4) Why is this important
Not only because innocent people are suffering. There is also the consideration that God's warning is being neglected. God warned against worshiping the beast with the head that was deadly wounded and became whole again, and said that everyone would respect that apparent healing and, in so doing, would honor the beast. And that is what we are doing - respecting the apparent healing - when we consider a mind-split person to be behaving voluntarily doing atrocious things. There are evil people who will decide consciously to do atrocious things. And they will involve the mind-split people. But, as explained in an earlier chapter here, the mind-split person has NO ACCESS to their consciousness, and is therefore wounded but NOT healed. We must recognize this and not be fooled by the beast.
How can we succeed if we are fooled by the beast?
How can we succeed if we do not obey God's warning?
That is why this matter is doubly important.
5) Peoples names with evidence:
Here are two people I have identified as innocent with "evidence" of their mind-splits, which evidence should ring true even if I cannot prove its validity.
I do not know any of the listed persons, and have never met them. Indeed, I know none of the people on any of the lists.
1. List = Q4577
Name = Beyonce Knowles
Evidence 1: I read one report on this person and it contained the statement, this person was "controlled" by a "handler" who would use "a trigger" to retraumatize this person as he wished, splitting her mind, so that she entered into a state of consciousness that was separated from her normal, unstressed, personality.
Evidence 2: The chosen name. Knowles can be read "Know less" or "without knowledge". The first name is almost "beyond". The whole name, first and last names together, indicate someone lacking essential knowledge of herself.

Name = Britney Spears
Evidence 1: I read an account by someone mocking this person by quoting her as saying "I feel as though I have had sex the whole weekend, but cannot remember a thing!". Thus evidently mind-splitting is present.
Evidence 2: This name can also be interpreted if one wishes. Spear can also mean penetration.
6) How to identify innocents.
For reasons explained in earlier chapters, it is essential to identify innocents.
We cannot - we don't have God's permission - let ourselves be fooled by the beast, especially if we ask for God's support.
He has warned us about this problem, and we must take heed.
How, then, do we go through the lists and identify the innocents?
I suggest it is important to tackle this in a simple way. I suggest avoiding established learning and turning to simple people for aid. In particular, Jesus said "the meek inherit the earth" and indeed anyone who has observed the love, the appreciation, the feeling of meek people towards God's creation, will understand this.
The meek understand the earth.
I therefore wish the creation of a council of the meek.
We need to be humble and, in the presence of the meek, work to understand and free these innocent people.
