National Enquirer, was seen entering the building on Monday afternoon, where he testified before the panel, two sources told CBS News.

In the weeks leading up to the 2016 election, Pecker allegedly played a key role in connecting Daniels with attorney Michael Cohen, who later secured a non-disclosure agreement from the adult film star for $130,000.

Pecker was the CEO of American Media, Inc., the parent company of The National Enquirer, until 2020. According to the New York Times, this is thesecond time Pecker has appeared before the jury.

In 2018, American Media, Inc. admitted to paying a woman in 2016 who alleged that she had an affair with Trump "so as to prevent it from influencing the election," The US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York said, according to CBS News.

The office said the company "admitted that it made the $150,000 payment … in order to ensure that the woman did not publicize damaging allegations about the candidate."

The House Judiciary Committee has called Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation of the 2024 presidential candidate an "unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority," with Chairman Jim Jordan writing in a letters to former DA office workers, "Your criticisms of Bragg's investigation were widely reported. It now appears that your efforts to shame Bragg have worked as he is reportedly resurrecting a so-called 'zombie' case."

One letter from Stephen Ryan, counselor for Cohen, to Jordan in 2018 revealed that Cohen used his personal funds to make the payment, and "neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with [Daniels], and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly."

Media Outlets Apologize for Correctly Identifying Transgender Shooter as a Woman

The New York Times and USA Today complied with radical gender ideology by apologizing for correctly identifying the Nashville Christian School shooting suspect as a woman.

Soon after the shooting at Nashville’s Covenant School on Monday, in which three students and three adults were shot and killed, police identified the suspected shooter as 28-year-old Audrey Hale. A little while later, officials stated that Hale, who was killed by police during the attack, identified as transgender — meaning Hale allegedly believed she was a man.

Following the revelation that Audrey was a woman who identified as a man, both USA Today and The New York Times were quick to issue statements on Twitter, seemingly apologizing for adhering to biological reality by correctly calling Hale a woman. The publications also appeared to scrub references to Hale as a female from online news articles.

Republican Kansas Sen. Roger Marshall introduced legislation Tuesday that would create an anonymous tip-line for concerned citizens to report suspected Chinese Communist Party espionage activities.

The Chinese Communist Party operates a network of police stations located outside the country, the human rights organization Safeguard Defenders revealed in 2022. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) shut down a Chinatown, New York, station, although the CCP still operates the outposts in dozens of countries. Chinese government operatives reportedly use the stations to monitor local Chinese emigrants, and in some cases extraordinarily render them back to China.

Marshall’s bill, obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller, creates an FBI tip-line for individuals to use and report the existence of the police stations. It also prohibits CCP agents from “perform[ing] any function of a law enforcement agency; or engag[ing] in surveillance, harassment, intimidation, or coercion of another person in the U.S.” Any individual who violates the statute may be sentenced to ten years in prison.
