At the same time as it gave the Biden admin a token victory by overturning Trump's "remain in Mexico" rule, the US Supreme Court also struck a major blow to puppet Biden's [Davos/WEF] "build back better" "green new deal" agenda, when in a landmark ruling, the SCOTUS also curbed the ability of America’s top environmental regulator to limit greenhouse gas emissions, siding with coal miners and Republican-led states.
In a majority opinion authored by chief justice John Roberts, the justices ruled that in the latest example of Democratic overreach, the Environmental Protection Agency was not specifically authorized by Congress to reduce carbon emissions when it was set up in 1970. The ruling leaves the Biden administration dependent on passing legislation if it wants to implement sweeping regulations to curb emissions.
The justices added they doubted Congress intended to delegate how much coal-based generation there should be over the coming decades, to any administrative agency.
Dick Durbin, the Democratic whip in the Senate, predictably said the decision was “a dangerous step backwards and threatens our air and our planet.” What Dick means is that the US may once again be on the path to becoming self-sufficient in energy, and not peddling money to corrupt "green" lobbies and interests.

MY COMMENT: The EPA is fully corrupted and compromised by the Davos/WEF/Rothchild banking cabal and has become a fascist enforcement arm to run all their competition out of business via closure regulations!! The whole goal of "net zero carbon emissions" was to DRIVE OUT and BANKRUPT America's traditional power plants, so they could FORCE America to change our current lifestyles, or at the least make life very difficult, or next to impossible, for those who choose not live in their major dystopian subjugated slave cattle cities!!! Their drive is to FORCE and IMPOSE unwanted behavioral and cultural changes against the American people, an act of highest TREASON!! The EPA fully knows modern America cannot possibly survive "net zero carbon emission" goals, that it would drastically reduce populations (mostly reducing those living outside major slave cattle cities as we are much more dependent on fossil fuel consumption to live!) The EPA's SUBJUGATION TACTIC was to reduce and inevitably eliminate vital electrical infrastructure and services. Blackout most of "small town" and rural America by the year 2030, blackmailing and strong-arming the rest of America into compliance: unwanted re-location due to strife and hardship imposed by their criminal cabal!!!
