Police are searching for suspects after they received reports of a shooting Tuesday outside the Walmart at the Waterworks Mall near Aspinwall.
The call came in shortly before 5:30 p.m., according to Public Safety Director Wendell Hissrich.
The shooting occurred outside the store, where a vehicle was shot “numerous” times Mr. Hissrich said.
The lone person inside the vehicle was unharmed. “How he escaped is what I would consider a miracle,” Mr. Hissrich said.
The person was waiting in the vehicle for a relative who was inside the store.
Police believe there are four suspects. They originally thought one had run back into the store, but after clearing the building and the roof, officers did not locate the suspect.
