The timing has gone all awry on them. The Covid-19 hysteria draws to a close against their wishes to drag it on forever. Even the triple-vaccinated are sick of it — and not a few of them are sick because of it. Governments and the corrupt medical establishment won’t touch this info with a stick, but the morticians and insurance execs are hopping up and down about what looks like a supernatural die-off of folks between 18 and 60 generally not susceptible to early death. Ukraine president Zelensky is a professional comedian, of course, so one must admire his gag of inviting “Joe Biden” to visit his country, the Gem of Eurasia, “in the coming days,” Mr. Zelenski said, “which will be a powerful signal and contribute to de-escalation.” Plus, all the pierogi and cabbage the US president can eat. All this made National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan gnash his teeth for the trouble he has gone to in prepping the sore-beset American people for World War Three.

But Mr. Sullivan has, perhaps, other things to think about. Like… what are all these offstage noises Special Counsel John Durham is making in the grand jury chambers? Something about Hillary Clinton, and the helpmeets surrounding her in the 2016 election (including especially Jake Sullivan), alleged to have fabricated the Russian collusion whopper that deranged the nation for four years and disabled a sitting president. They even managed to enlist the FBI and the CIA in that task. How’d that happen? Could Hillary have been that peevish? Anyway, it looks kind of bad for the National Security Advisor to “Joe Biden” having such an epic political fraud tacked onto his resume, with perhaps an indictment to follow. Our NATO allies must be enjoying the rise of natgas prices beyond the level that many middle-class households in Euroland can afford to keep the heat on in the dead middle of winter, since they have to get so much of the stuff from Russia. Declassified War Reports Break Just Days After White House Claims They Don't Exist

Declassified after-action reports show that U.S. military leaders were irate over diplomatic dithering that plagued America’s bungled exit from Afghanistan last August, according to a new report.

The report in the Washington Post said the after-action documents “detail repeated instances of friction between American troops and diplomats before and during the evacuation.”

The Post report said that the analysis concluded that “indecisiveness among Biden administration officials and initial reluctance to shutter the embassy in Kabul sowed chaos and put the overall mission at ‘increased risk.’”

On Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki rejected questions about the report by saying “there was no ‘after-action report’’ and the Biden administration had put months into planning the departure of Americans from Afghanistan.

The 2,000 pages of reporting are part of the overall Abbey Gate investigation report that focused on the bombings that killed around 170 Afghans and 13 U.S. service members.

An after-action report by U.S. Forces-Afghanistan Forward, dated Sept. 24, said that delays in getting diplomats out of Afghanistan made it harder for the military to do its job.

American troops would have been “much better prepared to conduct a more orderly” evacuation, Rear Adm. Peter Vasely said, “if policymakers had paid attention to the indicators of what was happening on the ground.”

One after-action report said delays left military leaders in Kabul about 12 hours to clear out the embassy there.

Another noted there was “insufficient airlift” in the Afghanistan region to get more troops to the airport.

“While considered in the planning phase, the scope and scale of the desperation population was not fully appreciated,” the report said, referring to civilians who fled to the airport after Kabul fell.

The new reports dovetail with a leaked document published by Axios that it said illustrated “just how unprepared the Biden administration was to evacuate Afghan nationals who’d helped the United States in its 20-year war against the Taliban.”

The document was headlined as the National Security Council’s “summary of conclusions” on the subject of “Relocations out of Afghanistan” after a Situation Room meeting.

Although the meeting was held as Taliban fighters were drawing a noose around Kabul, the meeting’s action items implied that there was endless time, as in its notation that officials in Kabul would begin chatting up local staff in Afghanistan “to begin to register their interest in relocation to the United States.”

This gap between reality and the Biden administration was noted at the time by those who tried, and failed, to get the administration to begin the process of relocating Afghan citizens who had been integral to the U.S. mission.

“I kept being told by people in the [White House] the thing they were most concerned about was the optics of a chaotic evacuation,” said Matt Zeller, a former CIA officer

“They treated us like we were Chicken Little. They didn’t believe the sky was falling,” he said. “On the 13th of July, we offered to work with them to help evacuate our partners. We all saw this disaster coming before the inevitable occurred. They didn’t get back to us until Aug. 15, the day Kabul fell.”

Former Navy engineer charged with trying to sell nuclear sub secrets to appear in court for plea hearing

A former U.S. Naval nuclear engineer accused of trying to sell secrets to a foreign government is due to appear in court Monday for a plea hearing.

Jonathan Toebbe of Annapolis and his wife, Dana Toebbe, previously pleaded not guilty to charges of espionage in October. A plea hearing indicates that Jonathan Toebbe will change that plea.

Toebbe, a 42-year-old who worked on classified nuclear projects for the Navy, and his wife, a former humanities teacher at the Key School in Annapolis, face espionage charges for selling secrets about nuclear submarines to an undisclosed foreign power. They were arrested in October in Jefferson County, West Virginia, after selling confidential information “concerning the design of nuclear-powered warships” over the course of a year to an undercover FBI agent who posed as a representative of a military intelligence agency, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

A West Virginia magistrate judge in a Friday order said that Jonathan Toebbe of Annapolis will enter a plea at 3 p.m. local time Monday.

Nicholas Compton, an assistant federal public defender for the Northern District of West Virginia and Toebbe’s defense attorney, did not respond to a request for comment Saturday.

Federal authorities allege that in the spring of 2020, Jonathan Toebbe, 42, began communicating with undercover agents, offering to sell nuclear secrets.

Jonathan Toebbe communicated with agents through encrypted channels, received covert signals and left memory cards containing sensitive information hidden in a peanut butter sandwich and a pack of chewing gum during “dead-drop” exchanges at specified locations in exchange for thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency.

His wife was seen assisting with the drops, sometimes apparently acting as a lookout, according to the complaint.

A magistrate denied Diana Toebbe’s request to reconsider her bail denial. Her attorneys have appealed, asking the court to hold a second detention hearing and consider new evidence — that Jonathan Toebbe has insisted, while in pretrial detention, that his wife is innocent, and that Diana Toebbe’s DNA was not found on “several crucial items of evidence” produced by prosecutors.

December 13, marks dark day in Polish history when in 1981 communist government impose Martial Law in Poland and outlawed Solidarity movement.

Officially marked as Martial Law Victims’ Remembrance Day (Dzień Pamięci Ofiar Stanu Wojennego). On December 13th, 1981, the Communist government, under the guise of an illegal Military Council of National Salvation (WRON), imposed martial law in an effort to silence increasing civic opposition.

At the time, the Solidarity Movement (Solidarność) had been successfully rallying the Polish people in widespread protest of the state’s economic decline and was demanding political and economic reforms.

The military responded by arresting thousands of pro-democracy activists, imposing strict rules such as curfews and censorship, and soldiers became a constant presence on the streets. An estimated 91 people were killed during protests and demonstrations. Even after the end of martial law in July of 1983, many activists remained imprisoned for several more years.

Today, we remember the victims of Martial law, and we honour the sacrifices they made in the fight for a free and democratic Poland.

Most of this information has already been covered by the likes of Brian Cates and Just Human on their substacks and Telegram channels. It is not my intention to challenge any of that. Is it any coincidence that the statement by Donald Trump includes the subject of DNS traffic and also includes a “mistake” referencing an inventor of secure Domain Name Services? I don’t think so. It is my belief that Trump purposely communicated this. I take this as a message that not only does Trump have the Packet Captures (PCAPs), but he has the right people involved to truly capture it ALL.

I have one other piece of information to reference before I get into the meat of what I am theorizing. The following is great article about the recent developments that I encourage everyone to read.

Durham also writes that during Sussman’s trial, the government will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to “(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).”

Durham states that the internet company that Tech Executive-1 worked for “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for the Executive Office of the President as “part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.”

“Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” Durham states.

The filing also reveals that Sussman provided “an updated set of allegations” including the Russian bank data, and additional allegations relating to Trump “to a second agency of the U.S. government” in 2017.

Durham says the allegations “relied, in part, on the purported DNS traffic” that Tech Executive-1 and others “had assembled pertaining to Trump Tower, Donald Trump’s New York City apartment building, the EOP, and the aforementioned healthcare provider.”more

The Prime Minister and President discussed their shared concerns about the continuing buildup of Russian military forces in and around Ukraine, as well as Russia’s ongoing aggression and destabilization activities. Clinton Campaign Lawyer Gave ‘Sensitive’ Trump Data to CIA, Special Counsel Claims

A lawyer for the Clinton campaign in early 2017 gave computer data to the CIA that was obtained from the Trump White House and Trump Tower’s computer servers through a "sensitive" government contract, according to Special Counsel John Durham.

Durham alleged in a court filing that Michael Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer who worked for the Clinton campaign, met with the CIA in February 2017 to provide the agency with a dossier of purported computer links between Trump and Russia. Sussmann obtained the sensitive data from a tech executive whose firm monitored web traffic for the White House executive office. Rodney Joffe, the executive, "exploited" the White House data, as well as that of Trump Tower and Donald Trump’s apartment building in Manhattan, in order to find "derogatory" information about Trump’s ties to Russia, according to Durham. The prosecutor said his investigators have found no evidence to support the information Sussmann passed to the CIA.

Durham leveled the explosive allegation in a court filing Friday as part of the federal case against Sussmann. He is charged with lying to the FBI in September 2016 about the extent of his efforts to investigate Trump’s ties to Russia. He is also accused of withholding information from the CIA during his February 2017 meeting that undercut the theory of nefarious web links between Trump and Russia. Durham refers to the CIA as "Agency-2" throughout court filings, but news outlets have confirmed the identify of the agency.

The court filing shows the extent to which Clinton operatives went to portray Trump as an agent of Russia. Sussmann’s fellow Clinton campaign lawyer, Marc Elias, commissioned the Steele dossier, which falsely accused Trump of colluding with Russia in order to win the 2016 election. Elias briefed Clinton campaign officials, including current national security adviser Jake Sullivan, about the investigation of Trump. Sussmann and Elias also provided their findings to media outlets in order to prompt investigations into Trump.

"This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution," Trump said in a statement about the Sussmann revelation.

Sussmann’s meeting with the CIA has been previously reported, but it was not known that he provided the agency with information taken from White House web servers. According to Durham, Sussmann gave the CIA data purportedly showing a series of suspicious Internet lookups between Russian mobile phones and Trump associates at the White House. But according to Durham, the lookups were common and had also occurred during President Barack Obama’s tenure. Sussmann failed to provide the additional context about the Internet lookups to the CIA, Durham alleges.

It is unclear whether Sussmann knew that Joffe obtained the data from his company’s federal contract. Joffe served as chief technology officer at Neustar until he retired last year. He had long worked with the FBI and other federal agencies on cybersecurity issues. He received the prestigious FBI Director’s Award in 2013.

Sussmann began working with Joffe beginning in mid-2016 to investigate possible links between Donald Trump’s real estate company and Russia’s Alfa Bank. Joffe and a team of computer scientists, some working at Georgia Tech, claimed they found a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank. They gave the information to Sussmann who in turn provided it to the FBI and media outlets prior to the 2016 election. Several media outlets reported the Alfa Bank allegation, adding to the narrative that Trump had illicit contacts with Russia. It was not revealed until December 2019 that the FBI had debunked the Alfa Bank connection in early 2017.

Joffe has not been charged in the Durham probe, and his motives for accessing Trump’s data remain unclear. According to Durham, Joffe told associates that he was investigating Trump in order to please "VIPs" on the Clinton campaign. Joffe also allegedly told associates he hoped for a position in the Hillary Clinton administration.

Attorneys for Joffe and Sussmann did not respond to requests for comment. Neustar also did not respond.

Russian mercenaries with ties to Moscow's spies have increased their presence in Ukraine in recent weeks, stoking fears among some NATO members that Russia could try to engineer a pretext for an invasion, three senior Western security sources said.

They said their concerns had strengthened in recent weeks that a Russian incursion into Ukraine could be preceded by an information war, and cyber attacks on Ukraine's critical infrastructure such as electricity and gas networks.

Russia could also use the mercenaries to sow discord and paralyze Ukraine through targeted assassinations and the use of specialized weaponry, the sources said.

The United States warned again on Sunday that Russia could stage a "false flag" operation inside Ukraine to justify an invasion.

"It is likely that Russian mercenaries, under the direction of the Russian state, will be involved in any hostilities in Ukraine, potentially including a pretext for an invasion," said one Western security source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Soros-backed, Virginia prosecutor's office hired a registered sex offender without background check

The Virginia Office of the Commonwealth Attorney, in the state's Loudoun County, unknowingly hired a registered sex offender, having failed to submit the successful applicant to a background check.

The unidentified male was hired as a paralegal and fired days later.

In an interview with a local Fox News affiliate, the man, identified only as John, said he is trying to rebuild his life following five years in prison, in which he spent his time studying legal issues.

At the time of his rapid hiring, John told Fox 5 in the story posted last week, he expected a background check, but there wasn't one. Instead, John said, he was immediately given a badge and access to cases and a backlog of old files. He also said he was struggling with mental illness at the time he was downloading hundreds, then thousands of picture, including child pornography.

Just the News placed calls Monday morning to attempt to learn whether having been found guilty of such a crime automatically disqualifies such a job applicant.

The office learned of the man's criminal status when his probation officer called to confirm his employment.

"I thought it was wild, but it was also expected," a former prosecutor said about the hiring. "That office is just chaos with the high turnover, lack of experience, and poor management."

Buta Biberaj, the commonwealth attorney for the county, whose 2019 campaign received nearly $600,000 from the George Soros-funded Justice and Public Safety PAC, declined to comment on the matter specifically, citing privacy policies on personnel issues. However, her office provided a statement about the office's hiring procedures and corrective steps.

"Applicants for employment are reviewed through established Loudoun County Human Resources processes," the statement reads. "Thereafter, the applicants are referred to [the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney.] Candidates submit to a vetting process. All offers of employment are contingent on, and subject to, a background check, and a probationary period. If a candidate is deemed inappropriate, our office takes immediate action to rectify any concerns.

"They thought it was inappropriate that I would go into their office and start working with a felony offense," John also said. also said Biberaj told him it was his responsibility to disclose his offense prior to beginning a job. John says he has attempted to do so in the past, but that it has immediately disqualified him among most candidate pools.
