Cuomo: I often vehemently disagreed with President Trump, because from day one, he willfully deceived the American people...his lies and denial delayed our response, let the virus spread, and this country never caught up....and then Trump weaponized the Department of Justice, starting investigations against New York and three other democratic states.

How the Rothschilds Сashed In on Ukraine Since Neo-Nazi Coup in 2014

...

• Then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko tapped a Rothschild & Cie to sell his assets in 2014. It turned out later that the companies weren't sold but handed over to Rothschild Trust.

• Rothschild first offered to mediate Ukraine's talks with creditors on the restructuring of the country's debt in 2015.

• In 2017, Rothschild S.p.A. won the bidding for investment and banking services to Ukraine's oil and gas company Naftogaz.

• The same year, the supervisory board of Ukraine's state-owned lender PrivatBank asked a consortium of Rothschild, EY and FinPoint companies to restructure its funds. Ukrainian tycoon Ihor Kolomoisky also reached out to the Rothschilds when seeking to regain a 25% stake in PrivatBank, his former asset, in 2019.

• In July 2017, then Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman reportedly held a private meeting with Nathaniel Jacob Rothschild in London. Former Ukrainian People's Deputy Oleg Tsarev suggested at the time that Groysman wanted Rothschild to make him the next president.

• In July 2023, Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexey Stolyarov (Lexus) tricked Alexandre de Rothschild, the executive chairman of Rothschild & Co, who told them that the banking clan has cooperated with the Kiev regime since 2017.

• "We had excellent relationships with people in your government. We were mainly involved in attracting of lending funds," de Rothschild told Vovan and Lexus thinking that he was talking to Volodymyr Zelensky.

• De Rothschild told the pranksters that the family company intends to take part in "the restoration of Ukraine", including in energy, housing construction, and logistics. "You expressed the need for reconstruction financing in the total amount of more than $750 billion, starting in 2023 for a period of about ten years, and this is quite adequate," the banker said.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been 'ordered to pay $100 million' in a default judgement over sexual assault allegations by Michigan inmate, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith.

The Coming Home rapper, 54 - who filed to dismiss a $30 million groping lawsuit by producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones - has been embroiled in mounting legal woes.

Cardello-Smith - who is currently serving time at the Earnest C. Brooks Correctional Facility - claimed Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party that took place 27 years earlier in 1997.

Derrick sued Combs for $100 million, but due to the star not responding to the lawsuit and failing to attend a virtual hearing on Monday, a judge entered a default judgement against Combs that requires him to pay the $100 million, per TMZ.

Beginning next month on October 1, the disgraced music artist will have to pay Cardello-Smith in $10 million installments monthly, according to the outlet.

Derrick first crossed paths with the rapper when he was working at a restaurant in Detroit.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Cardello-Smith claimed that both he and Combs were drinking and smoking marijuana at a 1997 party when the alleged sexual assault took place.

At one point, while performing a sexual act with one of the women at the party, Derrick claimed that the rapper placed a hand on his buttocks.

He also claimed that afterwards, he accepted a drink from Combs that had been drugged and Derrick proceeded to pass out.

Upon waking up, he noticed Diddy having sex with one of the women at the party and claimed Combs told him, 'I did this to you, too.'

The $100 million default judgement comes just one month after Cardello-Smith filed a temporary restraining order against Diddy in August, according to the Detroit Metro Times.

Derrick was able to show records that the rapper had visited him at the prison he is currently serving time at.

He alleged that Combs offered $2.3 million in order for Derrick to drop the sexual assault allegations against him.

Biggest Ukrainian Drone Attack Of War Hits Moscow International Airport, Unleashes Panic

A Ukrainian drone swarm sent against Russia is being widely seen as one of the largest single drone attacks from Ukraine of the war, if not the biggest. Early on Tuesday drones slammed into regions across Russia, including reaching the capital of Moscow.

One Russian woman was killed when a drone directly hit her apartment complex just outside Moscow. The drone smashed into a 17-floor high rise where her residence was, and significant damage was later seen to the 10th through 12th floors where the woman's residence was. Several others were injured in the early dark hours drone assault.

Originally posted at >>>/qresearch/21564279 (101856ZSEP24) Notable: Judgment day for pastor arrested for preaching in Seattle

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

One major city’s scheme that allowed a Christian pastor to be arrested, twice, because crowds in the streets were triggered to hostility by his words has been struck down.

The demise of Seattle’s “heckler’s veto” agenda comes in a consent order that was entered this week in a case brought by First Liberty Institute on behalf of Pastor Matthew Meinecke.

“Meinecke was censored and arrested on two separate occasions in 2022 for simply reading the Bible to others because his gospel-oriented message triggered hostile reactions from activists,” the legal team explained.

But now in the order, which affirms a “complete victory” for the pastor, Judge Barbara J. Rothstein has granted Meinecke “permanent injunctive relief from the unconstitutional police policy, compensatory damages for the wrongful arrests, and nominal damages for the constitutional violations, along with reasonable attorney fees and expenses,” the institute reported.

“This result is only fitting. The government should never silence the speech of a citizen just because an audience dislikes what it’s hearing,” explained Nate Kellum, senior counsel. “Pastor Meinecke is thrilled to put this case behind him and get back to sharing the gospel on the streets of Seattle.”

The fight erupted just a little over two years ago when Meinecke traveled to the downtown Seattle area to read his Bible aloud, hold up a sign, and hand out literature to those who wanted it.

The events first happened at a pro-abortion rally.

“Despite his evangelistic and peaceful intent, some individuals in the crowd, including Antifa members, did not receive the message well. They took Meinecke’s Bible away from him, ripped out pages from it, knocked Meinecke down, and took one of his shoes,” the institute confirmed.

Seattle police finally arrived, and refused him assistance, instead taking immediate action against Meinecke. They ordered him to leave, then arrested him when he declined.

“Two days later, Meinecke encountered a similar situation at the Seattle Center, a public park where the Seattle PrideFest was occurring. Hecklers mistreated Meinecke again, and Seattle police officers silenced Meinecke again, as way of addressing the problem. The officers arrested Meinecke for refusing to depart from his intended audience,” the institute said.

The fight then turned to courtrooms, and it was the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that judged, “The restrictions on his speech were content-based heckler’s vetoes, where officers curbed his speech once the audience’s hostile reaction manifested.”

And the appeals court said, “Meinecke has established irreparable harm because a loss of First Amendment freedoms constitutes an irreparable injury, and the balance of equities and public interest favors Meinecke.”

A “heckler’s veto” is simply when authorities shut down a speaker because someone else doesn’t like the message, which has been ruled repeatedly a violation of the First Amendment.

WND reported when the conflict developed police in Seattle chose to ignore actual criminal activity that was going on, instead attacking Meinecke for his speech.

The appeals court had returned the case to the lower court with instructions for a resolution.

The judges there had said, “The prototypical heckler’s veto case is one in which the government silences particular speech or a particular speaker ‘due to an anticipated disorderly or violent reaction of the audience. As such, it ‘is a form of content discrimination, generally forbidden in a traditional or designated public forum.’ The Supreme Court has emphasized as ‘firmly settled’ that ‘the public expression of ideas may not be prohibited merely because the ideas are themselves offensive to some of their hearers, or simply because bystanders object to peaceful and orderly demonstrations.’ … ‘Listeners’ reaction to speech is not a content-neutral basis for regulation.’ …. It is apparent from the facts, including the video available from police body cameras, that the Seattle police directed Meinecke to leave the area because of the reaction his Bible-reading provoked at the Dobbs and PrideFest protests….”

UK starts releasing thousands of prisoners early – media

The emergency measure is aimed at averting a “disaster” amid a jail overcrowding crisis, the justice secretary has said

UK prisons have begun releasing offenders early as part of a government scheme to deal with jail overcrowding across the country, according to media reports. The plan will reportedly see 5,500 people receive early release in September and October alone.

Over 1,700 convicts are set to be let out on Tuesday in England and Wales, where the prison population hit an all-time high of 88,521 last week.

Report: Over 140,000 in Wisconsin Can Vote Without ID in 2024 Through Loophole

A loophole in Wisconsin election laws poses a significant risk to election integrity, a report finds.

More than 140,000 Wisconsinites can vote in the 2024 election without proving their identify by self-identifying as “Indefinitely Confined,” a new report by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty reveals. Through the loophole, voters can receive an absentee ballot indefinitely without ever showing an ID.

The “Indefinitely Confined” exception has skyrocketed since 2016, when approximately 66,000 voters registered under the status. In 2020 amid the pandemic, 265,979 registered under the exemption, when clerks in Democratic strongholds encouraged voters to exploit the loophole to circumvent Wisconsin’s voter ID requirements in 2020 – a practice later rebuked unanimously by the Supreme Court.

Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in the state by just over 20,000 votes, in a swing of around 48,000 votes to Democrats from the 2016 election when Trump carried the state.

“Confidence in our elections continues to be dangerously low in Wisconsin and across the country,” WILL Research Director Will Flanders said in a statement. “Voter ID is a popular and well-executed way to keep our elections secure and free of fraud. While the Governor refused to fix this loophole in the years since 2020, efforts must be made by local election clerks to resolve it as much as possible.”

Wisconsin voter ID laws require citizens to show ID to vote in most circumstances. However, ID is not required simply to register to vote.

The “Indefinitely Confined” exception provides a loophole for potential voters to avoid ever showing an ID.

“The indefinitely confined status was designed to provide those who are elderly, sick, or physically unable to get to the polls with an opportunity to vote,” WILL Policy Director Kyle Koenen added. “Although designed with good intentions, as our report shows, the system has a few key flaws that should be resolved.”

State laws require the removal of voters from the indefinitely confined list under specified circumstances. According to WILL, “if a voter does not return an absentee ballot after receiving one, the municipal clerk must notify them that they will be removed from the absentee mailing list unless they renew their application within 30 days. Voters can also be removed upon their request or if reliable information indicates they are no longer eligible, such as when a voter casts a ballot in person.”

However, not all counties comply with state law, WILL alleges. The number of voters using the exemption remains about 144,347.

Polls show Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris neck-and-neck in Wisconsin less than two months from Election Day.

Cuomo: President Trump was accusing me of overcounting the number. He said I was inflating the number to make him look bad. That there were actually fewer deaths, and I was inflating the number.

Ruiz: Let me just ask you directly, and let me remind you that you are under oath, governor; did you direct you staff to make the number of nursing home related fatalities lower than they actually were?

Cuomo: No, we said these were the numbers without the out-of-facility death numbers, which we will add when they're accurate, which will reduce the hospital count number, but the total death number remains the same...the only reason the republicans were asking these questions about nursing home deaths was to further their conspiracy theory that there were massive deaths in nursing homes, which in my opinion, was a pure diversion from the federal malpractice that was going on, because everybody knows that COVID did not get into nursing homes from admissions or re-admissions, it came in from community spread.

Sylacauga Mayor Jim Heigl backtracks on earlier claim Ivey, Alabama federal delegation confirmed Haitian migrants 'legal' statusErica Thomas | 09.09.24

Sylacauga Mayor Jim Heigl apologized Monday for the confusion caused by statements he made following a council meeting Thursday. The meeting ended abruptly after residents expressed concerns over a recent influx of Haitian migrants during public comment.

Earlier in the week, Heigl sent a press release stating the Haitians were in town legally and for work. When asked by 1819 News who told him they were here legally, he said an aide from Gov. Kay Ivey's office, along with U.S. Sen. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery), U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn), and U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Saks), told him that.

• "What senators in Washington told you that they [the Haitians] were here legally," 1819 News asked.

• "It came out from the governor's office and also came from Mike Rogers' office, Katie Britt's office, and Tuberville."

• "And that was in letter form?" 1819 News asked. "I just heard that they were legal aliens," Heigl said.

• "From Britt, Tuberville and all of them?" 1819 News asked. "Well, I contacted them and asked why, and I got the same answer: They're here doing contract labor," Heigl answered. I don't know where they came from either; that's all I know."

• "And then Gov. Ivey's office told you that, too?" 1819 News asked. "That's what, I didn't talk to the governor; that's what her aide told me," Heigl replied.

• Ivey's office denied any communication with the mayor over the issue.

Monday, Heigl said communications have been in person or on the phone, and he has no proof of those conversations.

"If my previous statements indicated that there was a confirmation of legal status from those individuals, I apologize for the confusion," said Heigl. "I simply meant that the federally authorized work visas were provided, not that state or federal officials themselves confirmed these specific individuals."

Heigl did not say who provided "federally authorized work visas,” and he told 1819 News last Thursday that he has never met any of the migrants. "I haven't met any of them," he told 1819 News. "My schedule is such as it is, I haven't really had too much time."

"During my conversations with the Governor's office and other state legislators and officials, none ever confirmed specific knowledge regarding immigrants in Sylacauga," he said in a statement to 1819 News Monday. Conversations with officials on the federal level acknowledged and explained a process over the last few years of immigrants who have been granted temporary work visas while processing asylum applications."

"Federal levels did not confirm knowledge of the specific group of immigrants allegedly being 'sent' nor moving of their own choice to Sylacauga," he continued. "All of these communications have been in-person meetings or phone conversations which would not provide the proof you requested."

Heigl said his office is investigating citizen reports, but he said most of the claims they are hearing have been unfounded. "There are high levels of speculation and conjecture rampant regarding this issue; however, to date that is all that it is," he said.

Heigl stated that one example of a claim without proof is that buses dropped off the migrants in Sylacauga. He said one bus carrying a school band was misrepresented as a bus full of migrants. The city does not plan to hold a special meeting on the issue. Heigl asks residents to report any suspicious activity or crimes, regardless of who is involved. Further, he said employers must carefully vet employees to verify their identification and status.

"As employers are doing these due diligence processes, any individual who is not legally authorized to work will be flagged, prevented from employment, and required to answer to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers," he said. "Authorization to work and reside in this great country, no matter the area, comes from the federal government." (WTH are they hiding?)

Billions of people now deficient in critical life-supporting micronutrients, study finds

New research published in the Lancet Global Health journal reveals that more than half of the world's population is severely lacking in micronutrients like vitamins and minerals.

An astounding 99.3 percent of the entire global population, including some wealthy one-percenters, is lacking in at least one vital nutrient the body needs for wellness, the paper explains.

Researchers collected data from 31 countries and used methodology to extrapolate it as an estimate for micronutrient intake across 185 countries. They looked at 15 micronutrients in particular that are recognized as critical for human health.

The team identified seven common micronutrients that people are most deficient in: calcium, iodine, vitamin E, iron, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin C, and folate. In the United States, vitamin E, iodine, and vitamin C are among the most common micronutrient deficiencies.

Throughout the world, children younger than five years old are generally lacking in iron, zinc, and / or vitamin A.

"Our study is a big step forward," commented Chris Free, a research professor and the study's lead co-author.

"Not only because it is the first to estimate inadequate micronutrient intakes for 34 age-sex groups in nearly every country, but also because it makes these methods and results easily accessible to researchers and practitioners."

Ty Beal, another lead author, called the findings "alarming," adding that these major "gaps" in micronutrient levels are compromising public health and "limit[ing] human potential on a global scale."

JD Vance and David Sacks discuss Kamala Harris and the Democrats warmly embracing Dick Cheney's endorsement.

@DavidSacks: "Bush Republicans are now Harris Democrats, and Kennedy Democrats are Trump Republicans."

@JDVance: "You have to ask yourself, who has benefited from and who has been harmed by the last thirty years of bipartisan consensus in this country? A manufacturing policy that promoted the offshoring of millions of good American manufacturing jobs and, in the process, made us less self-reliant as a country. That really benefited people like Dick Cheney and Kamala Harris and their donors. It didn't benefit the people that I serve in the state of Ohio."

@JDVance: "Thirty years ago, 80% of the wealth in American counties was in places that voted Republican, and about 20% of the wealth was in places that voted Democrat. Now, it's 70% of the wealth goes to Democrats, and about 30% of the wealth goes to Republicans."

@JDVance: "The uni-party, the Kamala Harris's and Dick Cheney's, their parties have benefited a certain group of people. Those people are increasingly Democrats. Donald Trump has been pushing back against that consensus in his party, and his policies, I think, benefit the majority of the country. So, increasingly, the working middle-class heart of the country is going for Republicans."

PRESS RELEASE:Justice Department Issues New Guidance on Federal Law Regarding Voter RegistrationMonday, September 9, 2024 (They don’t have a right to do this!) For Immediate Release Office of Public Affairs

The Justice Department announced today that it has published a new guidance addressing limits on when and how jurisdictions may remove voters from their voter lists. The guidance document reflects the department’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible voter can exercise their right to vote free of discrimination or voter intimidation.

“Ensuring that every eligible voter is able to vote and have that vote counted is a critical aspect of sustaining a robust democracy, and it is a top priority for the Justice Department,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. “As we approach Election Day, it is important that states adhere to all aspects of federal law that safeguard the rights of eligible voters to remain on the active voter lists and to vote free from discrimination and intimidation.”

In its guidance, the department reminds states that efforts to ensure accurate and current voting rolls must be accomplished in compliance with federal law and in a nondiscriminatory manner. Specifically, the department explains important limits imposed by federal law on the rules and procedures states may adopt regarding their voter registration lists. For example, list maintenance efforts must be uniform and nondiscriminatory, and a program to systematically remove ineligible voters must not be done within 90 days of a federal election. There also are specific rules about how to remove registered voters because they have moved. Importantly, these federal protections apply whether the process is initiated by the state or is responsive to third-party submissions.

The department also released a fact sheet as a resource for jurisdictions and provides information on certain civil provisions of federal law that protect the right to vote.

Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act:Federal law broadly prohibits intimidation, threats and coercion — or attempts to do so — throughout every stage of the voting process, including registering to vote, casting a ballot and counting votes.

Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act:Federal law also prohibits discrimination in voting because of race, color or membership in a minority language group, defined to include American Indian, Asian American, Alaskan Native andSpanish heritage citizens(I doubt that is in there).

Section 208 of the Voting Rights Act:For voters with disabilities and those unable to read or write, federal law guarantees voting assistance in all aspects of the voting process by a person of the voter’s choice subject to only two exceptions barring assistance by the voter’s employer or union. And, under theAmericans with Disabilities Act, state and local governments must ensure people with disabilities have a full and equal opportunity to vote.

Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act:The fact sheet explains that some jurisdictions, as determined by the Census Bureau, are required to provide all election information that is available in English in the covered minority language.

In April, the department announced an updated website, www.justice.gov/voting, a one-stop resource for information on voting and elections. This website includes guides on a range of topics to inform voters and state and local election officials. It includes, among other topics, information about Voting Protections for Language Minority Citizens under Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act, state-by-state rules regarding voting after a criminal conviction, the voting rights of members of the armed services and U.S. citizens living overseas, and information related topost-election audits (see attached), including the requirements under federal law that state and local election officials “retain and preserve” voting-related records.

USGOV rejects calls to investigate Israel’s deliberate murder of American citizen while also warning against ‘conflating’ her murder with killing of American Jew Hersh Goldberg-Polin

Officials in the United States have said that Washington still does not ‘know with full certainty what transpired’ when a US citizen was killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank last week, stressing that they were waiting for the findings of an Israeli investigation.

The US on Monday also rejected calls for an independent investigation into the fatal shooting of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi. State Department spokesperson Vedant Patel declined to acknowledge that Eygi was killed by an Israeli soldier, but he called for the process to ‘play out and for the facts to be gathered’.

He also urged Israel to ‘quickly and robustly conduct’ its probe and make the findings public, but confirmed the administration is not planning to independently investigate the killing.

House Foreign Affairs Chairman: Biden-Harris Admin Obstructed Afghanistan Investigation

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) said over the weekend that his committee was delayed in releasing its long-awaited report about the Biden-Harris administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan because the administration obstructed the investigation.

The damning 353-page report lays bare the administration’s failures as well as the ways that it “misled and, in some instances, directly lied to the American people at every stage of the withdrawal, from before the go-to-zero order until today.”

McCaul was asked by CBS News’ Margaret Brennan on “Face The Nation” on Sunday if the timing of the report’s release was related to the upcoming election.

“No,” McCaul responded. “It’s taken me two years to get to this point because of the obstruction. I’ve had to sort of subpoena after subpoena, move to compel, threaten to, you know, hold the secretary in contempt to get information, like after action reports, all these documents, testimonies that we finally got to.”

“Why is it important right now, Margaret? Because of the foreign policy is at stake,” he said. “What happened after Afghanistan impacted the world. Why? Because Putin responded by invading Ukraine two months after Afghanistan fell. Chairman Xi, Putin made an unwholly alliance in Beijing threatening the Pacific now. And then the Ayatollah reared his ugly head in the Middle East. And we’re seeing this.”

He said that the ISIS terrorist suspects who were arrested on U.S. soil after illegally crossing the southern border were released from Bagram prison during the withdrawal.

Malliotakis: Exactly one month after the New York attorney general exposed that you [Cuomo] under reported the nursing home deaths by fifty percent, your chief told democrat lawmakers in New York that; she admitted that the true toll was withheld to avoid attracting prosecutors. That, Governor Cuomo, is a cover-up.

United Nations legal officer is caught on camera stating the UN’s ambition to become a world government

At the end of last month, Mug Club Undercover recorded Jorge Paoletti, a self-described “Globalist” and a legal affairs official in the UN Treaty Section, saying: “They created this institution [the UN] which is the closest we’ve ever got to kind of like a world government. A world state,” Paoletti said.

“Like a one-world government?” the undercover reporter asked. “Exactly,” Paoletti responded.

In Paoletti’s words, the UN aspires to be a globalist world government that rules over Earth’s citizens, all of whom would be forced to adhere to a uniform identity.

“One of the objectives of the UN is to create an identity of a global citizen … of someone who shares an identity, a political identity, with everyone on this planet,” he said.

page 5 & 6 of the New Guidance how to steal an election by the DOJ

Constraints Imposed by the Federal Laws Prohibiting Intimidation Federal law prohibits intimidating voters or those attempting to vote. For example, Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 provides that “No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote….” 52 U.S.C. § 10307(b). Similarly, Section 12 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 makes it illegal for any person, “including an election official,” to “knowingly and willfully intimidate[], threaten[], or coerce[], or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any person for . . . registering to vote, or voting, or attempting to register or vote” in any election for federal office. Id. § 20511(1)(A). Likewise, Section 131 of the Civil Rights Act of 1957 provides that “[n]o person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate” for federal office. 52 U.S.C. § 10101(b).

The Attorney General is authorized to file a civil action seeking preventative relief, including a temporary or permanent injunction, against any person who engages in actions that violate these statutes. See 52 U.S.C. §§ 10308(d); 20510(a). And there are criminal penalties as well. See, e.g., id. § 10308(a); 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242, 594; see generally Federal Prosecution of Election Offenses, at 33-38, 49-54, 56-58. Judicial decisions have established that voter intimidation need not involve physical threats. In certain contexts, suggesting to individuals that they will face adverse social or legal consequences from voting can constitute an impermissible threat. Here are a few examples of the types of acts that may constitute intimidation:

 Sending a letter to foreign-born Latino registered voters warning them that “if they voted in the upcoming election their personal information would be collected … and … could be provided to organizations who are ‘against immigration’” was potentially intimidating. See United States v. Nguyen, 673 F.3d 1259 (9th Cir. 2012).

▪ Having police officers take down the license plate numbers of individuals attending voter registration meetings contributed to intimidating prospective voters. See United States v. McLeod, 385 F.2d 734 (5th Cir. 1967).

▪ Sending robocalls telling individuals that if they voted by mail, their personal information would become part of a public database that could be used by police departments to track down old warrants and credit card companies to collect outstanding debts could constitute intimidation. See Nat’l Coal. on Black Civic Participation v. Wohl, 498 F. Supp. 3d 457 (S.D.N.Y. 2020).

▪ Linking individual voters to alleged illegalities in a way that might trigger harassment could constitute intimidation. See League of United Latin Am. CitizensRichmond Region Council 4614 v. Pub. Int. Legal Found., 2018 WL 3848404, at *4 (E.D. Va. Aug. 13, 2018).

▪ Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans v. Clean Elections USA, 2022 WL 17088041, at *1 (D. Ariz. Nov. 1, 2022) (issuing a temporary restraining order and enjoining Defendants from photographing or video-recording voters within 75 feet of ballot drop boxes).

See also United States v. North Carolina Republican Party, No. 5:92-cv-00161 (E.D.N.C. Feb. 27, 1992) (approving a consent decree where the United States alleged a violation of Section 11(b) for sending postcards to voters in predominantly African American precincts falsely claiming that voters were required to have lived in the same precinct for thirty days prior to the election and stating that it is a “federal crime to knowingly give false information about your name, residence or period of residence to an election official”).1

1 While voter intimidation need not involve physical threats, federal law of course prohibits using “force or threat of force” to intimidate or interfere with, or attempt to intimidate or interfere with, any person’s “voting or qualifying to vote” or serving “as a poll watcher, or any legally authorized election official, in any primary, special, or general election.” 18 U.S.C. § 245(b)(1)(A). The Deputy Attorney General has issued Guidance Regarding Threats Against Election Workers.

A friendly source informs me that Haspel attended Lakenheath American High School, located on a U.S. air base northeast of London. Then calling herself Gina Walker, she graduated in 1974.

A co-educational school with 430 students today, Lakenheath American is one of 164 accredited institutions run by the Pentagon’s public school system, known as Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).

Marjorie Greene: On March 25th, you signed a directive to put COVID-19 patients into nursing homes. On March 30th, President Trump sent the Comfort ship, and you did not put COVID patients in the Comfort ship, you didn't send them to the Javits Medical Center, that President Trump had built, which was a field hospital, you didn't send them there, you put them in nursing homes, which is murder. That's murdering people.

They didn't use the 2 Huge comfort ships nor the Javits center that Trump setup because they couldn't intimidate them into malpractices to kill patients and Trump made sure there were no DS cabal staff working in those places.

Marjorie Greene: Are you either the dumbest tool of the Chinese government, or did you know for a fact that you were being used by the Chinese spy that was working for you?

Cuomo: She was a junior member of my team; I wouldn't recognize her if she was in this room today. I think it is a serious matter. I don't think this was just in New York, I think there is an infiltration of Chinese, maybe Russian operatives...the federal and the state government should work together on it.
