President Trump sends out a “cease and desist” message that absolutely nails the institutional origin of the voter fraud process as it is permitted and facilitated. Although slightly using a coded message, within the spelling, punctuation and pertinence, the identification “DoJ” is transparently clear. I hope everyone can see it. The identification of the DoJ as the primary institutional silo that permits voter fraud is keenly accurate. That same institutional silo has the capability to stop voter fraud by prosecuting all of the public-private officials and NGO’s who participate in the process.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit Friday to stop a county from using taxpayer dollars to pay a voter registration firm aligned with progressives to identify unregistered voters. Travis County is allegedly illegally paying taxpayer dollars to Civic Government Solutions (CGS), a voter registration firm, to create a list of unregistered voters for the county, according to the lawsuit. Travis County, home of Austin, Texas, is solidly blue, and CGS CEO Jeremy Smith has made statements in the past that encourage people to vote for progressive candidates.

Blackwater founder and former Navy SEAL Erik Prince told Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM that according to one of his “well-placed sources” in the New York Police Department, “The NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making” in the Anthony Weiner investigation, but received “huge pushback” from the Justice Department.

Prince began by saying he had no problem believing reports that the FBI was highly confident multiple foreign agencies hacked Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

“I mean, it’s not like the foreign intelligence agencies leave a thank-you note after they’ve hacked and stolen your data,” Prince said to SiriusXM host Alex Marlow.

Prince claimed he had insider knowledge of the investigation that could help explain why FBI Director James Comey had to announce he was reopening the investigation into Clinton’s email server last week.

“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.

“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.

“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.

“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.

The authoritarian regimes of the past century have all followed a pattern of events that is generally predictable. Almost every totalitarian government has been inspired by the ideologies of the political left. Meaning, increasingly bigger government, socialist control of resources, the melding of bureaucracy and corporate entities, demands for “social justice”, collectivist propaganda, the abandonment of individual merit for the sake of the state and the “greater good”, Marxism not just from an economic standpoint but also a cultural standpoint, and finally, the adoption of Futurism.

Futurism is, in my view, the key to all modern authoritarianism. It’s a philosophy that has been present at the birth of nearly every major despotic government in recent memory and it’s the root of leftist ideology today. Futurists argue that history is, for the most part, dead weight. They believe that every notion of heritage, the lessons of the past, the ideals and principles of our forefathers are all irrelevant.

Futurists think nothing is sacred and all new ideas are superior to all old ideas. Therefore, they claim, any society that clings to (or conserves) the old ways needs to be dismantled because it is holding humanity back from progress. In other words, anyone promoting or defending traditional norms must be silenced in the name of “progress.”

The beleaguered Starliner spacecraft, built by Boeing, successfully landed in New Mexico just after midnight Eastern time, ending a crucial test flight that proved to be a real headache for NASA.

Officials at the space agency feared that Starliner’s thrusters might malfunction during its return, just as some thrusters had on its journey to the International Space Station.

That’s why, when the gumdrop-shaped space capsule parachuted down to Earth, it carried only cargo — and its first crew remained safely on board the International Space Station.

Leaving them there “was a tough decision to make. It was really hard to determine whether to be uncrewed or not,” Steve Stich, the program manager for NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, told reporters earlier this week.

But there was enough uncertainty with regard to how the thrusters would perform that NASA officials preferred to err on the side of caution. The space agency, after all, remains haunted by two past disasters, the loss of space shuttles Columbia and Challenger and their crews.

After Starliner made a picture-perfect landing, Stich told reporters that the spacecraft did well during its return flight.

"It was a bullseye landing," he said. "It's really great to get the spacecraft back."

Asked by a reporter if he had any second thoughts about NASA's decision not to fly astronauts home on Starliner, Stich said "it's always hard to have that retrospective look" but "I think we made the right decision."

He said while he and others on the team felt happy about the successful landing, "there's a piece of us, all of us, that we wish it would've been the way we had planned it" with astronauts on board when it landed.

"I think there's, depending on who you are on the team, different emotions associated with that," he continued. "I think it's going to take a little time to work through that, for me a little bit, and then for everybody else on the Boeing and NASA team."

The massive Line Fire exploded to 17,459 acres Sunday in Southern California's San Bernardino County, threatening thousands of structures, with expanded mandatory evacuation orders.

Hundreds of firefighters battled the flames as the wildfire nearly doubled in size overnight and remained at zero containment, according to Cal-Fire. Over the weekend, Governor Gavin Newsom declared a State of Emergency, allowing for additional resources and funding to assist with the firefight.

Early Saturday afternoon, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department announced a mandatory evacuation order for homes near the growing blaze.

By Sunday, Cal-Fire said evacuation orders had been issued by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department for the area from Calle Del Rio to Highway 38, including Greenspot Road North; all underdeveloped land east of Highway 330 to Summertrail Place and north of Highland Avenue; the areas of Running Spring east of Highway 330 and south of Highway 18; the communities of Running Springs and Arrow Bear Lake; the area east of Orchard Road to Cloverhill from Highland Avenue north to the foothills; and north of Highland Avenue and East of Palm Avenue to Highway 330.

Paired with the sweltering heat currently roasting the region, weather officials say that the smoke from the fire has created clouds similar to those that come with thunderstorms, prompting reports of over 1,100 lightning strikes in the area.

"The heat affects them tremendously. You know, the work-rest cycles? They can work for a little bit but the body just needs to take a break after awhile," said Battalion Chief Brent Pascua of firefighters, who are working in extreme heat.

On top of this, the small fire-created storm system can also increase winds in the immediate area, which have fanned the flames as it continues to spread and create challenges for firefighters.

The wildfire first sparked along Baseline Road around 6 p.m. on Thursday and tore through several hundred more acres before exploding over Friday night and surpassing 3,000 acres. By Saturday, the fire had scorched more than 7,000 acres. The blaze has been burning near Highland, and on Friday, some residents said they could see it from their homes.

CURRENT SITUATION: Forest Service Firefighters along with firefighters from other agencies including the City of Highland and San Bernardino County responded to a reported wildland fire on Baseline Road at about 6:00 PM on September 5, 2024. Arriving engines reported several acres on fire, and immediately requested more resources, including multiple additional fixed wing and helicopters. The fire is currently estimated at more than 7,000 acres. Due to steep slopes, extremely dry fuels, and changing wind directions the fire has continued to grow to the north, east and southeast.

For the first time in weeks, former President Donald Trump pulled ahead of Vice President Kamala Harris in one of the most-watched national polls — raising the prospect that her momentum has fizzlied out just ahead of their debate.

Trump edged out Harris 48% to 47% among likely voters nationally, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll.

The poll mirrors the surveys from late July when Trump led Harris among likely voters just after President Biden dropped out of the race. Other polls have similarly begun to show the 45th president regaining ground against his rival weeks after the Democratic National Convention wrapped up.

Trump’s renewed razor-thin lead comes despite the fact that 70% of voters and 37% of those backing him felt that the 45th president had uttered something they found offensive.

Harris had surged in the polls across the board after getting jolted to the top of the ticket and captured the lead over Trump in the RealClearPolitics aggregate of polling. She also gained ground in the battleground state polls, which still remain largely a tossup.

On the issues, voters trust Harris more than Trump on abortion (54% to 49%) and democracy (50% to 45%), but trust the 45th president more on the economy (55% to 42%) and immigration (53% to 43%), the New York Times/Siena College poll found.

Top issues for voters were the economy (21%), abortion (14%), immigration (12%), inflation and the cost of living (7%) as well as democracy (7%).

Democrats enjoy a slight lead over Republicans on enthusiasm — 91% to 85%, per the poll.

Moreover,most of the poll respondents — 56% — said they do not believe Harris represents a change from the unpopular Biden administration. Just 25% said Harris represents major change and 15% said she would be a minor change.That’s relative to 51% who felt that Trump represents major change, 10% who indicted minor change and 35% more of the same.

Political strategists includingJames Carville have said whomever can position themselves as the changemaker candidate is best positioned to emerge victorious. To that end, Carville recently suggested in an op-ed that she needs to break from Biden publicly on major policy.

Additionally, Trump’s approval ratings appear to have ticked down slightly with 46% viewing him as either very favorably (27%) or somewhat favorably (19%), compared to 52% who see him as somewhat unfavorably (10%) or very unfavorably (42%).

That’s down from 48% who viewed favorably back in July.

Notably, Harris’ favorability trailed Trump’s — 45% viewed her favorably, with just 24% having very favorable views of her. About half of poll respondents viewed her unfavorably, with 37% saying their views of her were very unfavorable.

Back in July, she scored 46% favorable to 49% unfavorable.

“Highest-rated pollster in the country and a large sample size, too. Fortunately for Harris she has the debate this week and none of this will matter if she has a good night,” election data guru Nate Silver mused on X about the recent poll.

Silver’s 2024 election forecast gives Trump higher odds of winning the Electoral College relative to Harris, though she is favored to win the popular vote.

Republicans haven’t won the popular vote for president since 2004. Trump had been roundly besting Biden in popular vote polls before the incumbent dropped out on July 21.

Harris still retains the advantage in the RCP aggregate of polling nationally, with a 1.4 percentage point edge over Trump in a head-to-head matchup.

The New York Times/Siena College poll sampled 1,695 voters from Sept. 3–6 with a margin of error of plus or minus 2.8 percentage points.

Shortly after Biden dropped out of the race and endorsed Harris, Trump pollster Tony Fabrizio sent out a memo predicting that the vice president would enjoy a “honeymoon” in the polls.

Harris has consistently maintained that she is the “underdog” in the race and that she is taking nothing for granted. Her campaign has touted momentum, including her topping Trump in the fundraising cricut with a $361 million haul in August against Trump’s $130 million across their campaigns and aligned committees.

Trump and Harris are slated to square off in the Tuesday debate hosted by ABC News in Philadelphia, which will mark the first time the two will have ever crossed paths in person.

The debate will have the potential to dramatically shakeup what appears to be a tossup race for the presidency, with about eight weeks to go until Nov. 5.

A bright yellow nucleus, dark winding dust lanes, and expansive spiral arms dotted with blue star clusters and red nebulae, are recorded in this stunning telescopic image which combines data from orbiting Hubble with ground-based images from Subaru and Mayall. In only about 5 billion years, the Andromeda galaxy may be even easier to see as it will likely span the entire night sky just before it merges with, or passes right by, our Milky Way Galaxy.

The public is exhausted after a decade of chronic untruth from the left wing and its media.

The 2016 presidential campaign will be long remembered for the false allegation that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to warp the election.

Citing the bogus “Steele dossier,” loser Hillary Clinton and other Democrat grandees claimed that the victorious Trump was an “illegitimate” president.

Almost immediately, the left and media then pushed for the appointment of special prosecutor Robert Mueller. He assembled a “dream team” of partisan prosecutors to prove Trump-Russian collusion.

Some 22 months later, Mueller found no evidence that Trump improperly won the 2016 election with help from any colluding Russians.

More hysteria followed when Trump was impeached in December 2019.

The left claimed he had pressured the Ukrainian government to look into the family of Joe Biden (then a potential 2020 election opponent) for its corruption with Ukrainian oligarchs — as a condition for releasing military aid designated to Kyiv.

Yet Hunter Biden was paid nearly $1 million a year by a Ukrainian energy company to enlist his father, Vice President Joe Biden, for quid pro quo services.

In turn, Joe Biden himself bragged he had pressured Ukraine to fire its prosecutor, Victor Shokin — who happened to be looking too closely into the various shady schemes of the Biden family.

The deceptions and lies continued.

On the eve of the first 2020 debate, Biden aide and now Secretary of State Antony Blinken helped to round up “51 former intelligence authorities” to claim falsely that Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop — full of incriminating evidence of felonious Biden family behavior — was fabricated by the Russians.

Yet the FBI already had the laptop and had authenticated it as genuine.The FBI was also actively enlisting Silicon Valley social media companies to suppress accurate news accounts of the laptop’s embarrassing contents.

The signees of the false letter included former intelligence kingpins such as Leon Panetta, James Clapper and John Brennan.

None has ever apologized for deliberating lying to the country in a (successful) attempt to help alter an election.

During the summer of 2021,top military officials, at least publicly, parroted the Biden administration’s liethat it was safe to abruptly withdraw all troops from Afghanistan.

The Biden plan was to take political credit for ending the two-decade-long war on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and the American invasion of Afghanistan.

Pope Francis traveled to the remote jungles of Papua New Guinea on Sunday to celebrate the Catholic Church on the peripheries, bringing with him a ton of medicine, musical instruments and a message of love for the people who live there.

Francis flew aboard a Royal Australian Air Force C-130 transport plane from Port Moresby to Vanimo, on the northwest coast of the South Pacific nation. There, Francis met with the local Catholic community and the missionaries from his native Argentina who have been ministering to them.

For an Argentine pope who marveled in 2013 at having been chosen from the “end of the Earth” to lead the church, it was a voyage to another end of the Earth on the longest, farthest trip of Francis’ pontificate.

Francis has previously traveled to the edge of the Arctic (to apologize to the Inuit people for church abuses), and into the Peruvian Amazon (to draw attention to its plight), and to the plains of Ur, Iraq (to boost Christian-Muslim ties). But even by his standards, Sunday’s trip to remote Vanimo was extraordinary.

A crowd of an estimated 20,000 people gathered on the field in front of the Vanimo cathedral singing and dancing when Francis arrived, and he promptly put on a feathered headdress that had been presented to him.

In remarks from a raised stage, Francis praised the church workers who go out to try to spread the faith. But he urged the residents of Vanimo to work at home at being good to one another. He urged them to be like an orchestra, so that all members of the community come together harmoniously to overcome rivalries.

Doing so, he said, would help to “drive out fear, superstition and magic from people’s hearts, to put an end to destructive behaviors such as violence, infidelity, exploitation, alcohol and drug abuse, evils which imprison and take away the happiness of so many of our brothers and sisters.”

It was a reference to the tribal violence over land and other disputes that have long characterized the country’s culture but have grown more lethal in recent years. Francis arrived in Papua New Guinea to urge an end to the violence, including gender-based violence, and for a sense of civic responsibility to prevail.

Francis had started the day with a Mass before an estimated 35,000 people at the stadium in the capital, Port Moresby. In his homily, Francis told the crowd that they may well feel themselves distant from both their faith and the institutional church, but that God was near to them.

“You who live on this large island in the Pacific Ocean may sometimes have thought of yourselves as a far away and distant land, situated at the edge of the world,” Francis said. “Yet … today the Lord wants to draw near to you, to break down distances, to let you know that you are at the center of his heart and that each one of you is important to him.”

Francis was elected pope largely on the strength of a speech he gave to his fellow cardinals in 2013 about the need for the church to go out to the “peripheries” where people need God most. In keeping with that philosophy, Francis has largely shunned foreign trips to European capitals, preferring instead far-flung communities where Catholics are often a minority.

Vanimo, population 11,000, certainly fits the bill of being remote. It is located near Papua New Guinea’s border with Indonesia, where the jungle meets the sea, and is for the most part only reachable by plane or boat.

Francis, history’s first Latin American pope, has also had a special affinity for the work of Catholic missionaries. As a young Argentine Jesuit, he had hoped to serve as a missionary in Japan but was prevented from going because of his poor health.

Now, as pope, he has often held up missionaries as models for the church.

The Rev. Martin Prado, an Argentine missionary of the Institute of the Incarnate Word religious order, was responsible for getting the pope to Vanimo.

As he waited for Francis to arrive Sunday, he recounted for reporters the “crazy” story of how he accompanied a group of Vanimo parishioners to Rome in 2019, and ended up scoring an audience with the pope after his parishioners insisted that they wanted to give him some gifts.

Prado, who has spent the past 10 of his 36 years working as a missionary in Vanimo, said he wrote a note, left it for the pope at the Vatican hotel where he lives, and the next day received an email from Francis’ secretary inviting his group in.

“I invited him, but he wanted to come,” Prado said. “He has a big heart for people. It’s not just words: He does what he says.”

Prado said some people deep in the interior of the diocese, in the jungle where cars have yet to arrive, need clothes, and for them a plate of rice and tuna fish “is glorious.”

Francis was bringing a cargo of about a ton of medicine, clothing, musical instruments and toys, the Vatican said. Prado said Francis was also helping to build a new secondary school. He said half of the children of the diocese are unable to go to high school because there simply aren’t enough spots for them.

The event had a very Argentine flair to it: On the stage was a statue of the Virgin of Lujan, the patron of Argentina who is particularly dear to Francis and whose name also graces the local girls’ school. When Francis met privately after the event with the nuns and missionary priests, they served him mate, the Argentine tea.

There are about 2.5 million Catholics in Papua New Guinea, according to Vatican statistics, out of a population in the Commonwealth nation believed to be around 10 million. The Catholics practice the faith along with traditional Indigenous beliefs, including animism and sorcery.

Francis’ visit to Vanimo was the highlight of his visit to Papua New Guinea, the second leg of his four-nation tour of Southeast Asia and Oceania. After first stopping in Indonesia, Francis heads on Monday to East Timor and then wraps up his visit in Singapore later in the week.

That’s the warning label The Washington Post should have slapped on a recent essay.

Unfortunately, it didn’t and let the writer gas on as if his fabulist claims were grounded in reality.

The op-ed was doubly dispiriting because, although it appeared in The Washington Post, it was written by the publisher of The New York Times.

Both outlets likely thought the joint imprimatur would increase the audience and impact. Instead, the resulting flop magnifies their effort to spread misinformation.Both outlets apparently still think Americans are foolish enough to trust Big Media to tell them the truth.

Author A.G. Sulzberger’s effort to inflate what was little more than another vicious attack on Donald Trumpinto a rallying cry for press independence is noteworthy for all the wrong reasons.

His farrago of leftist partisanship, self-aggrandizement and fearmongering comes disguised as an appeal for freedom of the press.

The transparent motive gives readers yet another reason to search elsewhere for facts and fairness.

Of course, nobody can argue with such truths as “The flow of trustworthy news and information is critical to a free, secure and prosperous nation.”

Or the claim that “defense of the free press has been a point of rare bipartisan consensus throughout the nation’s history.”

The author wraps his argument in red, white and blue by quoting President Ronald Reagan as saying, “There is no more essential ingredient than a free, strong, and independent press to our continued success in what the Founding Fathers called our ‘noble experiment’ in self-government.”

Bias papered over

Citing Reagan is an obvious tease to draw in conservatives and Republicans.It’s also a fig leaf to cover the Big Lie about the Times built-in bias.

It hasn’t endorsed a Republican for president since Dwight Eisenhower in1956.Up and down the ballot, year in year out, no matter the office and the candidates, it would endorse a dead raccoon if it was running on the Democrat line.

The more recent and greater sin is that the paper’s radical narratives are no longer limited to opinion pages.

Nearly every article on every topic reflects a scolding, far-left view, whether it be on race, Israel, markets, the weather, books, films, theater or even sports.

The hyperpartisanship has reached new depths in the Trump era, with the Times a chief player in fomenting the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.

And don’t forget that Sulzberger fired his opinion editor for publishing an op-ed from GOP Sen. Tom Cotton urging Trump to use the military to quell the 2020 urban riots.

The fifth male in his family to hold the title of publisher — no outsiders need apply — Sulzberger uses his essay to charge that Trump “and his allies have declared their intention to increase their attacks on a press he has long derided as ‘the enemy of the people.’ ”

He even blames Trump for anti-press crackdowns in Brazil and India and adds that the former president’s use of the term “fake news” caused global harm, writing “around 70 countries on six continents have enacted ‘fake news’ laws.”

The implication is thatthe president shouldn’t enjoy freedom of speech if it involves criticism of certain media.

Yet the author still has the nerve to claim that “I have no interest in wading into politics” and insists he will not let the Times “cast aside neutrality” in its election coverage.

Oh, please, does he even read his paper?

SpaceX's Starship megarocket will start flying Mars missions just two years from now, if all goes according to plan.

"These will be uncrewed to test the reliability of landing intact on Mars.

If those landings go well, then the first crewed flights to Mars will be in 4 years," SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk said via X on Saturday evening (Sept. 7), in a post that announced the bold new target timelines. (Earth and Mars align properly for interplanetary missions once every 26 months.)

"Flight rate will grow exponentially from there, with the goal of building a self-sustaining city in about 20 years," Musk added in the same post.

"Being multiplanetary will vastly increase the probable lifespan of consciousness, as we will no longer have all our eggs, literally and metabolically, on one planet."

The stainless-steel Starship consists of two elements: a first-stage booster called Super Heavy and a 165-foot-tall (50 meters) upper-stage spacecraft known as Starship.

A stacked Starship is the biggest and most powerful rocket ever built.

It stands about 400 feet (122 meters) tall and generates 16.7 million pounds of thrust at liftoff — nearly twice that of the Space Launch System (SLS), the rocket for NASA's Artemis moon program.

SLS is expendable, but Starship is designed to be fully and rapidly reusable.

Indeed, SpaceX plans to land Super Heavy back on the launch mount after each liftoff, enabling quick inspection, refurbishment and relaunch.

SpaceX believes that Starship's combination of brawn and efficiency will finally bring Mars settlement — a long-held dream of Musk's — within humanity's grasp.

Starship isn't fully up and running yet. It has flown four test missions to date — in April and November of 2023 and March and June of this year.

The giant vehicle has performed better on each successive flight, notching all of its major objectives on the most recent mission.

SpaceX is currently gearing up for Starship's fifth flight, which could take place quite soon; the company has already performed test-fires with the Super Heavy and the Starship that will fly the mission.

Flight five will feature some new and dramatic action — the first attempt to land Super Heavy back on the launch mount, an operation that will involve the use of the launch tower's "chopstick" arms.

As Musk often says about Starship flights, excitement is guaranteed.

A U.S. Navy official was relieved of her duties and demoted, after having an unauthorized Starlink High Performancesatellite dish installed on a warship and lying about it to her commanding officer.

Grisel Marrero, a command senior chief of the littoral combat ship USS Manchester, was demoted in either August or September 2023.

Information on her dismissal and the investigation that led to it were only released this week to the Navy Times.

Marrero reportedly wanted the dish so she and other enlisted officers could better access social media, online content and sports scores.

Navy investigators learned Marrero lied to her superior officer about the dish, which she nicknamed “Stinky,” when asked about it.She also disguised the network by renaming it as a printer.

Naval officers have restricted internet access while at sea, in order to maintain bandwidth for military operations and to guard against cybersecurity breaches.

Marrero worked as an information systems technician aboard the Manchester.

The dish cost $2,800 and was fitted to the warship in April 2023.

Rank-and-file sailors were not provided access to the network.

Marrero was convicted in March at a court-martial proceeding. She pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty and providing false official statements to commanders, and sentenced to a reduction in rank.

Rather than choosing the best men for office, the people would base decisions on “ill-founded jealousies and false alarms,” and so elect those in league with foreign conspirators. To avoid outside interference, Washington advocated a foreign policy based on neutrality and friendly commercial relations with all.7

Country Star Jason Aldean Talks About 2017 Las Vegas Shooting With Tucker Carlson

Country star Jason Aldean joined Tucker Carlson in a recent interview, and the two talked about Aldean’s hit music, Donald Trump, gender ideology, and the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting.

In the caption of the interview released on X, Tucker wrote, “Jason Aldean survived the 2017 Las Vegas massacre only to have his character assassinated by the media. He’s bigger than ever.”

During the interview, Aldean shared details regarding the Las Vegas mass shooting that occurred during his performance at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival in 2017.

When discussing the shooting, the “Try that in a small-town” singer shared, “I can’t really hear anything but my band. I just kind of heard something that sounded like it was cracking, but it was the gun going off. It was coming through the microphones, and it just sounded weird. But I didn’t know what it was.”

“You just go and see the aftermath after it happened. There’s bullet holes in the front of my bus and the side of my band bus. The windows got shot out of the band bus. My bass player, who was on stage, one of my best friends for 25 years, and was standing next to me, had a bullet lodged in the bass he was playing at the time,” added Aldean.

Aldean later shared that the most challenging part of the tragedy is we still don’t know anything about the shooting to this day.

The country star stated, “The toughest part was going through all that and then you get home and you’re watching the news trying to figure out, why did this guy do this? What was his reasoning? Why this show? And you never really got any answers about any of that stuff.”

“Still, to this day, we don’t really know much about it,” added Aldean.

Country music star Jason Aldean looked back at the tragic Las Vegas massacre and recalled how he ran for his life the night a gunman opened fire at a music festival where he performed.

The Grammy-nominated singer spoke with Tucker Carlson in a wide-ranging interview, recounting his experience on that tragic night in 2017 when 60 people died and more than 400 were injured at the Route 91 Harvest music festival. He also discussed his political evolution, noting that his support for former President Donald Trump “just kind of happened.”

“I went out to play a show like I always do. Following the arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov the app has begun introducing radical changes to its content moderation policy.

In his first public statements since his arrest by France on Aug. 24 at Paris' Le Bourget airport, Telegram CEO Pavel Durov blasted French authorities for detaining and charging him, but also admitted that Telegram is not perfect that he'll work to clean up instances of criminals abusing the platform.

He argued in a post to Telegram that it wildly departs from norms for a government to go after a CEO personally, as opposed to the "established practice" of bringing legal against the company.

"Using laws from the pre-smartphone era to charge a CEO with crimes committed by third parties on the platform he manages is a misguided approach," the billionaire tech entrepreneur wrote.

"Building technology is hard enough as it is," he continued. "No innovator will ever build new tools if they know they can be personally held responsible for potential abuse of those tools."

"We’ve been committed to engaging with regulators to find the right balance [between privacy and security]," Durov continued. "Yes, we stand by our principles: our experience is shaped by our mission to protect our users in authoritarian regimes. But we’ve always been open to dialogue."

Durav was detained by the National Anti-Fraud Office (ONAF), over the alleged facilitation of various crimes including terrorism, narcotics trafficking, child abuse, modey laundering and fraud. "On his platform, he allowed an incalculable number of offences and crimes to be committed, for which he did nothing to moderate or cooperate," a source told TF1 TV.

It appears that Telegram has already begun quietly implementing changes in response to French and EU criticisms surrounding the case, especially related to the issue of chat moderation…

‘Too Sensitive’ UK Govt Refuses to Release Cost of Furnishing Asylum Seeker Flats

The UK government has refused to reveal the cost of kitting out flats for alleged asylum seekers over concerns of a backlash against migrants.

The independent Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has ruled in favour of the Home Office in refusing to abide by Freedom of Information requests about the cost of furnishing an apartment bloc in Hampshire to house some 346 supposed asylum seekers. According to The Telegraph, the flats were said to have been equipped with flat-screen televisions and satellite tv.

John Edwards, the head of the watchdog, said that refusing the FOI request was justified given the potential threat posed to migrants if the public was made aware of how much they were spending on migrant flats.

“While the commissioner appreciates the public interest in the cost of providing accommodation used to accommodate asylum seekers, in his view this is outweighed by the Home Office neither confirming nor denying whether it holds any information falling within the scope of this request,” his ruling stated.

In its arguments to the ICO, the Home Office said that the information was “highly emotive and sensitive” and that previous reports on migrant housing had resulted in public disorder.

“It is common knowledge that vulnerable asylum seekers are targets of reprisals or reactions, and asylum-seeking individuals or groups of asylum-seeking individuals have been threatened and harassed in the past,” the government department said.

SUVA, Fiji — Pope Francis was expected to be welcomed by children bearing flowers, a 21-gun salute and a candlelight vigil after landing in Papua New Guinea on Friday. It would be the first papal visit in three decades to the Pacific islands, a deeply Christian region — but one that has played a little-known role in the clergy abuse scandal that has stained the Roman Catholic Church.

Over several decades, at least 10 priests and missionaries moved to Papua New Guinea after they had allegedly sexually abused children, or had been found to do so, in the West, according to court records, government inquiries, survivor testimonies, news media reports and comments by church officials.

These men were part of a larger pattern: At least 24 other priests and missionaries left New Zealand, Australia, Britain and the United States for Pacific island countries such as Fiji, Kiribati and Samoa under similar circumstances. In at least 13 cases, their superiors knew that these men had been accused or convicted of abuse before they transferred to the Pacific, according to church records and survivor accounts, shielding them from scrutiny.

It has been widely documented that the church has protected scores of priests from authorities by shuffling them to other places, sometimes in other countries. But what sets these cases apart is the remoteness of the islands the men ended up in, making it harder for authorities to pursue them. The relocations also gave the men access to vulnerable communities where priests were considered beyond reproach.

Notably, at least three of these men, according to government inquiries and news media reports, went on to abuse new victims in the Pacific.

Most moved to or served in 15 countries and territories in the region in the 1990s, but one still serves as an itinerant priest in Guam, an American territory, and another has returned to New Zealand, where he has been cleared by the church to return to ministry. Both deny the allegations of abuse.

Christopher Longhurst, a New Zealand-based spokesperson for the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, a support group, said the organization plans to press the pope on the movement of the priests to the Pacific while he is in Papua New Guinea.

The pope’s next stop will be East Timor. In 2022, the Vatican punished Bishop Carlos Ximenes Belo, a hero of the nation’s independence movement, over allegations that he had raped and abused teenage boys decades ago in East Timor.

Francis has made a string of apologies for the church’s global sex abuse scandal. He has ordered clergy to report allegations of sexual abuse and cover-ups and issued a broad apology to all Catholics. But the remedies he has offered, survivors and critics say, fall well short of his words.

Michelle Mulvihill, a former nun and adviser to the Australian Catholic Church, has long accused Catholic organizations of using the Pacific islands as a “dumping ground” for abusive priests.

“We’re moving pedophiles and pederasts into the poorest countries in the world,” Mulvihill said after being told of The New York Times’ findings. The church “used them to discard those people who they didn’t want to confront.”

Allegations or convictions have previously been documented for all the priests and missionaries in question, but in more than a dozen cases, this is the first time their subsequent move to the Pacific has been reported. It is also the first time a widespread pattern of such movement to the Pacific islands has been identified.

“There were clear patterns of foreign influence trying to dictate the outcome of the election — groups with ties to mainland China and the CCP [Chinese Communist Party]. They were trying to steal the Flushing seat,” Kim told The Post.

Jewish Florida State Rep Randy Fine (R) reacted to news that Israel killed an American peace activist in the occupied West Bank by celebrating and encouraging the Jewish state to "fire away" and kill even more.

On Friday, Israel killed Aysenur Eygi, 26, "with a bullet to the head" while she was taking part in a protest against Jewish settlement expansion (which ostensibly aligns with official US government policy opposing such settlements).

A Jewish witness from the Israeli paper Haaretz said she did not pose any threat whatsoever when she was shot.

Rep. Fine cheered her murder, writing Friday evening on X: "Throw rocks, get shot. One less #MuslimTerror ist. #FireAway."

Eygi's family issued a statement on Saturday called on the Biden administration to launch an independent investigation into her killing.

“Her presence in our lives was taken needlessly, unlawfully, and violently by the Israeli military,” Eygi’s family said in a statement.

“A US citizen, Aysenur was peacefully standing for justice when she was killed by a bullet that video shows came from an Israeli military shooter.

“We call on President [Joe] Biden, Vice-President [Kamala] Harris, and Secretary of State [Antony] Blinken to order an independent investigation into the unlawful killing of a US citizen and to ensure full accountability for the guilty parties.”

The Israeli military said its forces “responded with fire toward a main instigator of violent activity who hurled rocks at the forces and posed a threat to them” during the protest.

Eygi was a member of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), a pro-Palestinian organisation, and was in Beita on Friday for a weekly demonstration against Israeli settlements, according to ISM.

The group on Saturday dismissed claims that ISM activists threw rocks at Israeli forces as “false” and said the demonstration was peaceful.

“Aysenur was more than 200 metres away from where the Israeli soldiers were and there were no confrontations there at all in the minutes before she was shot,” ISM said.

In 2023, Rep. Fine worked together with Gov. Ron DeSantis to pass the harshest hate crime bill in America to jail Floridians for passing out "anti-Semitic" flyers.

Though Fine has spent over a year now demanding "anti-Semites" be jailed for "hate speech" criticizing Jews and Israel, he himself regularly calls for genocide on social media and celebrates the slaughter of Palestinian babies.

Earlier this week, Fine celebrated Jewish vigilante groups patrolling the University of Toronto.

Two weeks ago, Fine accused Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie (R) of anti-Semitism for saying members of Congress should not be allowed to be dual citizens.

In the wake of October 7th, Fine gave a speech championing Israel's war on Gaza and noted how Jews are "a people that has been kicked out of every place we've ever lived."

Two border patrol agents working with cartels to smuggle fentanyl, drugs into California: report

Two border patrol agents have been accused of taking cash for allowing drugs across the southern border. “Corruption undermines the integrity of our border security and poses a grave threat to public safety."

Two US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents have been accused of helping Mexican cartels smuggle fentanyl, heroin and other drugs into the United States, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

Jesse Clark Garcia and Diego Bonillo reportedly started living the high life earlier this year and alarm bells went off. Prosecutors have argued that the two were spending thousands of dollars on luxury items from Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Burberry, while one invested in horse racing and building a mansion in Mexico and the other had taken several European vacations and was planning on a front row seat at a Las Vegas prize fight.

Prosecutors say Garcia and Bonillo of “profited handsomely,” from alleged illegal activities, skimming tens of thousands of dollars every time a vehicle filled with illegal drugs made it across the southern border unmolested. The indictment accuses the pair of allowing more than 1,150 pounds of drugs into the US in five separate jobs between April 2021 and February of this year but that amount only reflects what was actually seized by US authorities.

In 1968, in the midst Democratic convention riots, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley famously declared, “The policeman isn’t there to create disorder; the policeman is there to preserve disorder.” Democratic state election officials appear to have adopted a similar approach to the upcoming election. In states such as North Carolina and Michigan, Democrats are fighting to keep the name of Robert Kennedy, Jr. on the ballot even though he withdrew from the race and endorsed former president Donald Trump. These are key states where the misplacement of even 1 percent of votes could turn the outcome of not just the state but the entire election.

Kim, a Korean-American, is speaking out after the stunning arrest of Linda Sun, a former top aide to Govs. Kathy Hochul and Andrew Cuomo.

Sun, along with her husband, Christopher Hu, ischarged with being an unregistered agent for the CCP in exchange for millions of dollars in kickbacks and laundering the illicit money to buy a $4.1 million mansion in Manhasset, LI, a $2 million posh Honolulu condo and a fleet of luxury cars, including a 2024 Ferrari Roma.

Kim’s Dem opponent in the 40th District’s primary race,upstart Yi Andy Chen, was endorsed by the American Chinese Commerce Association. The association is a group identified as linked to the CCP and John Chan, a Chinese-American activist and chairman of the group with reportedly close ties to the People’s Republic of China and its Consulate General office in New York.

Kim, who was first elected in 2012, won his tough primary battle by 443 votes.

The CCP’s influence-flexing in New York’s growing Asian communities has been whispered about in recent years,but people feared going on the record to avoid being targeted by the powerful foreign governmentknown to monitor its critics abroad, sources said.

“It’s a scary thing,” Kim said of speaking out against the CCP.

He said an overwhelming majority of Chinese and other Asians move here to flee communism and authoritarianism for a better life and are patriotic Americans.

“The majority of Asia groups are loyal to American business and American capital,” Kim said.

But “there is a new wave of organizations tied to the CCP that are not loyal to our way of life,” he said.

The state pol recalled one unsettling related incident a few years ago.

He said that over the years, he would pass a resolution commemorating the United States’ relationship with Taiwan. Taiwan has governed itself independently from China since 1949, but China still views the island as part of its territory and wants to unify it with the mainland. Relations between the two remain extremely tense.

But Kim said that when Cuomo was governor, the assemblyman was contacted by someone in the gubernatorial office who told him the “Chinese consul general was upset” with his resolution.

Kim said he did not know if the message was being conveyed by Linda Sun but either way, “I was stunned.”

Kim said he knew Linda Sun well but declined to publicly discuss her criminal case.

Sun previously worked for Congresswoman Grace Meng of Queens when Meng served in the state Assembly. Meng did not endorse Kim during the primary. (Is she being investigated? The Chinese must think, how stupid Americans are.)

In November, John Chan — who chairs the American Chinese Commerce Association — led an effort to drown out the cries of protesters in San Francisco who were awaiting the arrival of Chinese President Xi Jinping and claimed their relatives had been harmed by the Chinese government, according to the Washington Post and San Francisco Standard. The move on part of China was seen as trying to crack down on dissent even overseas.

Videos showed anti-Xi protesters attacked with flagpoles and chemical spray and pummeled by pro-Xi CCP supporters, the Washington Post reported.

A month later,Chan sponsored a small group of New York Assembly Republicans to take a trip to China to meet CCP leaders, a jaunt organized with first-term GOP Brooklyn Assemblyman Lester Chang. The trip raised eyebrows in political circles.

Chan works closely with the Chinese Consul General, and he is listed under a section of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website touting the contributions of state-linked and “Chinese-funded” overseas institutions, the Washington Post said.

It appears that the support for Trump that RFJ Jr. promised from the Independents and disaffected Democrats who previously supported him was not just lip service. Let's back up a tiny bit first. Hindus for America First, a newly created grassroots organisation, has announced it will endorse Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and launch a campaign against Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris in the key battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina.

Announcing the decision on Thursday, Hindus for America First chairman and founder Utsav Sanduja claimed that Harris would be "very destabilising for Indo-US relations".

"The concern is that if Kamala becomes the president of the United States, then she might put in some liberal wolves on the bench who may actually reverse the Supreme Court on this (and) that impacting the Asian-American voters," he said.

The Biden-Harris administration has not kept the border secure. Harris is the second in command after President Joe Biden and did nothing to stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the US, he said.

"As a consequence of all these illegal immigrants, we've seen record crime, record drug smuggling… and it ends up affecting minority communities, in particular many of the Asian-American business owners," he said.

On the other hand, Sanduja praised Trump's efforts to make the immigration system more merit-based. He also lauded the former president's efforts to bolster defence and technology cooperation with India.

Massachusetts welfare recipients have been using their EBT cards while on tropical vacations to Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other trips thousands of miles away from their home state, an investigation by the Boston Herald revealed.

Public records obtained by the outlet showed dozens of EBT card expenditures at several popular vacation destinations, including California, Florida, and Alaska, as well numerous holiday islands.

While the federal and state governments spent $3 billion on the taxpayer-funded EBT cards in Massachusetts during Fiscal Year 2024, 32 charges were made in Hawaii — with the largest expenditure being $378 on the island of Maui in March, the report found.

Dozens of other purchases made by welfare recipients pinged from all over the Virgin Islands and Alaska, including a $395 charge in Anchorage, a popular cruise port.

In fact, EBT recipients in the blue state have spent taxpayer dollars in virtually every U.S. state, and all over tourist hotspots in Florida and California.

Use of the cards while traveling must be approved, the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance said in a statement to Fox News:

Individuals receiving public assistance through the Department of Transitional Assistance use these benefits to meet their most basic needs and qualify by having an annual income that is at least 200 percent below the federal poverty level. State and federal laws regulate what can be purchased with benefits and where purchases can be made, and any out-of-state usage beyond approved temporary absences can result in an individual no longer receiving assistance due to not meeting Massachusetts residency requirements.

State Sen. Ryan Fattman (R) reacted to the Boston Herald‘s report, calling the shocking revelations “insanity and government at its worst.”

“This makes no sense. It’s insanity and government at its worst,” he told the publication. “What the hell is someone doing in Hawaii? We need this money to help feed families. This tells me there’s a major problem with this system.”

Massachusetts, a sanctuary state for illegal immigrants, allows migrants to have access to these government-funded welfare benefits as well.

“An estimated 50,000 illegal immigrants have flocked to the state since 2021,” reported Fox News.
