Trump said that it'll be a woman, so here's my non-Barrett SCOTUS darkhorse pick for you:

Why?

2. Judge Ryan just vacated her spot on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces at the end of July. Trump nominated Liam P. Hardy as her replacement back in May, so the confirmation process has already started.
