Schitt can be exposed immediately because he’s not leaking to the media where congressmen couldn’t break their oath of secrecy. He’s losing along with Swallowell.Elon needs to make a “fake news emoji” to attach to these tweets

6. Twitter denied that it does such things. In 2018, Twitter's Vijaya Gadde (then Head of Legal Policy and Trust) and Kayvon Beykpour (Head of Product) said: “We do not shadow ban.” They added: “And we certainly don’t shadow ban based on political viewpoints or ideology.”

9. “VF” refers to Twitter’s control over user visibility. It used VF to block searches of individual users; to limit the scope of a particular tweet’s discoverability; to block select users’ posts from ever appearing on the “trending” page; and from inclusion in hashtag searches.

Speaking of Black Rock. They were a major investor in FTX. You know the crypto dweeb company that can't account for 10 BILLION dollars missing.
Here's the thing. No one to date can seem to offer a coherent explanation for where that amount of money went and could disappear so fast.
I can. My thinking is it was seized.

TWITTER FILES, PT. 2: Documents Reveal Secret Blacklists and Censorship of Conservative Users – Something former Owner Jack Dorsey Said Was Not Happening
The second installment of Elon Musk’s so-called “Twitter Files” was released on Thursday night.
Reporter Bari Weiss is live-tweeting the release of the documents online.
Tucker Carlson opened his show with this news on Thursday night.
FOX News reported:
The second installment of Elon Musk’s so-called “Twitter Files” shed light on the company’s practices of secretly “blacklisting” certain tweets and users.
“A new #TwitterFiles investigation reveals that teams of Twitter employees build blacklists, prevent disfavored tweets from trending, and actively limit the visibility of entire accounts or even trending topics—all in secret, without informing users,” journalist Bari Weiss began her thread on Thursday.
“Twitter once had a mission ‘to give everyone the power to create and share ideas and information instantly, without barriers.’ Along the way, barriers nevertheless were erected,” Weiss wrote.
The first installment, shared Friday by Substack writer Matt Taibbi, offered insight as to what led to Twitter’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 presidential election.

Reforming the Classification System: Challenges, Approaches, and Priorities
Our national security relies on the careful and deliberate creation, dissemination, and protection of classified information. But some contend that the current system for classifying and declassifying US government records is outdated and imposes significant economic and public policy costs, directly and indirectly harming national security. Storage and maintenance costs increase as classification levels rise, and these costs will increase with newly classified electronic records growing exponentially, and with numerous records approaching mandatory declassification review. In addition, the problems with decreased efficiency, coordination, and trust and confidence in our national security agencies undermine our nation’s security and public confidence in the intelligence community.
For more than a decade, the Public Interest Declassification Board (PIDB) has called for reform of our classification system. More recently, leaders across the political spectrum, throughout the intelligence community, and in civil society and academia have also called for change. The National Security Council’s ongoing review and planned update of Executive Order 13526, which governs the declassification process, provide an opportunity for a thoughtful discussion on the challenges, approaches, and priorities for reforming the classification system.
The event consist of an initial 30-minute fireside chat with PIDB Chair and Hudson Adjunct Fellow Ezra Cohen and Vice Chair Alissa Starzak, who set the stage with a discussion of current challenges, potential approaches, and priorities for reforming the existing classification system. Following that overview, a panel of legal scholars and intelligence community veterans discuss specific proposals for reform in light of the ongoing review of Executive Order 13526.

The FTC's Effort to Block Microsoft's Activision Acquisition Will Test Biden's Antitrust Legacy
It’s official. After months of rumors, the Federal Trade Commission this week voted 3-1 in favor of suing to block Microsoft’s estimated $69 billion acquisition of video game giant Activision Blizzard.
The forthcoming legal battle represents the most significant antitrust challenge from the Biden-era FTC to date that has, up until now, had few tangible victories to back up its progressive, anti-monopolist rhetoric. The challenge’s success or failures could play a large factor in determining whether or the Biden administration can live up to its image as an aggressive antitrust maverick.
In a press release Thursday, the FTC argued the acquisition, if allowed to occur, would let Microsoft suppress competitors to its own Xbox gaming console and its growing cloud gaming business. Microsoft, according to the FTC, had already demonstrated a pattern of acquiring big name game studios like Bethesda only to make their titles exclusive to Microsoft’s platform.
“Microsoft has already shown that it can and will withhold content from its gaming rivals,” FTC Bureau Director of Competition Holly Vedova said in a statement. “Today we seek to stop Microsoft from gaining control over a leading independent game studio and using it to harm competition in multiple dynamic and fast-growing gaming markets.”
The FTC vote comes just days after Microsoft announced it intended to bring Activision’s massively popular Call of Duty franchise to Steam and Nintendo consoles. Sony, Microsoft’s primary competitor in the console gaming sector, shot down an offer to keep the franchise on Playstation for 10 years. Sony has opposed the acquisition outright and claimed the deal would have, “major negative implications for gamers and the future of the gaming industry.”
Microsoft Vice Chair and President Brad Smith commented publicly on the FTC’s decision and expressed confidence in the acquisition which he believes would, “expand competition and create more opportunities for gamers and game developers.”
“We have been committed since Day One to addressing competition concerns, including by offering earlier this week proposed concessions to the FTC,” Smith said on Twitter. “While we believe in giving peace a chance, we have complete confidence in our case and welcome the opportunity to present it in court.”
The FTC’s vote to block the Activision acquisition was praised by consumer advocacy groups, some of which had spent months urging regulators to take a more proactive approach towards large acquisition attempts.
“Microsoft’s attempt to acquire Activision is unlawful, and it’s not particularly close,” American Economic Liberties Project Executive Director Sarah Miller said in a statement sent to Gizmodo. “The FTC made the right call. Microsoft’s flurry of last-minute promises to not abuse the market power that they’d gain from this deal reinforce its underlying illegality.”
The agency’s decision also received praise from Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, who’s previously introduced antitrust legislation targeting growing consolidation across multiple industries.
“Corporate monopolies have had free rein to hike prices and harm workers, but now the Biden admin is committed to promoting competition,” Warren said.

Merkel’s ‘confession’ may be grounds for tribunal – Moscow
The former chancellor gave evidence that the West had orchestrated hostilities in Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Ministry says
A confession by former German chancellor Angela Merkel about the Minsk peace agreements could be used as evidence in a tribunal involving Western politicians responsible for provoking the Ukraine conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned on Thursday.
The deal, brokered by Germany and France, was supposed to be a roadmap for peace in the war-torn country. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that his country's current military offensive was prompted by the failure to implement the terms of the accords.
The former German leader admitted in an interview with Die Zeit on Wednesday that the actual purpose of the Minsk agreements was to give Ukraine time to prepare for a military confrontation with Russia.
“They talk a lot about legal assessments of what is happening around Ukraine, certain tribunals and so on in all sorts of ways,” Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a media briefing on Thursday. “But this is a specific reason for a tribunal.”
She claimed that Merkel’s comments were nothing short of the testimony of a person who had openly admitted that everything done between 2014 and 2015 was meant to “distract the international community from real issues, play for time, pump up the Kiev regime with weapons, and escalate the issue into a large-scale conflict,” Zakharova added.
She said Merkel’s statements “horrifyingly” reveal that the West uses “forgery as a method of action,” and resorts to “machinations, manipulation and all kinds of distortions of truth, law and rights imaginable.”
The spokeswoman claimed that the West had known well in 2015, when it spent hours negotiating the second part of the Minsk accords, that it would never even attempt to fulfill any part of the agreements and would instead pump weapons into Kiev.
“They did not feel sorry for anyone: women, children, the civilian population of Donbass or the whole of Ukraine. They needed a conflict and they were ready for it back then, in 2015,” Zakharova said.
Earlier this month, a number of Western officials called for the creation of a special UN-backed court to investigate alleged war crimes committed by Russia during its ongoing military campaign in Ukraine.
The Kremlin has said the West has no legal or moral right to set up any courts to investigate or prosecute Russia over the conflict, which Moscow claims was ultimately provoked by the US and its allies.

A WASTE OF TIME, ZELENKEY ‘PERSON OF THE YEAR’
The United States has no vital interest in Ukraine, yet we’ve shoveled in around 100 billion dollars to support Zelensky’s war there.
He always wants more and Biden is eager to give it to him. Ukraine’s borders are of vital importance to Dementia Joe, while our own borders rank as being unimportant. Old ice cream lips said as much a few days ago. If we had not sent a dime to Ukraine, the war would have been settled long ago. Zelensky would have ceded a Russian-populated Donbas region to Russia. He would have agreed not to join NATO. The threat of nuclear war could have been averted. Instead we have a cocky jerk demanding endless billions of dollars from American taxpayers while he lied about a missile hitting Poland.
Zelensky said Russia did it and called for nuclear war. The missile was from Ukraine and he knew it.
Both Democrats and Republicans love to say it’s about protecting and spreading ‘democracy.’ That has always had a hollow ring to it and it has no ring at all when it comes to Ukraine. Zelensky is not running a democracy there—he’s a dictator who has had his political opponents arrested.
He has silenced opposition media. He has shut down Russian Orthodox churches and religious leaders. He is spreading war and corruption, not democracy. Some of the weapons sent to him by America have ended up being sold to African countries. Zelensky’s cronies are stealing massive amounts of unaccountable US taxpayer money and spending it on themselves.
No, it’s not about spreading democracy. It’s about spreading globalist control and Russia is in the way. They’ve gone to gold ruble and Putin doesn’t want the WEF to dictate to his citizens how things are going to be.
Russians don’t want to enter a new dark age via a digital currency and ‘green’ energy, nor do they want their children being groomed into becoming ‘woke’ trannies. They do not want to ‘eat the bugs.’
Of course, the globalist-controlled politicians in the west and its propaganda legacy media want all of us to worship Zelensky. ’Time’ magazine named the Ukraine dictator ‘Person Of The Year.’ This is the same magazine that chose Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin as ‘Person of the Year.’ The magazine has long lost its influence, credibility, and circulation.
Their Zelensky edition should be assigned to the burn barrel.
Zelensky was a comedian and actor by profession, and now he’s a politician and bad actor. Before I get reminded that Ronald Reagan was also an actor, I have to say this: I voted for Reagan.
You, Zelensky, are no Ronald Reagan.

Kevin McCarthy’s Top Advisor Makes Millions as a Big Tech Lobbyist
Establishment leader Kevin McCarthy's top advisor is a Big Tech lobbyist who shills for monopolies on Capitol Hill.
Kevin McCarthy’s top advisor makes millions of dollars as a Big Tech lobbyist, protecting the interests of corporate monopolies like Apple and Amazon while McCarthy works from inside the legislature to defeat anti-trust legislation.
Last year, McCarthy opposed historic anti-trust legislation supported by members of both parties, working with his top outside advisor, Big Tech lobbyist and political operative Jeff Miller, to make sure the Ending Platform Monopolies Act never became law.
McCarthy’s Big Tech influence was reported on last year by Tucker Carlson, after “congressional sources” told his Tucker Carlson Tonight program that McCarthy’s top advisor had been calling GOP congressmen, asking them not to support the anti-trust legislation that threatened to break up Big Tech.
Now, the news segment has resurfaced and is making rounds on social media, as McCarthy once again tries to become Speaker of the House, and meets massive conservative resistance, after the “red wave” election he spent years promising presented itself as a “pink trickle.”
That, after McCarthy used corrupt, Big Tech money to derail America First campaigns, protect RINOs, and surrender seats to Democrats.
Kevin McCarthy has “been telling you he’s very worried about the danger of Big Tech monopolies for years and now there’s bipartisan support to do something about it,” Tucker Carlson reported in the 2021 segment.
“Weirdly though, Kevin McCarthy is opposed to this anti-trust legislation. Why is that? How that Be?”
“We’re not sure,” Carlson said. “Here’s one potential explanation.”
“Kevin McCarthy’s top outside advisor is a man called Jeff Miller. Who’s Jeff Miller? Well he’s a registered lobbyist for Amazon and Apple,” Carlson went on, adding that Miller is “making a lot of money doing that.”
“Records show that Amazon Web Services paid Miller’s firm more than $400,000 in recent years,” said Carlson.

NASA Taps Collins Aerospace to Develop New Space Station Spacesuits
NASA has awarded a task order to Collins Aerospace to deliver a spacewalking system for potential use outside the International Space Station.
This award – the second under NASA’s Exploration EVA Services contract – is for design and development of a next-generation spacesuit and support systems. The task order has a base value of $97.2 million.
Collins Aerospace will complete a critical design review and demonstrate use of the suit on Earth in a simulated space environment by January 2024. NASA will have the option to extend the contract for a demonstration with agency crew members outside the space station by April 2026.
With this second award for a new suit and system, NASA is another step closer to a replacement for the current design used by NASA astronauts for decades during space shuttle and space station missions. The new suit will support continued station maintenance and operations as NASA and its international partners continue to perform scientific research that benefit humanity and is crucial to future Artemis missions to the Moon in preparation for Mars.
“We look forward to obtaining another much-needed service under our contract,” said Lara Kearney, manager of the Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, which manages the spacesuit contract. “By working with industry, NASA is able to continue its over 22-year legacy of maintaining a presence in low-Earth orbit.”
Under the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, both Collins Aerospace, as well as Axiom, which was awarded an initial task order award for Artemis suits, provided proposals to meet both station and Artemis requirements. Both vendors will continue to compete for future task orders which include recurring services for station spacewalks and moonwalks beyond Artemis III.
Collins will be responsible for the design, development, qualification, certification, and production of its station spacesuits and support equipment to meet NASA’s key requirements. The agency will continue to maintain the authority to manage astronaut training, spacewalk planning, and approval of the service systems.

"The ties between elected officials and the influence industry has always been blurry, with staff and members often going through the revolving door. But few relationships are as tight as the one that exists between Miller and McCarthy.
His proximity to the California Republican has been a big draw for businesses eager to get their issues and pet causes considered before Congress.
Miller Strategies, founded in 2017, boasts a number of Fortune 500 companies with major legislative interest, including Apple, tobacco giant Altria, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, Elon Musk’s SpaceX, and the Big-Tech funded Connected Commerce Council.' Potential new clients have already begun approaching the firm, according to a GOP operative familiar with Miller and McCarthy. Public records show that Miller Strategies has registered several new clients in recent months, including the United States Tennis Association."
