Guantanamo Bay Detainee Transfer Announced
March 8, 2023
The Department of Defense announced today the repatriation of Ghassan Al Sharbi from the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On February 4, 2022, the Periodic Review Board (PRB) process determined that continued law of war detention of Ghassan Al Sharbi was no longer necessary to protect against a continuing significant threat to the national security of the United States.
The PRB recommended that Ghassan Al Sharbi be transferred subject to the implementation of a comprehensive set of security measures including monitoring, travel restrictions and continued information sharing.
On September 21, 2022, Secretary of Defense Austin notified Congress of his intent to repatriate Ghassan Al Sharbi to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and, in consultation with our partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we completed the requirements for responsible transfer.
The United States appreciates the willingness of the Kingdom of Saudi of Arabia, and other partners to support ongoing U.S. efforts toward a deliberate and thorough process focused on responsibly reducing the detainee population and ultimately closing the Guantanamo Bay facility.
The PRB process was established by the President's March 7, 2011, Executive Order 13567. It is consistent with section 1023 of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012 and affirmed in Executive Order 13823 (January 30, 2018).
The PRB panel consists of one senior career official each from the 'Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, and State, along with the Joint Staff and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Today, 31detainees remain at Guantanamo Bay: 17 are eligible for transfer; 3 are eligible for a Periodic Review Board; 9 are involved in the military commissions process; and 2 detainees have been convicted in military commissions.

As McConnell pushes for more Ukraine aid, Republican opposition grows louder

Mitch McConnell returned from an overseas trip to Europe and the Middle East steeled in his conviction to plow more U.S. investment into defending Ukraine, at a moment when the vocal populist wing of the Republican Party is calling an open-ended commitment unacceptable.
“More must be done across the alliance to rebuild our defense capacity and give Ukraine the weapons they need to defeat Russia’s aggression,” McConnell said on the Senate floor Monday afternoon following last week’s voyage to Germany
McConnell’s more hawkish position aligns him with President Joe Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer but places him at odds with the two men considered most likely to carry the GOP banner in 2024, former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
Still, the Senate GOP leader told the Munich Security Conference that GOP leaders still overwhelmingly support Ukraine’s battle against Russia. “Don’t look at Twitter, look at the people in power,” he instructed.
Nonetheless, McConnell’s home state colleague, Rand Paul, blasted an email to supporters on Sunday linking neoconservatives with Democrats as responsible for getting the U.S. “involved in never-ending wars accompanied by a blank check signed by taxpayers.”
“It’s time for us to STOP sending aid to countries like Ukraine and instead focus our efforts helping Americans here at home,” wrote Paul, a long-time anti-interventionist.
Rep. James Comer, who leads the House Oversight Committee, wants an itemized receipt of America’s tab. He’s requested the Defense Department, State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development document exactly how they’ve spent the $113 billion allocated by the U.S. government.
“Providing security and humanitarian assistance for warfighting and reconstruction purposes comes with an inherent risk of fraud, waste, and abuse,” Comer wrote in a letter joined by his GOP colleagues on the committee.
While Congress has greenlit more than $100 billion for Ukraine, less than a third of it – about $32 billion – has been spent, according to reports.
But as the Russian invasion of Ukraine enters its second year and with Congress back in session this week, scrutiny of U.S. involvement is peaking.

NEW INFORMATION THAT IS BEING ADDED:
We are bringing more details of the events of January 6, 2021 that we have not previous done. This petition is much more bold in pointing out that on that day, both parties were accusing each other of attempting to interfere with the election process. Interfering with the election process is considered an act of war on the United States of America because it accomplishes the same results. It puts into power it's victor. Democrats were accusing Republicans Ted Cruz and Paul Gosar of treason for their attempt to hold off on the certification until their claimed evidence could be investigated. Kelly Townsend, the chairwoman of the Arizona House Elections Committee was also being accused by the democrats for attempting to interfere with the election process, which if proven true, would be an act of treason. These accusations made by the democrats were very serious, yet the defendants of this case voted to thwart the investigation into these accusations, cheating out the democrats. Many democrats were accusing Trump with attempting to interfere with the election and to this day they are still making those claims, all because there was no investigation.
Is this case a "Put Trump back into office" case? No. Do not assume for a second I voted for Trump and this case is all about putting him back in. For all you know I wrote in my neighbor. This case has nothing to do with Trump. So you people who are about to make comments on this post about anti Trump stuff you might as well be talking about a way to lose weight, because it does not relate. Asset management firms BlackRock Fund Advisors, JPMorgan Investment Management, and The Vanguard Group were all part of the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, a coalition of ESG-minded money managers committed to channeling investment capital to firms working toward the goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, as outlined in the Paris Climate Accord.
BlackRock, the world's number one asset manager with more than $10 billion under management and a leading proponent of ESG investing, has come under sustained fire from Republicans over so-called "woke" capitalism in connection with its ESG practices.
Vanguard withdrew from NZAM in December, with CEO Tim Buckley citing in part the firm's fiduciary responsibility to optimize returns for its clients, although it still offers ESG investments.

Editor’s note: at around 10 a.m. EST this morning, Michael Shellenberger and I will be testifying at the “Hearing on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on the Twitter Files” for the House Judiciary Committee, in the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. Just before, around 9:00 a.m., we’ll also be releasing a TwitterFiles “Statement to Congress” thread, which will be submitted to the record. It contains some surprises. My opening:

My name is Matt Taibbi. I’ve been a reporter for over 30 years, and an advocate for the First Amendment. Much of that time was spent at Rolling Stone magazine. Over my career, I’ve had the good fortune to be recognized for the work I love. I’ve won the National Magazine Award, the I.F. Stone Award for independent journalism, and written ten books, including four New York Times bestsellers. I’m now the editor of the online magazine Racket, on the independent platform Substack.
I’m here today because of a series of events that began late last year, when I received a note from a source online.
It read: “Are you interested in doing a deep dive into what censorship and manipulation… was going on at Twitter?”
A week later, the first of what became known as the “Twitter Files” reports came out. To say these attracted intense public interest would be an understatement. My computer looked like a slot machine as just the first tweet about the blockage of the Hunter Biden laptop story registered 143 million impressions and 30 million engagements.
But it wasn’t until a week after the first report, after Michael Shellenberger, Bari Weiss, and other researchers joined the search of the “Files,” that we started to grasp the significance of this story.
The original promise of the Internet was that it might democratize the exchange of information globally. A free internet would overwhelm all attempts to control information flow, its very existence a threat to anti-democratic forms of government everywhere.
What we found in the Files was a sweeping effort to reverse that promise, and use machine learning and other tools to turn the internet into an instrument of censorship and social control. Unfortunately, our own government appears to be playing a lead role.
We saw the first hints in communications between Twitter executives before the 2020 election, where we read things like:

This would be attached to excel spreadsheet with a long list of names, whose accounts were often suspended shortly after.
Following the trail of communications between Twitter and the federal government across tens of thousands of emails led to a series of revelations. Mr. Chairman, we’ve summarized these and submitted them to the committee in the form of a new Twitter Files thread, which is also being released to the public now, on Twitter at @ShellenbergerMD, and @mtaibbi.

We learned Twitter, Facebook, Google, and other companies developed a formal system for taking in moderation “requests” from every corner of government: the FBI, DHS, HHS, DOD, the Global Engagement Center at State, even the CIA. For every government agency scanning Twitter, there were perhaps 20 quasi-private entities doing the same, including Stanford’s Election Integrity Project, Newsguard, the Global Disinformation Index, and others, many taxpayer-funded.
A focus of this fast-growing network is making lists of people whose opinions, beliefs, associations, or sympathies are deemed “misinformation,” “disinformation,” or “malinformation.” The latter term is just a euphemism for “true but inconvenient.”
Undeniably, the making of such lists is a form of digital McCarthyism.
Ordinary Americans are not just being reported to Twitter for “deamplification” or de-platforming, but to firms like PayPal, digital advertisers like Xandr, and crowdfunding sites like GoFundMe. These companies can and do refuse service to law-abiding people and businesses whose only crime is falling afoul of a distant, faceless, unaccountable, algorithmic judge.
As someone who grew up a traditional ACLU liberal, this mechanism for punishment without due process is horrifying.
Another troubling aspect is the role of the press, which should be the people’s last line of defense.
But instead of investigating these groups, journalists partnered with them. If Twitter declined to remove an account right away, government agencies and NGOs would call reporters for the New York Times, Washington Post, and other outlets, who in turn would call Twitter demanding to know why action had not been taken.
Effectively, news media became an arm of a state-sponsored thought-policing system.
Some will say, “So what? Why shouldn’t we eliminate disinformation?”
To begin with, you can’t have a state-sponsored system targeting “disinformation” without striking at the essence of the right to free speech. The two ideas are in direct conflict.
Many of the fears driving what my colleague Michael Shellenberger calls the “Censorship-Industrial Complex” also inspired the infamous “Alien and Sedition Laws of 1798.” The latter outlawed “any false, scandalous, and malicious writing against Congress or the president.”
Here is something that will sound familiar: supporters of that law hundreds of years ago were quick to denounce their critics as sympathizers with a hostile foreign power, at the time France. Alexander Hamilton said Thomas Jefferson and his supporters were “more Frenchmen than Americans.”
Jefferson, in vehemently opposing these laws, said democracy cannot survive in a country where power is given to people “whose suspicions may be the evidence.” He added:
It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights: that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism.
Jefferson’s ideas still ring true today. In a free society we don’t mandate truth, we arrive at it through discussion and debate. Any group that claims the “confidence” to decide fact and fiction, especially in the name of protecting democracy, is always, itself, the real threat to democracy.
This is why “anti-disinformation” just doesn’t work. Any experienced journalist knows experts are often initially wrong, and sometimes they even lie. In fact, when elite opinion is too much in sync, this itself can be a red flag.
We just saw this with the Covid lab-leak theory. Many of the institutions we’re now investigating initially labeled the idea that Covid came from a lab “disinformation” and conspiracy theory. Now apparently even the FBI takes it seriously.
It’s not possible to instantly arrive at truth. It is however becoming technologically possible to instantly define and enforce a political consensus online, which I believe is what we’re looking at.
This is a grave threat to people of all political persuasions.
For hundreds of years, the thing that’s distinguished Americans from all other people around the world is the way we don’t let anyone tell us what to think, certainly not the government.
The First Amendment, and an American population accustomed to the right to speak, is the best defense left against the Censorship-Industrial Complex. If the latter can knock over our first and most important constitutional guarantee, these groups will have no serious opponent left anywhere.
If there’s anything the Twitter Files show, it’s that we’re in danger of losing this most precious right, without which all other democratic rights are impossible.

They traveled to Mexico to accompany McGee for a cosmetic tummy tuck surgery when they were caught in gang crossfire in Matamoros
Williams and McGee survived - but Brown and Woodard were killed. The group were found in a stash house in El Tecolote six-and-half-miles from Matamoros
Four U.S. citizens who were kidnapped in Mexico by the notorious criminal and drug syndicate Gulf Cartel have lengthy criminal rap sheets.
Latavia McGee, Eric Williams, Zindell Brown and Shaeed Woodard traveled to the U.S.-Mexico border town Matamoros on Friday when they were caught in crossfire and abducted. Brown and Woodard didn't survive.
DailyMail.com can reveal that Williams was previously busted for 'distributing crack near a school,' while McGee has been slapped with 'unlawful conduct towards a child,' when her daughter tested positive for amphetamines.
Woodard was charged with the 'manufacturing and possession' of drugs and pleaded guilty, while Brown was also charged for 'possession of marijuana or hashish.'
The four were found in a rundown stash house near a place known as La Lagunona in the town of El Tecolote - about six-and-a-half-miles from where they were taken.
Williams was jailed for 18 months in March, 2017, after being busted 12 months earlier for 'distributing' crack cocaine near a school, his arrest affidavit obtained by DailyMail.com reveals.
He was caught in a sting by a confidential informant working for Lake City police department in South Carolina and nailed by video evidence.
Williams was charged with two counts – distribution of cocaine base around March 1, 2016 and distribution of cocaine base within proximity of a school.
Lake City police Major Patrick Miles wrote on the first court arrest report that Williams 'did, while on Carver Street in the city limits of Lake City, willfully and unlawfully violate the South Carolina Drug law.
'The defendant did distribute a quantity of crack cocaine to a confidential informant working with the Lake City Police Department.
'This violation was recorded audio and video and was investigated by the Lake City Police Department Narcotics Division.'
On the second count report, he added: 'This violation did occur within a half mile radius of Ronald E McNair Junior High School… and was in session at the time of this incident.'
Williams was given credit for 60 days time served from his sentence. He pleaded guilty to the two counts, resulting in other indictments against him not being prosecuted.
These included another charge of distributing cocaine on March 1, 2016 to the same informant, with a further charge that this was near the high school.
Another indictment was that on June 3, 2016, Williams possessed crack cocaine with intent to distribute it near a school.
His arrest affidavit for the latter charges read that he was seized for 'outstanding narcotic distribution warrants' and had in his possession 'a prescription pill bottle with 50 Adderall pills… the bottle did not have the defendant's name on it.'
The list continued: 'Several small plastic bags containing a white rock like substance which filed test positive for cocaine base which was recovered from the defendant.'
Williams was also charged with having a loaded .22 caliber handgun in his right rear pocket while he was being frisked in a Lake City street for weapons in September, 2015. The affidavit said: 'The defendant is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing any firearm or ammunition by state law.'

The documentary Franciszkanska 3 – from the late pope’s office address in Krakow – is perhaps the most damning account yet of Wojtyla’s role in allegedly covering up sexual crimes as a hierarch in Poland and then in the Vatican.
Polish journalist Marcin Gutowski spoke with people abused by priests under Cardinal Wojtyla's authority in the Krakow diocese during the 1960s and 1970s. Gutowski also uncovered documents that confirm Wojtyla’s knowledge about sexual crimes committed by clergy.
Gutowski works for the US-owned media group TVN, which is highly critical of the incumbent conservative government of Law and Justice (PiS), which has close ties to Poland’s Catholic church. The documentary aired on March 6.
The documentary sheds light on previously unknown aspects of the late pope's life and raises questions about his response to allegations of abuse within the Catholic Church.
In one example uncovered by Gutowski, Wojtyla sent a longtime offender to work in Vienna with Cardinal Franz Konig. In a letter to Konig, the Polish cardinal did not mention any allegations against the priest, who until his death had maintained friendly ties with Wojtyla.
Another priest, who the communist authorities jailed for abusing underage girls, was okayed by Wojtyla to work with children after completing his sentence.
The documentary has divided public opinion in Poland, not always along the usually expected fault lines.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the evidence presented by Gutowski is “dubious”. “I am defending our pope because I know that we owe John Paul II a lot as a nation. Perhaps we owe everything,” Morawiecki said in a video published on social media.
The Ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party said it is going to vote on a parliamentary resolution in defence of the late pope, possibly on March 9.
Some of Poland’s opposition sided with Morawiecki and other figures from the normally rejected ruling camp. A resolution to commemorate John Paul II has been proposed by the agrarian party PSL.
Some independent media op-eds critical of Gutowski’s work were broadly in line with opinions in government outlets.
The main point of criticism appears to be that Gutowski relied too much on documents he had found in the archives of the communist secret police, which, the critics say, could have been doctored or otherwise manipulated by the agents themselves.
There also were critical notes arguing that exposing the late pope as an active protector of paedophiles is giving PiS ammunition to lash out at the opposition in an election year.
“In a democracy, one should not attack someone without at least a basic verification of the grounds for such an attack. And certainly, this principle should be respected when it comes to individuals who cannot defend themselves,” Miroslaw Czech, a journalist, wrote in Gazeta Wyborcza on March 7.
“When we forget these foundations, Poland will not deserve anything good. At best, it will become subject to the rule of enemies of democracy and Europe,” Czech added.

The European Union (EU) is ramping up pressure on Elon Musk as the bloc demands that the Twitter boss censors users on his social media platform.
The EU disagrees with Musk’s plans to use volunteer Twitter users and AI to moderate content on the platform.
In response, EU regulators have told Musk to hire more human censors and so-called “fact-checkers,” according to a report by The Financial Times.
Musk has been looking for ways to salvage the loss-making business he acquired for $44 billion last October.
One of Twitter’s main problems was its ongoing attacks against the free speech of the platform’s users due to the company’s relentless pursuit of the “woke” agenda.
Shortly after taking over, Musk terminated over half of Twitter’s staff and gutted the company’s censorship department.
Like many other social media platforms, Twitter uses a mix of AI and human moderators to police content.
However, unlike Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram, it does not rely on sleazy left-wing “fact-checkers.”
In place of “fact-checkers,” Twitter has a volunteer moderators feature called Community Notes.
Community Notes allows other Twitter users to counter misleading information.
The EU is concerned that Twitter might not be able to comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
The DSA requires large platforms to be more proactive in the censorship of content.
Twitter and other large platforms are expected to comply with the new censorship law by September 2023.
In meetings with Twitter, EU regulators have acknowledged that Community Notes could flag misleading information, the same way Wikipedia editors achieve the same result.
In a statement, the European Commission said: “We believe that ensuring sufficient staff is necessary for a platform to respond effectively to the challenges of content moderation, which are particularly complex in the field of hate speech.

So how did you get from being an entry-level officer at CIA to being the IC's election threat executive today?

Great. I think as your listeners know, I have two decades of experience in the intelligence community. And I had the privilege of starting as an imagery analyst at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, which most of your listeners would now know as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.

And what's an imagery analyst just so people know?
SHELBY PIERSON:
So an imagery analyst spends his or her time looking at satellite photography and primarily looking at military forces or other key national security items and writes reports for the all-source community to inform policymakers and military assessments.
MICHAEL MORELL:
Maybe the best historical example of that is the Cuban Missile Crisis.
SHELBY PIERSON:
Yes, absolutely. So I had the benefit ofstarting off as a Iraqi ground forces analyst, which I think certainly dipped me in the lessons of tradecraft, particularly as we walked through the Iraq war together. But I also was able to be a leadership analyst and worked with some of ourcolleagues, like Phil Muddand others, as to how do you utilize information and intelligence to shape policy and help inform national security trajectories for the United States.
But the lion's share of my intelligence career as an analyst was spent in the denial and deception community, which really I think is somewhat of a lost discipline in a way, in terms of understanding how countries seek to deliberately manipulate the landscape of engagement with other nations.
And so the underpinnings of counterintelligence, and cyber, national decision making, and really getting at the most exquisite state secrets I think laid a good foundation for me in terms of not onlyworking the Russia accountas the national intelligence manager for Russia coming in in 2016 but also now working election security.

When did you start in 2016?
SHELBY PIERSON:
So I think some of my colleagues would laugh at this because I think it was about two weeks into that assignment in November that President Obama asked the intelligence community to write the assessment based upon the work of CIA and FBI that people now know as the 2017 intelligence community assessment. So.
MICHAEL MORELL:
Did you have a role in that?
SHELBY PIERSON:
No. As the NIM, we're certainly there from a mission management perspective. But my colleagues from the National Intelligence Council and analytic leadership of FBI and CIA handled the lion's share of the content. But from the management side, I worked closely with the team on how we disseminate that information and how do you replicate that year after year after year to create the assessments going forward. So, again, many of the planks from earlier in my career I think culminated in the creation of the ET.
MICHAEL MORELL:
And this denial and deception thing that you talk about, which is so important, denial is actions on the part of our adversaries so that we don't know what they're doing.
SHELBY PIERSON:
Right. Concealing it..
MICHAEL MORELL:
And deception is deceiving us.
SHELBY PIERSON:
And sort of manipulating of the situation. And it really has .. and I think it's important for people to understand .. that although 2016 was a watershed moment for the intelligence community, the work in counterintelligence and information operations manipulation has gone on for many, many decades. And the intelligence community has focused on that in a variety of different mechanisms.
MICHAEL MORELL:
So, Shelby, before we get to your role today, I think it would be good for our listeners if we could review what happened both in 2016 and in 2018, essentially the story of what brought us to the creation of your current job, right? So if we start with 2016, can you review for us in a broad sense what the Russians did during the 2016 campaign and why?
SHELBY PIERSON:
Sure. And as I said, I'm pleased that there is a volume of information that has been declassified out of the intelligence community. And I would refer your listeners to the 2017 report that the intelligence community put out there because I think it does an excellent job of capturing our analytic line, so to speak, as to our findings.
But to summarize, the Russians not only sought to scan and look at our voting-related infrastructure but then also utilized social media and other influence vectors to try to sway voters towards one favored candidate and also, I think as folks know, captured information from the DNC and other venues and released that information, again, to particularly sway the voting populace towards one candidate or another.
So when we look at election security as a discipline, there are sort of three different vectors that were concerned about. One is potentially an adversary compromising the actual infrastructure by which Americans vote. And we assess that that threshold was not crossed in 2016.
Secondly, we look at adversaries pursuing information relative to voter databases or voter rolls, which either they could use that to affect election day activities, deleting certain content, or also using that information to better manipulate how they focus influence operations. And in fact, our campaigns do that today.
And then thirdly is using social media and other platforms with which to manipulate or exacerbate existing social divides in the country. And so, again, all three of those vectors were looked at from a Russian perspective. And then going into 2018, I think, again, we did not assess that there were any material compromises to the voting apparatus, but there certainly was considerable influence operation-type activity.
And, as you've seen illuminated in the press and we've discussed this in very broad circumstances, we also undertook some defensive measures, particularly on the part of U.S. Cyber Command, to stop malicious content from making its way to the U.S.
MICHAEL MORELL:
Let me just ask a couple of follow-up questions on that. I don't want to make this political at all. But in terms of hurting one candidate and helping another, it was the assessment of the intelligence community that what the Russians were doing in part was designed to hurt Secretary Clinton and help..

Space Force to Take on the Army’s Missile Warning Ground Stations in October | Air & Space Forces Magazine

AURORA, Colo.—Space Delta 4, the Space Force unit responsible for missile tracking and warning, will take over responsibility for the Joint Tactical Ground Stations from the Army in October, its commander said March 6.
The Army was originally slated to keep the JTAGS mission, even as the Space Force took over other services’ space missions, but last September 2022 it became clear that could change. At the time, Maj. Gen. Doug Schiess, vice commander of Space Operations Command, indicated the two services were in early discussions about transferring JTAGS. The transfer was confirmed in a January release about the Buckley Space Force Base.
Space Delta 4 commander Col. Miguel A. Cruz, speaking at the AFA Warfare Symposium, said the transition is slated for October, expanding Delta 4’s broad portfolio.
“By the time all this coalesces, Delta 4 is going to have orbital sensors, ground-based sensors doing the strategic mission, ground-based sensors doing tactical missions and of course, all the array of antennas around the world that ensure that data transfer goes from one place to another,” Cruz said.
The transfer will also create logistical responsibilities for Space Base Delta 2, the mission support unit also headquartered at Buckley.

Indigo Recessive Type-3's are the most common and often troublesome of the group. The reason is that they are literally incarnations of 2 different avatars in ONE body, an Oraphim avatar overseeing a Nephilim avatar spirit essence. The core of their life purpose is to mend the extremes of polarity between the reversed 11 strand DNA matrix of the Nephilim and the 24 strand double Diamond Sun matrix of the Oraphim. They have a maximum potential of 12 strand DNA activation, but their lifetimes serve an important role in the greater plan of healing the DNA distortion within the Nephilim, Annunaki and Human genetic lines. Type-3's have the most extremes in polarity of all Indigos, are highly intelligent, mathematically inclined, and athletic. They may sometimes seem like "angel and devil" in 1 body. They are most vulnerable to obsessive-compulsive behaviors, bi-polar disorders, and extreme polarity in perspectives. The Nephilim imprint tends to activate first in the Type-3, often creating an aggressive, hyperactive child that spends most of its early life testing the extremes of the boundaries between right and wrong, constantly challenging authority. Just as any Type-3 may sometimes seem like the "Child from Hell", it may do a complete turnaround into nearly Angelic, loving behavior.
At times it may seem as if the child has an "evil twin" that emerges, a dark side of the personality that is capable of extreme thoughtlessness and cruelty. Indigo 3's are usually the ones responsible for going on shooting sprees in schools. The negative characteristics of the Type-3 Indigo emerge as the DNA imprint of the Nephilim activates, and shortly thereafter the Oraphim part of the identity attempts to clear the distorted DNA imprint by counterbalancing it with its opposite Fire Letter sequence, creating the most extreme and rapid shifts in polarity within the behavior and attitude. The polarity extremes in the personality of a Type-3 often lead to self-destructive behaviors and substance addiction as the identity tries to numb itself from the near constant feeling of internal conflict and apprehension. If the Nephilim avatar identity attempts to OVER-RUN the identity, the Oraphim avatar will ASSERT it's authority, shutting down the communication facilities if necessary. Most cases of AUTISM occur in Type-3 Indigo children as a result of the Oraphim avatar "unplugging" some of the Nephilim codes to retain control over the body.
When dealing with Type-3 Indigos, it is best to realize that 2 different beings are literally inhabiting the same body and that frequently, they DON'T get along or agree. Tough love and clearly defined boundaries are often necessary, but must be administered with fairness, not using phrases like "BECAUSE I SAID SO". Type-3 Indigos can be helped immensely by bio-energetic healings such as DNA Activation, but must usually be done without the child's conscious knowledge, as there is usually too much distraction by internal emotional conflict to allow understanding of what is taking place. The softer side of the Type-3 can be very innocent and childlike, with a quizzical desire to learn and expecially to experience emotion involving bonding, although the Nephilim part of the Indigo-3 has difficulty with this because it is a new experience. Though Type-3 Indigos may seem as highly conflicted souls, and sometimes die early, it is important to realize that their lives are not wasted. They have incarnated to assist in the creation of a new race line through which an ancient race can re-evolve back into the light. They are doing a great service for both the Nephilim and the Human lineage in terms of realigning the Annunaki genetic distortions in both races.
