Argument is that Muh Covid means they could make “common sense election law” (when the Court just held last wk that Covid doesn’t superced the constitution) and Article II doesn’t prevent judges from making election law. (Which is the exact opposite of the finding in Bush v. Gore).
So basically- they make it a state v state issue, more likely for the Couet to hear. Citing law that’s the direct opposite of what the SCOTUS already found.

However, through this research, its beauty was revealed to me that Joel is so eloquently using the mundane to explain the extraordinary. He is saying that as time passes, people, scholars, and translators will “gnaw” on the Word to obscure and ultimately destroy the knowledge of generations of old and knowledge of this Planet/Comet.
