What if?

The so-called "Tax Returns" is part of Trump's strategy to destroy the (DS).

Now, of course, they want to make Trump appear to be hiding something. The (DS) is trying everything they can to destroy Trump. I suspect Trump saw this coming. His credibility is, of course, put to the test, but he can also demonstrate that he has acted correctly. This will awaken the masses. This allows him to bounce the ball back. This may give him the opportunity to aim his arrows at (BO) and this also demonstrates SCOTUS's implausibility.

This just shows to me that Nancy Pelosi is terrified.

Why are you assuming that Trump is going to come out vindicated once his taxes are exposed? What makes you think that he will be clean but the rest of the government will be revealed as corrupt? The man has been hiding and lying about his past his ENTIRE life and the fact that he hasn't revealed ANY tax information but every presidential candidate and president elect has revealed them does not inspire truth and honesty in the man. I look forward to your response.

You seem to assume that Trump has only told lies. For the time being, Trump's opponents are spreading lies. Russian HOAX, Bill de Blasio and the release of 650 prisoners, the placement of Covid patient nursing homes, or that all donations to BLM end up with Democrats.

I don't assume that he ONLY lies, that would be ridiculous. Even if he was a compulsive liar it is unlikely that he would lie about every single thing. However, you gave a couple of things you believe to be lies and while some of them might be true, i.e. putting Covid patients in nursing homes or the mayor of NY releasing prisoners to try and stop a pandemic, you have completely glossed over the President of the United States constant lies and omissions. The president has a laundry list of lies that happened while he was in office, not to mention his lies and falsehoods as a private citizen. Please give the same amount of scrutiny to both side, not just the one you don't like. The Russian Hoax was without a doubt a Russian disinformation campaign and if you don't believe that because you don't like Democrats you're not seeing the whole story. You can easily connect Democrats to lies and corruption but you can't see a country that has been antagonistic to us since the end of WWII, and has a KGB operative for over a decade as their president, would try to undermine and discredit the US for there own potential gains. Please explain to me why you trust Russia but not American Democrats.

He will release taxes because SC makes him. Sets a precedent for ALL of them to have to show theirs now. How gig they all get so rich working in government??

I was hoping for more of an explanation that the Supreme Court ruling but okay. Yes the Supreme Court has ordered the company withholding his tax returns to release them in the NY district courts but that glosses over the fact that the SC also sent the case against him in Congress for future judicial review to the lower courts. This means that while he will have his taxes eventually exposed, the SC did not make a ruling on congressional subpoenas. There didn't need to be precedent set for congress to expose their tax fillings because they already do that. Which is why you should know that many of them receive money and donations from large corporate lobbyist. Most of them bounce between government service and private lobbyist, I believe it's called K street and its home to some of the largest lobbying groups and think tanks in DC. Why? Because it gives them access to politicians who can then move public policy in their favor. A perfect example would be how Trump touts the Stockmarket as an indicator for his success as a leader. What you don't hear him say is how he reduced regulations that would force companies to spend more money on clean waste management practices or limit the amount of chemicals and carbon emissions they can produce. This means they were more profitable but not because he made them more efficient but because they could cut spending on safety regulations that protect the places you and I live. Why do you think he was so excited to cut corporate taxes or eliminate the wealth tax? So that the middle and lower classes could make more money or so the corporations could show growing profits in a largely stagnant American economy. If this all sounds foreign and new, its not. This has been going on since Reagan and Thatcher established Neoliberal ideals and policies in there respective countries which lead to deregulation, reducing austerity and privatizing national programs. Seeing the Presidents taxes won't eliminate corruption in politics but it might eliminate a possible second term for Trump. I look forward to your response.

They screwed themselves on this stunt. The SC ruling allows a GRAND JURY subpoena to get his (an elected official) tax returns. This is later gonna allow all their tax returns to be apart of grand jury evidence too.

POTUS is safe because there's nothing to hide in his tax returns. Nobody believes he can build the NYC skyline and not have his taxed scrutinized for the past 30+ years.

They'll screw up by "leaking" his tax information to the media. A grand jury can't indict Trump while he's in office.

The very second he is about to give his returns in, I wonder if he will announce, "Now that I'm doing this, I'm signing an executive order to require all elected officials in Congress and the Senate to display their tax returns."

Game over, Deep State. No matter WHOSE side they are supposedly on.

The president was arguing that the Executive has immunity under Article II and the Supremacy Clause, which the SC stated was not the case and they outline the several cases where the SC has ruled against the Executives arguments against Presidential harassment, failure to do the job or protections under the 6th amendment. All of which have been disputed and voted against by the SC. This does not implicate every politician in any way. The president can still argue under different reasonings that this is still unconstitutional but will most likely lose those arguments. In summation, this does not force every politician to reveal tax information but if it did that would be a good thing for the electorate (us) because we would know the self serving interests of our elected officials.

POTUS is most definitely NOT safe, otherwise he would have revealed his tax returns during the campaign in '16. He didn't build the NY skyline, but when he bought the Grand Hyatt (his first property in NYC) and eventually Trump Towers (his first building he managed construction over) he has done very little to build up NYC. He never needed to reveal his taxes as a private citizen but 30+ years of bankruptcies, licensing deals for TRUMP branding, failed airline, 3 failed casino's, the Plaza Hotel selling at a substantial lose and two divorces with Ivana and Marlene Maples led to Trump coming under severe financial stress. He has massive debt and has questionable ties to Deutchebank (They have a questionable moral standing and where the bank of the Nazi party during the war). He has repeatedly said for decades that he is always being audited which is why he CAN't release his tax returns. This is a false narrative because he could reveal tax returns from previous years if he's being audited for 2018 but he doesn't want to reveal his actual income and net worth because it might be from questionable places, or people and it might show he is not a billionaire but simply a multi-millionaire and that would hurt his reputation as the richest man in America. I look forward to hearing you thoughtful response.

If he did sign an executive order after having to reveal his taxes it would only last as long as he is the acting president. Executive orders are not law, in fact they bypass the process of making a bill and law. Once he is no longer President, be it this year or 4 years from now, that law could easily be removed and the corruption would be allowed to continue unchecked. Executive orders are short term responses to an ineffective or antagonistic Congress but they do not circumvent Congress in terms or creating law.

>carbon emissions

If it is impossible to imagine a fuck-free universe that is a billion times the size of ours, then imagine that universe as being the level of fucks anyone who isn't a complete shrieking faggot gives about "carbon emissions."

Congress is going to be a Republican supermajority this election or the mid-terms.

It's hard to be a Congressman when you are in hell. I predict a lot of emergency elections as the pedos and traitors in Congress get roped.

So lets imagine a different universe, one that isn't measured in the amount of fucks it gives about itself but more like the one we live in. It is ~14 billions of years old, our solar system and our sun are ~6 billion years old, our planet is a fraction of that time frame and our human existence is a fraction of that. Human civilization is ~20K years and some of the most successful civilizations lasted ~7K years. Now we're in America which is coming up on 300 years as a nation. Instead of saying no one cares about carbon emission just say I don't care about carbon emission. Heres why that matters. If you die in 50 years that gets our country to 300 years old. If you see our nation being wildly successful and lasting forever then it would need to multiply the amount of time we survive by a factor or 20. Thats hundreds and thousands of generations of people and vastly different climates and technologies and problems that we can't possibly anticipate. Do you honestly think that dismissing something because it won't effect you in the short term means it will never be an issue for future humans, shit even future Americans! You called me a shrieking faggot because I mentioned environmental regulations that are good for us but bad for a companies bottom line. So the government (Trumps presidency) has removed those restrictions. It has negative effects on our drinking water, and air quality and allows companies like Dow Chemical and BP to pollute the immediate areas around their facilities but also lowers their cost. They make more money and people claim the economy is good so people are successful. I have seen enough pissed off threads on this site to know that none of you like the idea of someone else taking advantage of you or stealing you freedoms or trying to corrupt your government. The only problem is you are directing you anger at individuals instead of the companies and laws that are actively taking away your liberty and safety.

If you really have a problem with Carbon emissions then please let me know what info you have that leads you to believe that. I look forward to reading it

You could have just said that they'd be dead. It shouldn't matter where they end up after death, if you believe they end up anywhere at all. Why can't we remove criminals from congress and replace them through elections like a normal government should run. It seems like every Qanon person believes that pedos and traitors would be impossible to prove guilty and remove from office. This is especially interesting since you had a republican majority for 2 years and a republican president and yet no pedophilles and corruption was removed from power, rather it was accutely focused towards reducing congress's ability to perform its duties and consolidate power in the executive. This was something the framers of the constitution were concerned about and actively constructed the Madisonian trilateral checks and balances and a bicameral congress to represent the majority and minority in the nation. The executive was to similar to a king and the fear of one person being corrupted and misaligned with the country was very evident to the framers. They had just removed themselves from dictatorial reign when they revolted against the King.

I look forward to your retort

Look no further

>This is especially interesting since you had a republican majority for 2 years

A lack of supermajority in the Senate plus a lack of a supermajority in Congress meant that the enemies could not be dealt with properly.

Only after Trump got a majority in the Senate, which handles the justice side of the USA were things able to speed up.

The election fraud to get the Congress majority was a major mistake by the Democrats. The Shallow State needed the Senate to advance the assault on Child Fuckers Are Us, and so it has happened.

They shot their wad at the wrong duck.

Trump is doing all in his power to eviscerate the deep state. Ultimately, he has the US military top brass behind him, except the Obama-era transvestites and Satanists, but they are "retiring" steadily.

However, don't let that stop you from hunting down any pedos you know of personally and bringing them to justice.

The Ruling scotus just passed down now allows all Chief justices financials to be looked at. Knowing Roberts was on Epstein’s flight, this is going to get very interesting, even the barrissma crews financials will be out in the open. Multi-d chess lol
