Faux News: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas pitched the possibility of revisiting multiple key rulings in the aftermath of overturning Roe v. Wade.
Media is focusing on gay marriage and contraception. Twitter post: leak of news in Australia on SCOTUS overturning election. (Could be crap).
I don't have any expertise on how the Justice system operates, but I found a timeline on Roe v. Wade albeit CBS, https://www.cbsnews.com/news/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-abortion-debate-timeline-overturn/ it looks like the catalyst for RvW being reconsidered now, was the leaked 98 page opinion written by Justice Alito. What if there is another opinion out there waiting in the wings, about the refusal of SCOTUS to hear the evidence on election fraud? https://www.christianitydaily.com/articles/11008/20210302/supreme-court-rejects-sidney-powell-s-lawsuits-vs-election-fraud-without-any-explanation.htm Does it have to be on the docket we see, for SCOTUS to reconsider? Did Sidney Powell or anyone else file a Writ of Certiorari?
