Bill could make California a sanctuary state for 'gender-affirming health care' for kids

A California legislative committee is currently considering a bill that would make California a sanctuary state for children throughout the country otherwise forbidden to receive transgender treatment and surgery in their home states.

The bill, introduced by state Senator Scott Wiener back in March, would prohibit health care providers — including contractors and insurance companies — from cooperating in interstate legal battles regarding the transgender care of a child.

"This bill would prohibit a provider of health care, a health care service plan, or a contractor," the bill reads, "from releasing medical information related to sensitive services or related to a person or entity allowing a child to receive gender-affirming health care in response to a criminal or civil action, including a foreign subpoena, based on another state's law that authorizes a person to bring a civil or criminal action against a person or entity that allows a child to receive gender-affirming health care."

The bill also expressly prohibits state law enforcement agencies from "intentionally" apprehending individuals wanted in other states for helping children receive transgender treatment.

Because such cases are so often intertwined in contentious child custody battles, the bill would also require law enforcement to disregard court orders issued in other states that authorize "a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care."

In such cases, the bill claims that a state court would "take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care."

Though the state Senate passed the bill earlier this year, the state Assembly has not, thus sending the bill back to committee, where it was discussed on Tuesday.

Back in 2017, then-Governor Jerry Brown signed a law that created "a nonbinary gender category on California birth certificates, drivers' licenses, identity cards, and gender-change court orders" and made the application for gender identity changes much easier, according to the University of California San Francisco LGBT Resource Center. Now, the state legislature will determine whether to expand those gender identity changes to children who cross state lines to receive transgender care in California.

Not everyone is so enthusiastic about the idea. Chloe Cole, 17, testified to the committee that the so-called gender transition care she received to transition her into a male earlier in her teens instead left her scarred for life.

"I will never be able to breastfeed a child. I have blood clots in my urine. I am unable to fully empty my bladder. I do not yet know if I'm capable of carrying a child to full term," Cole, who has since detransitioned, said.

She then pleaded with the committee not to pass the bill: "SB 107 is circumventing states' laws that have needed safeguards in place so my story is not repeated. Children cannot consent."

To the shock of service members, Senior Pentagon Leadership is ignoring a 2005 FDA directive to the DoD that “refusal [to participate in investigational drugs] may not be grounds for any disciplinary action under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.” In addition, SECDEF Austin and his subordinates are flat out ignoring a 2005 court ruling that “Congress has prohibited the administration of investigational [experimental] drugs to service members without their consent.” One service member said, “it’s as if there is no more accountability in the military.”

Military directives issued by all branches require service members to participate in one of the following experimental drugs by June 30: 1) Investigational drug ID 19736, 2) Investigational drug ID 22657, or 3) Investigational drug ID 19745. These drugs have not been approved by the FDA, have no legal intent, and come with inherent risks such as death and/or permanent disability. 1st Lt. Mark Bashaw, U.S. Army Preventive Medicine Officer, told CovidPenalty.com, “The Defense Medical Epidemiological Database (DMED) is showing a 1,164% increase in adverse events in 2021 compared to the last 24 years of data (1977-2021) when comparing these experimental drugs to FDA-approved drugs. These drugs are deadly and dangerous, and this experimental campaign must be halted immediately, cease and desist!”

SECDEF issued an order on August 24, 2021, to his commanders that they may not use experimental drugs in mandates. However, he is now blindly allowing his generals to penalize service members under the Uniform Code of Military Justice because they refuse to participate in medical experimentation.

Dr. Terry Adirim, the former Health Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, issued a memorandum to the military commands in 2021 that DoD health providers “will” use experimental drugs “as if” they are FDA-approved drugs. Her guidance to pretend experimental drugs are the same as licensed drugs violates an international treaty, federal law, and military regulations. However, Senior Pentagon Leadership, the Office of Inspector General, and JAG refused to correct Dr. Adirim’s memorandum. Instead, they used her directive as the basis to engage in gross abuse of human rights not seen since the Nuremberg Trials.

Military regulations stipulate that service members who refuse the administration of an experimental drug “may not incur a penalty or lose a benefit to which they are otherwise entitled.” Service members expressed immense frustration and anger over the apparent callousness of commanders who care more about Senior Pentagon Leadership’s political goals than their brothers-in-arms’ health, safety, and rights.

Brian Ward, the founder of CovidPenalty.com, said, “Service members require special protections given the immunity the military has when those under their care are injured during active service, and the abuse of powers by SECDEF Austin warrants a criminal investigation by the Armed Services Committee.”

To date, no FDA-approved drugs have been made available to service members to comply with SECDEF Austin’s mandate. The fact that the Armed Services Committee has remained silent as senior Pentagon leadership violates federal law and military regulations is stunning. May we all pray for our men and women in uniform whose rights are being lawlessly ignored.

Sunday Talks, NEC Director Brian Deese Explains Biden Inflation Solution, Raise Taxes, Take Over Drug Prices and Subsidize Energy Costs for Poor Americans

NEC Director Brian Deese delivers a consistent blend of words, claimed to be economic policy,that make absolutely no sense. Deese is almost as bad at parse tongue gibberish as Pete Buttigieg and Kamala Harris, but not quite up to their level. Many will think Deese is uniquely unqualified. However, if you accept that Deese job is to be the distracting front man -spewing nonsense platitudes while others detonate the economic explosives- then he is being successful.

Deese appeared for two interviews, one on Fox News Sunday {SEE HERE} and on on CBS {SEE FULL INTERVIEW HERE}. Fox News (Shannon Bream) attempted zero pushback on Deese ridiculous claims. CBS (Margaret Brennan) at least pushed back a little harder. However, we must accept both media outlets are advancing the same corporate agenda by playing the pretend game with Deese appearances.

Deese used the word “transition” eleven timesin both interviews in relationship to the economy. Deese was never asked what this actual “transition” is that he speaks so often about. At certain trigger points Deese gets down to political nonsense when he says what the Biden team is doing to combat inflation.

He brings up three legislative priorities that he claims will lower consumer costs:

(1) raise taxes;

(2) federal takeover of all Rx prices; and

(3) subsidize energy prices for low-income Americans.

That’s the plan; at least that’s what his unserious word assemblies are intended to claim as a plan, and he’s sticking to it while the media nods along. WATCH:

FYI, the Brian Deese economic plan is also the Larry Summers economic plan as outlined on Meet the Press {SEE HERE}. At this point the entire DC system, including both democrat and republican wings of the UniParty vulture, are in alignment to fundamentally change the U.S. economy, justified via climate change, and kick start their carbon trading platform. There is no entity in/around Washington DC trying to stop the economic collapse caused by energy policy.
