Could somebody please inform the low-rated political shows that plague our Sunday morning programming that my Endorsement of candidates is much stronger today than it was even prior to the 2020 Election Scam. Mexico City Health Ministry Stands By Ivermectin Use After “Colonialist & Authoritarian” Censorship Of New Study
A battle over the distribution of ivermectin by the Mexican government continues as a paper describing the apparent benefits of the program has been removed from a popular online science database.
In late January, Reuters released a “Fact Check” titled “Mexico no longer including ivermectin in home COVID-19 care kits, contrary to claims on social media”, disputing online claims stating the government of Mexico City was issuing COVID-19 kits which included doses of ivermectin, the controversial anti-parasitic drug. Reuters notes that some social media users have shared an image showing a COVID-19 care kit delivered by the Mexican government. The kit contains ivermectin.
The Director of Medical Benefits at the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) told Reuters as of January 4, 2022, the IMSS “stopped including ivermectin in their home COVID-19 care kits for ambulatory patients”. Of course, this means prior to January 2022, the IMSS distributed ivermectin throughout 2021.
In fact, according to the Directorate, between December 21, 2020 and December 30, 2021, IMSS distributed 465,345 of kits for home treatment for COVID-19 patients that contained ivermectin. Reuters notes that “an IMSS activity report explains (see page 155 here) that these kits were delivered to non-severe patients. It included ivermectin, aspirin, paracetamol, azithromycin as well as face-masks and an oximeter”. As of January 4, 2022, the kits only contain paracetamol, masks, an oximeter, and a flyer with guidance.
“Ivermectin was incorporated into the treatment kits as a result of the review of the most important research studies that had been published up to that time, a review that was completed on January 9, 2021, containing evidence from the medical-scientific literature on the world,” the directorate told Reuters.
The Misinformation Battle
In recent weeks, news of the government program has been met with criticism and cries of “spreading misinformation”. Of course, the misinformation talk stems from state health authorities long ago declaring that anyone treating COVID-19 with anything other than shots — especially ivermectin — has fallen prey to anti-science misinformation.
For example, Animal Politico reported that the Mexico City government had spent 29,290,000 pesos (around 1.4 million USD) for the kits containing ivermectin. The outlet is quick to note that most of the world’s governments or health agencies consider ivermectin to be useless against COVID-19.
In response to the accusations of spreading misinformation, the Digital Agency for Public Innovation (ADIP), the local Ministry of Health (Sedesa), and the IMSS reported that they had carried out a “quasi-experimental” analysis showing that those who received ivermectin were 68% less likely to develop symptoms requiring hospitalization. The analysis — “Ivermectin and the odds of hospitalization by Covid-19: evidence from a quasi-experimental analysis based on a public intervention in Mexico City” — is at the heart of this whirlwind of controversy.

USDA Suspends Mexican Avocado Imports, Stokes Yet More Food Inflation
The U.S. suspended all imports of Mexican avocados that could send prices to near-record highs in the coming weeks on diminishing supplies if the ban remains in place. How about this as a different possibility? The 11.3 marker does relate to the law of war but the belligerent force is Russia and the country being occupied is the Ukraine.
Think about this, the DoD Law of War manual is based on international law relating to war, and while Russia will no doubt have their own version of a DoD-style manual, the law as stated in the DoD manual is the same law that Russia would be expected to follow if they invade and occupy Ukraine.

Bringing this all together you’d have a ‘scare event, i.e. WW3 and the 11.3 marker when any Russian occupation of Ukraine ended.

Background and Aim:
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) public health policy has focused on the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus and its effects on human health while environmental factors have been largely ignored. In considering the epidemiological triad (agent-host-environment) applicable to all disease, we investigated a possible environmental factor in the COVID-19 pandemic: ambient radiofrequency radiation from wireless communication systems including microwaves and millimeter waves. SARS-CoV-2, the virus that caused the COVID-19 pandemic, surfaced in Wuhan, China shortly after the implementation of city-wide (fifth generation [5G] of wireless communications radiation [WCR]), and rapidly spread globally, initially demonstrating a statistical correlation to international communities with recently established 5G networks. In this study, we examined the peer-reviewed scientific literature on the detrimental bioeffects of WCR and identified several mechanisms by which WCR may have contributed to the COVID-19 pandemic as a toxic environmental cofactor. By crossing boundaries between the disciplines of biophysics and pathophysiology, we present evidence that WCR may: (1) cause morphologic changes in erythrocytes including echinocyte and rouleaux formation that can contribute to hypercoagulation; (2) impair microcirculation and reduce erythrocyte and hemoglobin levels exacerbating hypoxia; (3) amplify immune system dysfunction, including immunosuppression, autoimmunity, and hyperinflammation; (4) increase cellular oxidative stress and the production of free radicals resulting in vascular injury and organ damage; (5) increase intracellular Ca2+ essential for viral entry, replication, and release, in addition to promoting pro-inflammatory pathways; and (6) worsen heart arrhythmias and cardiac disorders

Something has been puzzling me about the recent "Putin will invade on Wednesday" nonsense. It is such an unbelievably stupid and bizzare declaration to make, even if they do have that intelligence, that I have to stop and ask myself why and/or how it might be an intelligent move. I know these people are stupid, but rather than think outside the box, ask whether or not we are thinking inside the proper box.
China needs resources. Desperately so. They import most of their iron and coal for making steel. Their rare earth monopoly was mostly through licensing of foreign mines. They have a growing middle-ish class that is difficult for The Party to keep in line and they can't feed the demands and growth that has become standard, even if U.S. consumerism was to continue without a hitch. We all know that show is coming to a close with hyper-inflation to kick in within weeks of the fed's impending rate hike. (Crack-up boom).
China can't field a navy to secure trade routes or project power to subjugate Taiwan, let alone Australia (where it would almost certainly get most of its ore). This leaves another alternative.
Siberia.
Siberia is oil rich and has better quality coal and mineral deposits than mainland China does. China drew the short end of the stick when it comes to natural resources outside of manpower (as a friend once put it, for some reason, China has always had a fuckton of people). They have a couple things in favor for them, but not the critical ones for making an advanced industrialized nation. They will pretty much always be a labor service unless they can break out and dominate natural resources elsewhere.
Even if China had a navy, attacking any of the other western-aligned powers would be a war they could not hold, and the population of african nations or India would be armed through proxy wars to make their occupation and operations a living hell.
So, China wants unpopulated territory that is accessible without having to cross water.
If you look to the North and East, there is Siberia. Sparsely populated and accessible over land. Perfect. Well, spare for the cold, but it beats tribal warlords turning into mercenaries against you.
Now… If I am Putin and am looking at ways to defend against a Chinese first strike and invasion… Defense in depth is a great overall strategy, but moving them out of range would be ideal. Bonus points if they can be covered under NATO radars and air patrols.
Which begs the question…
Is this 4d chess being played by U.S. intelligence and Russia against China? Thinking about it this way, much more of what is going on appears to make sense. Biden and the democrats may be living in their own little fantast they want to be true, and blabbing it to the world - but everything makes much more sense if everyone is actually anticipating Chinese aggression against Russia - who has been economically and politically isolated from the West by the political establishment (who have been part and parcel with the Chinese).
Look at it this way… Why would China and Russia be aligning with each other against the U.S. when China already has significant influence/infiltration within the U.S.? Who is going to attack China over an invasion of Russian territory?

The Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed delivered three Covid-19 vaccines in record time. Yet liberals are giving the program its due only now, amid President Biden’s Covid-19 stumbles. Some, including former Biden adviser Ezekiel Emanuel, are even calling for another Operation Warp Speed to boost therapies. Operation Warp Speed also delivered the two monoclonal antibody treatments. More such treatments would have been available this winter had the Biden team not abandoned the program
Early in the pandemic, the government struggled to persuade drugmakers to invest in vaccines and therapies. Many companies lost money during previous public-health emergencies when treatments they developed turned out not to be needed. “I’m not like a drug company fan, but there’s no question that a lot of them lost a lot of money trying to produce an Ebola vaccine,” said Ron Klain, now White House chief of staff, in February 2020.
Operation Warp Speed shifted the financial risk to government by placing orders for vaccines and therapies before they were authorized by the Food and Drug Administration or even shown to be effective. This encouraged pharmaceutical companies to expand manufacturing capacity so vaccines and therapies were ready to be distributed once they had the FDA’s green light.
Three Operation Warp Speed leaders explained the strategy in a September 2020 commentary for the New England Journal of Medicine. “Predicting drug performance in a new disease is difficult,” Moncef Slaoui, Shannon E. Greene and Janet Woodcock wrote. “Many candidates may fail to demonstrate efficacy or have safety problems. It’s necessary, however, to take a financial risk early to scale up manufacturing in order to have drug supplies on hand if the results are positive. If we wait for clinical trial readouts before initiating large-scale manufacturing, developing an adequate supply could take months or years.”
In July 2020, Operation Warp Speed announced a $450 million manufacturing and supply agreement with Regeneron for up to 300,000 doses of its experimental monoclonal antibody. A few months later, it ordered 300,000 doses of Eli Lilly’s experimental antibody. The FDA granted emergency-use authorization to both treatments in November 2020.
Supply of both monoclonals exceeded demand last winter because many people were unaware of the treatments. Still, during the final two months of the Trump presidency, Operation Warp Speed ordered another 1.25 million doses of Regeneron’s and 650,000 of Eli Lilly’s antibody treatments, leaving the Biden administration well supplied.
When the Biden team took over, they dismissed Mr. Slaoui, announced they were “phasing in a new structure,” and retired the Operation Warp Speed name. Cases and hospitalizations fell as vaccines rolled out. President Biden prematurely declared success last Fourth of July and failed to prepare for another wave by stockpiling treatments and investing in new ones.

The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, or Barda, did announce in June 2021 that it would pay $1.2 billion for 1.7 million courses of Merck’s investigational antiviral pill molnupiravir, but only if the FDA granted emergency-use authorization. That meant Merck had to put its own money at risk to expand manufacturing in advance, which may have reduced the supply that was available once the drug was authorized in December.
When the Delta variant slammed the South in July, GOP governors promoted the Regeneron and Eli Lilly monoclonal treatments. Supplies had to be rationed as demand surged. As the Delta wave crested in mid-September, the Pentagon and the Health and Human Services Department ordered 1.4 million more doses of Regeneron’s antibody and 388,000 doses of Eli Lilly’s.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sought to circumvent the feds by ordering a monoclonal antibody treatment from GlaxoSmithKline and Vir. The antibody binds to a target on Covid-19 that is shared with the SARS virus, making it more difficult for variants to evade. It was authorized by the FDA in May, but the Biden administration then declined to add it to its meager treatment arsenal. This was a colossal mistake, since it was the only monoclonal treatment for infected patients that turned out to be effective against the Omicron variant.
The administration couldn’t have anticipated that, but Operation Warp Speed’s strategy was to diversify its bets expecting some to fail. The Biden team relied almost exclusively on Regeneron and Eli Lilly antibodies, even though scientists had warned that new variants might be able to evade them. The additional doses that Barda ordered in September were helpful for a couple of months until Omicron arrived.
Only in November did GSK and Vir announce a $1 billion contract with Barda. Around the same time Barda reached a $5.3 billion agreement with Pfizer for 10 million courses of its oral antiviral Paxlovid. Had it ordered these treatments earlier, much more supply would have been available this winter.
Why did the new administration abandon the successful Operation Warp Speed playbook? Most likely because progressives loathe pharmaceutical companies. Recall how congressional Democrats attacked Mr. Slaoui, a former GSK executive, without evidence, accusing him of profiting off his public service. Or maybe the Biden team believed their own cynical 2020 campaign line that Operation Warp Speed “lacks sound leadership, global vision, or a strategy.”
Asked by New York Times columnist Ezra Klein last week whether the government should adopt OWS’s strategy for other technologies, Mr. Klain replied: “I think we have to be careful about the level of government intervention in the economy and make sure that we’re not putting our judgment in the place of private-sector thoughts and consumer demand and whatnot. I think vaccines are a very, very special case, a public good we wanted everyone to get.”
He’s right, but life-saving Covid-19 therapies are also a special case. At the same time, the Biden administration wants to spend hundreds of billions of dollars intervening in the economy to support green energy technologies that consumers largely don’t want and are unlikely to do much public good.

I think Q was referring to the US with the 11.3 marker.
My take is the belligerent occupier must maintain social order. Along with that, the occupier's military can't be used to effect social order. Military is not LE. That's my own theory, and it may not be correct. It's basically a conditional that explains, to me, the current battle in the US domestically.
In essence, I think the Brandon gang is trying to foment violent protests in order to be able to insert their own military operation into civilian life in order to maintain control legally. Q, OTOH, is a counter operation of a loyal US military designed to keep a violent uprising from happening. The Q operation wants a controlled and peaceful descent of the US social structure into a state of ineffectiveness, which would trigger the insertion of the loyal US military into civilian life, also legally. By legally, I'm talking about International Law. I think International Law, at this point, is just an extension of US civilian law, and controlled by a deep pocketed power elite. It would be used as PR tool WW to condemn any loyal military intervention. A PITA situation that is just best to avoid.
I think Canada, NZ and Australia are the first targets of a loyal military operation. 5 eye payback. The social fabric will become unglued, due in part to over the top, but ineffective LE measures and a loyal military will be able, legally, to insert themselves in daily life in order to restore order. The military would suspend the power of the civilian courts, and sort out the trouble spots in the failed government so that order is restored and an new civilian government can be formed after the clean up.

James Packer is set to pocket $3.26 billion and walk away from Crown Resorts after the casino group accepted an offer to sell its Australian operations to a US private equity firm.
The deal worth a total of about $8.9 billion would see Mr Packer end his association with the company had spent the past two decades building into a gaming and entertainment powerhouse.
While the sale remains subject to shareholder approval, the deal will see US firm Blackstone take over Crown Resorts’ flagship Melbourne property, the new hotel and casino Barangaroo, and the company's resort in Perth.
Crown has entered into a binding agreement with Blackstone but the deal is also subject to approval by gaming regulators in each state in which Crown operates.
It follows Blackstone offering $13.10 per share cash for the company in January.
Mr Packer, who still owns 37 per cent of Crown Resorts, will secure a $3.26 billion windfall if the sale proceeds.
The company's gambling licence at Barangaroo is currently suspended after a public inquiry found it was unfit to run a casino.
The regulator's decision followed evidence heard at the inquiry in 2021 that Crown had been used by criminal syndicates and money laundering operations.
