Installed on the opposite end of town from James Simon’s mosaic welcome sign, this one is completely in tune with the other side of Braddock. While the mosaic celebrates the fun, whimsical side of this tough, little borough’s personality, this one celebrates the history and backbone of the town.

Five hand–painted layers combine with a neon element that simulates the pouring of molten steel into a mold of the town’s name. All of the images are straight out of the steel history of Braddock. It’s a tribute crafted with love by artists who have made their home here.

You can see the three dimensional construction with the different layers in the above photo. We haven’t seen it at night, but the neon is on during the day also. If you look closely you can see the difference in the lighting between the first two photos.

Whistleblowers: FBI Has “Voluminous Evidence” Of Hunter Biden’s Criminal Conduct Related to Ukraine and China

The FBI has “voluminous evidence” of Hunter and James Biden’s criminal conduct related to Ukraine and China, according to bureau whistleblowers.

Of course all roads lead to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy” because without Joe Biden, Hunter and James have no power or influence to peddle.

The latest whistleblower allegations were detailed in a letter Senator Grassley (R-IA) sent to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray.

“The information provided by Mr. Bobulinski formed a sufficient basis to open a full field investigation on pay-to-play grounds; however, it is unclear whether the FBI did so and whether the information is part of the ongoing criminal investigation by U.S. Attorney Weiss,” Grassley wrote, according to the Washington Examiner.

Grassley referenced Bobulinski’s testimony detailing how Hunter and James Biden received a $5 million ‘interest free loan’ from CEFC in a shady side deal.

EXCLUSIVE — The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter.

CEFC is a since-defunct multibillion-dollar Chinese company founded by Ye Jianming, a business tycoon who has since disappeared in China but with whom Hunter and James Biden had attempted to work out numerous deals and from whom the duo ultimately received millions of dollars.

“The evidence within the FBI’s possession that I am referencing is included, in part, in a summary of Tony Bobulinski’s October 23, 2020, interview with FBI agents,” Grassley’s letter states. “In that interview, Mr. Bobulinski stated that the arrangement Hunter Biden and James Biden created with foreign nationals connected to the communist Chinese government included assisting them with potential business deals and investments while Joe Biden was Vice President; however, that work remained intentionally uncompensated while Joe Biden was Vice President. After Joe Biden left the Vice Presidency, the summary makes clear that Hunter Biden and James Biden worked with CEFC and affiliated individuals to compensate them for that past work and the benefits they procured for CEFC.”

DOJ Recommending Steve Bannon Be Sentenced to Six Months in Prison

The Department of Justice is recommending that former Trump advisor and War Room host Steve Bannon be sentenced to six months in prison and a $200,000 fine for defying the January 6 Committee.

Bannon was convicted of contempt of Congress in July for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the committee.

In the recommendation, the DOJ claimed that Bannon “has pursued a bad-faith strategy of defiance and contempt.”

The DOJ also stated that Bannon “flouted the Committee’s authority and ignored the subpoena’s demands.”

The recommendation continued, “to this day the Defendant has not produced a single document to the Committee or appeared for testimony. For his sustained, bad-faith contempt of Congress, the Defendant should be sentenced to six months’ imprisonment—the top end of the Sentencing Guidelines’ range—and fined $200,000—based on his insistence on paying the maximum fine rather than cooperate with the Probation Office’s routine pre-sentencing financial investigation.”

Part of the committee’s reason for subpoenaing Bannon was that he had predicted on his podcast that “All Hell is going to break loose tomorrow” — something almost everyone was saying at the time.

Anti-Trump neocon Liz Cheney and Democrat Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, chairs of the committee, had celebrated Bannon’s conviction in a joint statement after he was found guilty.

“The conviction of Steve Bannon is a victory for the rule of law and an important affirmation of the Select Committee’s work,” Thompson and Cheney said in a joint statement at the time. “Just as there must be accountability for all those responsible for the events of January 6th, anyone who obstructs our investigation into these matters should face consequences.”

Bannon is scheduled to be sentenced on October 21, 2022—one year to the day after he was held in contempt by the House.

Apartment building ablaze after Russian military plane crash

The fighter jet went down right after takeoff, the military has confirmed

An apartment building in the Russian city of Yeysk has caught fire after a plane crashed nearby on Monday evening. Russia's Defense Ministry has confirmed that the aircraft was a military Su-34 multipurpose fighter jet, adding that the plane crashed soon after taking off from a local airfield for a training flight.

“According to the report from the ejected pilots, the crash was caused by a combustion of one of the engines at take-off,” the ministry said.

A video from the scene published by the news media outlet Mash shows a multi-story apartment building engulfed in flames with plumes of thick black smoke rising into the sky.

The number of casualties from the incident remains unknown. The governor of Krasnodar Region, where Yeysk is located, said that local and regional emergency services had been deployed to the scene. TASS reported that, according to officials, at least 15 apartments were damaged.

Yeysk is a port city in southern Russia and is located across the Azov Sea from the city of Mariupol.

Yesterday, the Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported on TrueTheVote being referred to the FBI by the RINO Attorney General and once US Senate hopeful Mark “nunchucks” Brnovich.

In his letter, Brnovich stated he is “providing the referenced information…for review and potential further action as it relates to potential violations of the Internal Revenue Code by True The Vote.”

Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.

What’s strange is that FOX News reported on AG Brnovich’s letter on Friday, but, as both Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips confirmed, FOX News never reached out to True The Vote for comment on these defamatory and (somehow) criminal referrals made by the Attorney General’s Office in Arizona.

But at least Fox News finally acknowledged #2000Mules something they refused to report on and blacklisted for months!

While FOX News may not be interested in reporting balanced news, TGP is. We reached out to True The Vote on Saturday and they responded publicly on their website:

“True The Vote’s first meeting with the AZ AG’s team was on June 3, 2021.”

“After no response, True The Vote followed up by filing a complaint with the State of Arizona on March 28, 2022 and followed up with multiple meetings with state investigators.”

True The Vote “…later learned that these investigators violated the confidentiality that should have been afforded to informants in an ongoing criminal investigation, by the AG’s office releasing to media the identity of private citizens who had provided information.

“True the Vote lawyers sent a letter affirming these facts to the Arizona AG’s office on June 14th, 2022, and referring them to federal law enforcement, as True the Vote no longer trusted the state office.”

“As was stated in their March 2022 complaint, the data used by True the Vote is available to any law enforcement agency which issues a lawful subpoena for the data.“

“True the Vote has documentary records of correspondence with the State of Arizona and the FBI, detailing the evidence and its limitations. Had the Arizona AG’s office been serious in their investigation of True the Vote’s information, they would have had no need to send a letter to the FBI and simultaneously transform it into a press release to cover up their own failings.”

“Just as in the Konnech matter, sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

The last line is referring to True The Vote’s “The Pit” event last August in Arizona, where Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips released information on the Konnech corporation. While citizen journalists seeking the truth found some incredible facts surrounding Konnech, such as Kanekoa, who has been on top of this since “The Pit”, the Mockingbird media has generally written this off as “conspiracy theory”, much like “The Big Lie.” In fact, the day before Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested for allegedly storing data on Chinese servers, “Fact checker phenomenon” Stuart Thompson of The New York Times had called all those such as Kanekoa doing actual research “a group of election deniers.” The article still remains published to this day on the Fake New York Times website.

True The Vote’s credibility shot through the roof with a story as wild as a Michigan-based elections company storing personally identifiable information (PII) on servers in China. As Phillips and Engelbrecht told us at “The Pit”, the FBI initially was cooperating in the investigation. But then, all of the sudden, the scope of the investigation shifted and True The Vote became the subject of the investigation rather than helping with it. This appears to be deja vu now with the Arizona AG’s office, where they investigate the investigators instead of the crime.

Meanwhile, do-nothing Mark Brnovich’s credibility is shot, as evidenced by his distant 3rd place finish (17.7%) in the 2022 Primary behind Trump endorsed Blake Masters (40.2%) and Jim Lamon (28.1%).

George Floyd’s Family Threatens to Sue Kanye for Telling the Truth About His Death

Kanye West has been dropping truth bombs.

The family of deceased violent felon George Floyd is threatening to sue Kanye West after the superstar entertainer-turned-cultural critic told the truth about his death during a recent interview. West has made international headlines as of late, thanks to his disruption of the corporate media, uni-party narrative.

Kanye West joined the Drink Champs Podcast in an episode that aired Saturday and told the truth about the death of George Floyd. That’s led Floyd’s family, who have profited to the tune of millions of dollars off of the BLM narrative surrounding his death, to publicly threaten legal action against West, apparently in their latest attempt to receive a financial court settlement.

Thus far, in addition to receiving a more than $27 million settlement from the city of Minneapolis, where Floyd died while under arrest, his family has made tens of millions of dollars by way of GoFundMe and donations from big-money left-wing groups.

“They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” Kanye West told the Drink Champs Podcast.

West’s explanation for Floyd’s death echoes information that came out during the homicide trial of ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin. With the jury under immense media and political pressure, Chauvin was convicted of killing George Floyd at trial, despite the fact that Floyd had enough fentanyl and methamphetamine in his body to “kill three humans.”

Despite the medical facts, the Floyd family attorney, Lee Merritt, claimed in a Sunday tweet that his clients are “considering suit for Kanye’s false statements” about the manner of Floyd’s death.

“Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl and not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight,” Merritt went on, seeming to threaten that anyone who questions the George Floyd narrative will face consequences.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw Campaign Paid Firm That Employs His Wife

Republican Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw’s campaign has paid a small agency that employs his wife hundreds of thousands of dollars since 2020, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

The firm, Pink Cilantro, is a boutique branding agency based in Houston, Texas. The agency’s website, in service since 2013, went offline as recently as June, according to the internet archive called “The Wayback Machine.” Pink Cilantro’s owner, Basya Benshushan, told the Caller that they are in the process of “rebranding” the agency and that’s why the website is down.

Since 2020, Crenshaw’s campaign has paid Pink Cilantro more than $350,000. A Crenshaw spokesperson confirmed to the Caller that Tara Crenshaw is still an employee of Pink Cilantro but said her work is separate from the work the agency does for Crenshaw’s campaign.

Pink Cilantro is listed in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report as “Spouse salary.”

The Caller pressed Benshushan about how much Tara Crenshaw has been paid by Pink Cilantro, as it is not applicable in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report. Benshushan said he checked with her accountant and found that their agency has paid Tara Crenshaw more than $60,000.

“Tara works for the digital marketing firm Pink Cilantro, which has been compensated by the campaign for services rendered in full compliance with all applicable rules,” a Crenshaw spokesperson told the Caller.

Benshushan explained that Tara Crenshaw did not have an actual salary but was paid on commission. Benshushan also told the Caller that Pink Cilantro only has 12 employees.

“She didn’t have a regular monthly salary because she was paid based on the volume of sales. So I will need my accountant to look back at her 1099 to confirm the exact numbers. I sent him a note and he has yet to respond,” Benshushan told the Caller after being asked how much money Tara Crenshaw was specifically paid.

“Everything that Tara was paid was derived from book sales. Her role as a contractor was distribution and marketing for the book. We have 12 employees, all are full-time w4 and w9,” Benshushan added.

Pink Cilantro is also getting money from Republican Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger. Benshushan told the Caller that “Kinzinger sought us out due to Crenshaw’s impressive branding. Pink Cilantro developed Crenshaw’s brand and Kinzinger wanted an agency that could develop their brand.”

Benshushan said the connection is “going to be (a) headline for the RINO hunters.”

Since 2021, Kinzinger’s campaign has paid Pink Cilantro close to $500,000, according to FEC records reviewed by the Caller. Kinzinger’s office and campaign would not respond to multiple requests for comment about their work with Pink Cilantro.

Dutch Farmers Promise Fresh Protests After Govt Backs Plan to Forcibly Seize Farmland

Dutch farmers’ organisations have vowed to launch more protests in the Netherlands in response to advice from the government’s mediator, who has called for the forceable relocation of farming firms and the seizure of up to 600 farms deemed to be the heaviest nitrogen emitters.

Farmers Defence Force leader Mark Van den Oever announced this week that Dutch farmers will once again take to the streets after the government expressed its intentions to adopt the plan presented by former deputy prime minister Johan Remkes to meet the nitrogen standards demanded by the European Union.

Remkes, who has been serving as the chief mediator between farmers’ organisations and the government in the ongoing dispute over nitrogen emissions, laid out a plan last week that would see farms located close to protected environments forcibly relocated and a scheme for the government to seize up to 600 farms that emit the most nitrogen.

In response to the plan, Van den Oever said that the scheme was “completely wrong” and that the farmers of the nation would “give the old-fashioned gas again, count on that” — in reference to the widespread tractor protests by farmers over the summer.

The Farmers Defence Force leader said that ministers have ignored the concerns of farmers and that the globalist government of Prime Mnister Mark Rutte “imposes far too much on businesses”.

The plan to relocate farms has drawn particular ire from the organisation, with spokesman Sieta van Keimpema describing the measure as a “red line” for farmers.

Defending his proposals, Remkes said last week that, as a result of the European Union’s green agenda, “the Netherlands will be locked up because it will be legally almost impossible to issue permits. Not for houses, not for farms, not for roads.”

“I write this with a heavy heart, but I see no other way,” he said, adding: “I don’t expect the agricultural sector will be happy with this report.”

Earlier this year, Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced his intentions to cut nitrogen emissions from livestock farms in half by the year 2030 in order to satisfy goals laid out in the European Union’s Natura 2000 scheme, which requires that all EU member-states remove industry or farming from areas deemed to be of ecological importance.

The government has asserted to meet the EU goals, some farms may have to reduce their emissions by as much as 95 per cent and that up to 30 per cent of all livestock farms may be shut down permanently.

Following the announcement of the scheme, thousands of farmers staged protests throughout the country, with tractors being used to block highways and other critical infrastructure, and farmers dumping manure, tyres, and hay on motorways in defiance of the green agenda.

Speaking to Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM in July, Dutch political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek said that her country was being used as a testing ground for the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, saying that “all these policies are out of those institutions and they are being implemented in our country first, we are sort of the pilot country together with Canada for this agenda.”

Vlaardingerbroek went on to claim that the push from the government to seize farmland was, in fact, more a result of the migrant crisis than the alleged climate crisis, explaining that the government wants the land to house migrants. While not widespread as of yet, this has already occurred, with the province of Flevoland buying up land in Noordoostpolder to build an asylum processing centre on the site of a former farm.

Leaked Emails: Hunter Biden’s Real Estate Company Received $40 Million Investment From Russian Oligarch Yelena Baturina

Hunter Biden’s real estate firm, Rosemont Realty, received a $40 million investment from a Swiss company owned by Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina.

Recall, Hunter Biden also previously received $3.5 million for Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor.

In September 2020 the Senate Finance and Homeland Security Committees released a devastating report on the Biden crime family and backed up their claims with documents from the Treasury Department.

According to documents the Senate committees obtained from the Treasury Department:

Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow on February 14, 2014 and another $241,797 to a bank account for Rosemont Seneca Thornton from May-December 2015.

To this day, Yelena Baturina has never been sanctioned by the Biden Regime and Joe Biden refuses to answer why (we know why).

The Daily Mail obtained leaked emails showing Hunter Biden’s real estate firm received a $40 million ‘investment’ (payoff) from Yelena Baturina’s firm, Inteco Management AG (screenshot below).

The Daily Mail reported:

Hunter Biden’s real estate company received a $40million investment from a Russian oligarch, new emails reveal.

The relationship between the president’s son and Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor, has already been flagged as alarming by a Senate report after she mysteriously wired $3.5million to a company linked to Hunter.

Baturina’s brother Viktor Baturin told DailyMail.com the money was ‘a payment to enter the American market.’

But DailyMail.com can now reveal that Hunter’s financial relationship with Baturina was far more extensive, with her firm investing $40million in a real estate venture by Hunter’s company Rosemont Realty.

In 2012 Hunter’s firm had a $69.7million plan to invest in 2.15million sq ft of office space in seven US cities.

Documents outlining the plan said the money came from a mix of investors, including $40million from Inteco Management AG, a Swiss company owned by Baturina.

The Inteco group is a plastics and construction behemoth that made Baturina the richest woman in Russia at the time. She has a current net worth of $1.4billion according to Forbes.

Australia has quietly rolled back a decision made under its previous government to recognize West Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

In recent days, Canberra’s Department of Foreign Affairs deleted two sentences addressing Jerusalem from its website, which were added when prime minister Scott Morrison announced the move in 2018.

The now-deleted text described “West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel” and noted that Australia “looks forward to moving its embassy to West Jerusalem when practical, in support of, and after the final status determination of, a two-state solution,” The Guardian reported on Monday.

Foreign Minister Penny Wong of the Labor Party — which formed the government after winning federal elections in May — said as an opposition senator in 2018 that her center-left party “does not support unilateral recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and in government would reverse this decision.”

The foreign ministry website still includes the bipartisan position that Australia “is committed to a two-state solution in which Israel and a future Palestinian state coexist, in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.”

The ministry’s spokesperson said the current government “continues to consider the final status of Jerusalem as a matter to be resolved as part of any peace negotiations.”

Jerusalem has yet to respond to the change and there has been no comment from the Australian embassy in Israel.

Morrison’s decision received a lukewarm reception in Israel at the time, with many politicians charging that the move did not go far enough, having not recognized the entirety of the city as the Jewish state’s capital, while keeping Australia’s embassy in Tel Aviv. The prior year, the United States under then-president Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and later moved the American embassy there.

Both Israel and the Palestinians claim Jerusalem as their capital. Israel captured East Jerusalem from Jordan in the 1967 Six Day War and later annexed it in a move never recognized by the international community.

For decades the international community maintained that the city’s status should be negotiated between Israel and the Palestinians. Critics argue that declaring Jerusalem the capital of either inflames tensions and prejudges the outcome of final status peace talks.

Last month, British Prime Minister Liz Truss told Prime Minister Yair Lapid that she is reviewing a relocation of the country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

White House condemns ‘antisemitic’ Trump remarks

The White House on Monday condemned former President Trump’s comments telling American Jews to “get their act together” as antisemitic.

“Donald Trump’s comments were antisemitic, as you all know, and insulting both to Jews and to our Israeli allies,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a briefing. “But let’s be clear, for years, for years now Donald Trump has aligned with extremists and antisemitic figures, and it should be called out.”

Trump on Sunday touted his support of Israel in a post on Truth Social, his fledgling social media company, before questioning why Jewish people in the U.S. did not support him more strongly.

“No President has done more for Israel than I have. Somewhat surprisingly, however, our wonderful Evangelicals are far more appreciative of this than the people of the Jewish faith, especially those living in the U.S.,” Trump wrote. “Those living in Israel, though, are a different story — Highest approval rating in the World, could easily be P.M.! U.S. Jews have to get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel — Before it is too late!”

The comments were widely criticized by Jewish groups and U.S. lawmakers, who bemoaned that Trump has on multiple occasions reduced Jews in the U.S. to their support for Israel.

“It is bewildering that President Trump, who has Jewish children and Jewish grandchildren, continues to evoke age-old antisemitic tropes,” Jonathan Greenblatt, head of the Anti-Defamation League, said Monday.

“American Jews got ‘their act together’ in 2020, when 77 percent supported Biden. This won’t change because Jews view Trump and MAGA candidates as extremist-aligned threats to our security, democracy & values, as epitomized by this antisemitic screed,” Jewish Democratic Council of America CEO Halie Soifer said in a statement.

Trump made support for Israel a cornerstone of his foreign policy, but he has repeatedly drawn criticism for dabbling in antisemitic tropes or failing to condemn extremism.

In 2019, Trump suggested that Jewish people who vote for Democrats are either ignorant or disloyal.

Exclusive – 2024 National GOP Primary Poll: Donald Trump Holds Commanding Lead

Former President Donald Trump holds a commanding lead over the rest of a potential 2024 GOP primary field, a poll from Cygnal provided exclusively to Breitbart News ahead of its public release shows.

The national survey, conducted October 10-12 with a margin of error of 2.82 percent, polled 1,204 likely 2024 GOP primary voters nationally. It found Trump leading the possible field with a near-majority at 45 percent. The next closest competitor was Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who trailed Trump by nearly 20 percent and came in down at 26 percent.

After that, former Vice President Mike Pence comes in at 9 percent and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley comes in at 3 percent. Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) comes in at 3 percent as well, but her favorability rating is by far the worst of any Republican in the survey with 60 percent of Republicans viewing her unfavorably, including 45 percent who view her very unfavorably.

From there, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) comes in at 2 percent. Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott both come in at 0.9 percent, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) at 0.8 percent, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo at 0.7 percent, former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Sens. Rick Scott (R-FL) and Tim Scott (R-SC) all at 0.4 percent, and South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem and Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp both at 0.3 percent. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) all get 0.2 percent, and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) gets 0.1 percent. Arkansas Gov. If Trump does not run in 2024, DeSantis takes the lead over the field — but he does not take all or even most of Trump’s 45 percent. In such a Trump-less field scenario, DeSantis jumps up 20 points from 26 percent up to 46 percent — meaning he only takes 20 percent of Trump’s 45 percent — and then the rest is split across the rest of the field. In a Trump-less field, Pence shoots up to 17 percent, and Cruz and Haley each get 4 percent. Cheney is stuck at 3 percent in that scenario while Rubio, Abbott, and Pompeo all get 2 percent. Christie and Hogan each get a percent, and the rest are still getting fractional support less than a percent.

The top issue, far and away, for 2024 GOP primary voters is inflation and the cost of living. At 44 percent, it towers over the next issue—illegal immigration, at 17 percent—in terms of importance to those surveyed. Next up, at 15 percent, is the economy and jobs, while government spending and the deficit as well as national security come in at 6 percent. Five percent said crime and public safety was the top issue, while 4 percent said healthcare, 1 percent said the Second Amendment, and 2 percent were unsure.

EU Prosecutor Confirms Ongoing Investigation into Ursula von der Leyen’s Dealings with Albert Bourla

On Friday, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (“EPPO”) confirmed it has an ongoing investigation into the acquisition of Covid vaccines in the European Union. The EPPO is tasked with investigating and prosecuting economic crimes against the financial interests of the European Union (“EU”)

“This exceptional confirmation comes after the extremely high public interest. No further details will be made public at this stage,” the EPPO tweeted.

This comes after renewed calls last Tuesday for the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to resign. Four Members of the European Parliament (“MEPs”) held a press conference to expose what happened during the second session of the European Parliament’s special committee on Covid-19 (“COVI”) on 10 October which put questions to Pfizer’s representative Janine Small.

In April 2021, The New York Times reported that it was von der Leyen who had concluded the huge vaccine contract with Pfizer/BioNTech. She personally took care of signing the contract during negotiations with Pfizer’s CEO, Albert Bourla. The deal to lock in 1.8 billion doses established the European Union as Pfizer’s biggest single client by far.

“For a month, von der Leyen had been exchanging texts and calls with Albert Bourla, the chief executive of Pfizer, another vaccine supplier to the bloc. And as they spoke, two things became clear: Pfizer might have more doses it could offer the bloc — many more. And the European Union would be thrilled to have them,” The New York Times wrote.

Details had been discussed by telephone and text messages. In May 2021, netzpolitik.org journalist Alexander Fanta submitted a Freedom of Information request to obtain copies of von der Leyen’s messages with Bourla. The European Commission Secretary-General responded: “No documents could be found that fell within the scope of your request.”

The Commission’s refusal to grant access to these communications prompted the EU ombudsman Emily O’Reilly to criticise how the commission handled this Freedom of Information request. O’Reilly found that the commission staff had never explicitly asked the president’s office to look for the text messages and called on the EU executive to do a more exhaustive search. The Commission said that it was unable to find such messages: “The Commission can confirm that the search undertaken by the President’s cabinet for relevant text messages corresponding to the request for access to documents has not yielded any results,” the EU transparency commissioner Vera Jourova said in a letter to the ombudsman.

As reported by Investigate Europe in September 2021, according to a report prepared by the People’s Vaccine Alliance, the EU may have overpaid €31 billion for doses. This assessment rests on a study by Imperial College London showing that mRNA injections could be mass-produced for as little as $1.18 to $2.85. The markup for each shot would thus be over 794% for Moderna and over 1,838% for Pfizer.

The lack of transparency surrounding these texts triggered outrage among MEPs and civil society organisations who criticised the commission for using tricks to avoid accountability. During a press conference calling for von der Leyen’s resignation in February, MEP Cristian Terhes said:

“Is this the Europe we want? A Europe where the President of the Commission personally negotiates with the head of a private company on something that affects our fundamental rights? We should … have access to these documents. It should have been her [to be] the first one disclosing this information to us MEPs and us journalists and everybody living in the European Union because we are all affected by these decisions. And that did not happen.”

New documents released by Judicial Watch reveal the FBI was investigating the decision by the National Institute of Health (NIH) to fund the Wuhoan lab where the scientists were performing gain of function research on bat coronavirus.

In early April of 2020 TGP reported that the China coronavirus (COVID19) most likely came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. After years of denials and disputes the head of the WHO believes this is where it came from as well.

TGP reported in a series of articles in April 2020 that the probable epicenter of COVID-19 was the Wuhan Institute of Virology. This was refuted by experts in the field and our reporting was denounced by those involved intimately in the origins of COVID-19.

Judicial Watch reported the FBI was investigating the Wuhan lab’s gain of function testing back in May 2020 — at the same time Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins were scheming to deny their link to the Wuhan lab.

In an email dated May 22, 2020, with the subject line, “Grant Questions – FBI Inquiry – 1-R01A1I110964-01 – 2-R01AI110964-06,” Ashley Sanders, a senior investigations officer in the NIH Division of Program Integrity, within NIH’s Office of Management Assessment, emails David A. Miller, an agent at the FBI’s Newark Field Office to inform Miller, “In preparation for our call on Tuesday, Erik [Stemmy] (cc’d) has provided responses to your initial questions below (also attached).” Also copied on Sanders’ email is Mike Shannon, whose email address indicates he works in the NIH Office of the Director. The responses are completely redacted but are labeled “SF [Standard Form] 424 AI110964-06 (received date 11/05/2018),” which refers to NIH grant award R01AI110964, “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.”

The House Republican Oversight Committee members released never before seen emails in January 2022 showing Dr. Fauci “may have” concealed information about COVID-19 originating from the Wuhan lab and then intentionally downplaying the lab leak theory publicly.

This is on top of the evidence we already have on Fauci and the lab leak.

White House Scrambles After Biden Suggests Pakistan's Nukes Are 'Unsafe'

The White House is in damage control after rare criticism directed against US ally Pakistan by President Joe Biden has created an uproar and severe diplomatic tensions.

Biden said last Thursday that Pakistan was "one of the most dangerous nations in the world" because it has "nuclear weapons without any cohesion." The statement strongly suggesting Pakistan's nukes are insecure and therefore in potentially unsafe hands, according to an official transcript of remarks given at a Democratic Party fundraiser in Los Angeles.

On Monday the US administration sought to reassure its central Asian ally, saying the United States remains "confident" that Pakistan can secure its nuclear arsenal - a reversal of Biden's own words.

"The United States is confident of Pakistan's commitment and its ability to secure its nuclear assets," State Department spokesman Vedant Patel told a press briefing.

The statement comes two days after on Saturday Pakistan summoned the US ambassador in Islamabad to condemn the remarks. Biden's words even elicited an irate response from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who said over the weekend:

"Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and we are proud that our nuclear assets have the best safeguards as per IAEA requirements," Sharif tweeted, referring to the International Atomic Energy Agency. "We take these safety measures with the utmost seriousness. Let no one have any doubts."

Pakistan’s foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari expressed surprised at Biden's assessment, chalking it up to possible "misunderstanding". CNN noted that American diplomats in the region were frustrated by the confusion and political pressure unleashed from the Pakistani government in the wake of the comments.

Bhutto-Zardari described his feelings as follows: "I believe this is exactly the sort of misunderstanding that is created when there is a lack of engagement and luckily, we have embarked on a journey of engagement." Other top Pakistani officials voiced their anger too…

The US will make no distinction in its response to Russia’s use of any type of nuclear weapon in its war with Ukraine.

This was announced on CNN on October 16 by National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

The host asked Sullivan if the White House would equate a large-scale nuclear attack, such as Russia’s use of so-called “tactical” nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
