What does a society which encourages the top half of the population to have more children and the bottom half to have fewer children look like?
Cos our (Western) society isn't it. Welfare and education are having the opposite effect. We as a society are literally practising not eugenics, but dysgenics.
This is even more important in countries where they are starting from a much worse position.

how about merely doesnt rob fathers of a third of their pre-tax wages
jeff younger can pay 5k a month in mockingly named child support. in a decent country he would be raising 5 kids instead of trying to stop 1 kid from being castrated. but a jury sentenced his kid to castration. death to america

the fact is, if the government was serious about marriage being temporary, the kids would go with the dad so the mom can remarry, and the mom would get temporary alimony for a few years. instead the kids go with the mom, to punish the dad with up to castration of the kids. this is done because the system sort of believes that marriage is supposed to be forever, but has an exception if a man is abusive, even though that exception is called no-fault divorce. the basic assumption is that, like jews, women are saved by default and can do no wrong unless manipulated by a man. the only anti divorce songs i have ever heard, one from the secular avril and the others from westboro baptist, condemn men for divorce
