Hmm… well, I'll meet a troll with a few "what if" scenarios…
The B-1B Lancer has a total takeoff weight of around 477,000 pounds, an empty weight of 192,000 lbs (including avionics and other systems), and a full fuel load of 132,000 lbs. With full fuel load, avionics, etc - the B-1B has room for around 152,000 lbs of carry capacity - theoretically more if fuel load is altered or further airframe modifications are made.
Where am I going with this?
The XB-70 Valkyrie was a 1950s project to create the SR-71 before the SR-71 or A-12 were a thing (and the engines developed for the program would later be used in the SR-71). The goal was to create a high-altitude bomber that could cruise along and drop nuclear bombs from the edge of space at something around the speed of Mach 3.
Now, while Earth poses a number of problems more substantial than the engineering challenges of achieving orbit from Kerbin - anyone who has spent time playing with Kerbal Space Program can see where the potential for a high altitude supersonic bomber comes into play where space programs are concerned. One of the biggest problems with launching rockets into space is actually punching through the atmosphere, not only does it wreak havoc on achieving higher velocities, it also complicates rocket engine design optimization in a not insignificant manner.
If you look at the payload capacity of something like a B-1, it comes pretty close to being able to carry the fully assembled second (and higher) stages of the Saturn IV rocket. While the design challenges of literally fitting the upper stages of a Saturn IV into something like a heavily modified B-1 are more complicated than strictly mass (volume is a much larger concern) - it is within the realm of practicality that a high-flying, fast aircraft capable of similar performance to the B-1 and/or B-70 would be capable of reliably delivering payloads into orbit. If we are talking research budgets of the nation state and a vested interest in doing so - it is more than plausible for a small batch of research airframes using novel (perhaps even closed cycle capable) engine designs and airframe designs could replace the lower stages of a Saturn IV and allow for regular delivery of high mass payloads to LEO or beyond.
Strategically speaking, Lagrange 2 would be the ideal location for construction of a secret space program. Lagrange 2 sits opposite the moon and is a tidally stable location that requires minimal stationkeeping thrust to maintain. In theory, a linear accelerator placed on the surface of the moon could vault mined and refined material into Lag 2 and it will self-stabilize. Lags 1, 4, and 5 would be far more ideal for public space construction, but those are also in direct view of the Earth. In practice, this is where communications relays would be located - comms buoys at 2,3,4, and 5 would comprise a completely uninterruptible communications network.
So - if someone really wanted to, we've had the technology to conduct a secret space program if we really wanted to. We've had rather interesting storage media for hydrogen and oxygen for some time that exceed the volume density of liquid nitrogen/oxygen by several fold. Aluminum Hydride is one such example.
On a somewhat more related note to what has been posted; have you ever wondered why it is the Japanese seem so fascinated with the subject of space? Space Battleship Yamato; Tenshi Muyo; literally any of the Final Fantasy series - there's almost always some connection to "ancient aliens" even before the history channel made a meme of it.
There are two factors. First - people in black suits didn't show up to censor cartoons in Japan when screenwriters started getting 'interesting.' Second - the legend of the Bamboo Cutter - that is, Kaguya Hime - as well as the history of Japan's imperial line (the grandson of Amaterasu, herself) - the Japanese have long thought themselves tied to the beings from the heavens.
Obviously - fiction is fiction; but for everything so absurd you can't talk about it, there's an interesting fantasy story that can be … uncanny.

ahahahahha had a blast reading this post.
The first photo you've posted is from William Tompkins, he died recently but he has a lot of youtube videos . Basically he was very good at making models from memory and got the attention of navy. Later on he worked with spies that were talking info from Nazi Germany and spreading it to big corporations/universities in Us.
You probably know this stuff as you went on about ET blondes and Tompkins talked about one of his secretaries/assistants being a blonde and specifically emphasizes their big breasts. ahahahha
He also says that these et people where people living underground and Corey Goode speaks in much more details about this. He had a show on Gaia.com with David Wilcock named Cosmic Disclosure , but where put down because they a lawsuit betwen CG and Gaia.
