I have a computer that uses Xubuntu and it works great. My offline 'music laptop' which I got hooked up to a mixer and Crown K1 amplifier has Ubuntu Studio which is a Ubuntu spin-off with all things "media" (like every media codec and format compatible imaginable!) Works real nice for the outdoor sound speaker system, and where I live I can really crank that music up loud and no one would hear it but the coyotes and the chickens lol. That aside, I do have an older Windows OS (Vista)…. BUT it has been completely reverse engineered as in I removed a lot of the bloatware and third party crap, removed auto-updates and other miserable crap like Remote Desktop and Remote Registry and all those vulnerabilities…. it actually works great. I have system admin tools to make sure nothing nefarious runs in the background too, so it runs pretty smooth and everything is pretty much under my thumbs. Fuck Bill Gates lol, hell yah it's a ripped operating system!

The Tennessee legislature has approved an omnibus bill that, in part, bans COVID-19 vaccine passports at large, and also restricts mask mandates by most entities, with some exceptions.
The measures were passed in the state’s third special session this year, which began on Oct. 27 and was adjourned in the early hours on Oct. 30.
In particular, the legislature voted to ban government entities, public schools, and many private businesses from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccines or mandating vaccines among their staff. These same entities also can’t take adverse action against anyone who declines to comply with such requirements for any reason.
However, businesses that contract with the federal government and thereby receive federal funds, including public universities, may be able to mandate vaccines and masks after they apply for and obtain approval from the state’s comptroller’s office, if they are able to make the case that not doing so could result in them losing out on federal funding.
The legislation also allows for any people who would normally qualify for unemployment benefits—but left their job because they refused the COVID-19 vaccine amid workplace mandates—to qualify for such benefits.
If approved by the governor, the measures would further restrict vaccine mandates in the state. In Tennessee, the state or local governments are currently prohibited from requiring people to provide proof of vaccination to enter government properties or access government services, due to a measure signed into law in May.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has signed into law a bill that aims to protect workers who lose their job for rejecting COVID-19 vaccination.
The bill, House File 902, on Oct. 28 cleared both chambers of the Iowa Legislature in a one-day special session. It states that any business that has a COVID-19 vaccine mandate must waive the requirement for employees who request for medical or religious exemptions. In addition, if an employee is fired for refusing to get the vaccine, the business must make sure the employee is eligible for unemployment benefits.
The bill included an immediate enactment provision and took effect on Oct. 29, when Reynolds signed it into law.
“I am proud to sign this bipartisan piece of legislation today. This is a major step forward in protecting Iowans’ freedoms and their abilities to make healthcare decisions based on what’s best for themselves and their families,” Reynolds said in a statement.
“This legislation also gives employees the assurance that they will still receive unemployment benefits despite being fired for standing up for their beliefs.”
The new law is Iowa Republican lawmakers’ latest effort to address a potential federal mandate that could require all employees at private businesses with more than 100 employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine or get tested every week. As part of his pandemic response strategy, President Joe Biden in September tasked Occupational Safety and Health Administration to craft the private sector mandate, which has yet to be released.
The Biden’s administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for workers employed by federal contractors is also being challenged in Iowa, as Reynolds leads her state to join a multi-state legal fight against the mandate.
“I’m announcing that the State of Iowa is joining a federal lawsuit to challenge President Biden’s unprecedented use of the government to force every employee of every federal contractor in America, including thousands of Iowans, to take a vaccine against their wishes,” she said in an Oct. 29 press release.
The 10-state coalition now includes Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

Despotic Third World Australian Government Threatening Citizens With Seizure Of Homes & Bank Accounts Over Covid Violations
Multiple reports out of Australia over the past days have confirmed that state and territory governments are threatening to seize the homes and bank accounts of citizens over unpaid 'COVID violation' fines. This as much of the country's population are now living under vaccine mandates linked to employment: take the jab or face termination, many Aussies are being told.
For example, a new report in Daily Mail has reviewed fresh government data compiled by the Queensland health authority. It found that "Queenslanders who received fines for breaking Covid-19 rules risk having their homes seized and bank accounts frozen in a government crackdown to collect $5.2 million in repayments."
Over 3,000 cases of unpaid fines have piled up across the large northeast Australian state - but the current number may be much more - given the last available data tracks the overdue fines through the end of September.
Writing on the potential punitive actions that the State Penalties Enforcement Register (SPER) is now threatening Australian citizens with, the Brisbane Times details:
SPER was undertaking "active enforcement" on another 18.4 per cent of fines, worth about $1 million, which a spokesman said "may include garnishing bank accounts or wages, registering charges over property, or suspending driver licenses".
The remaining 25.2 per cent of fines were either under investigation or still open to payment without further action being taken.
So effectively large swathes of Australia are seeing the government now exercising total control over their lives - taking away everything from citizens, who apparently still have no recourse: private citizens' money, property, and even ability to freely transport their own vehicles are under threat.

Brits Who Post True Information About Vaccines Could Be Jailed For Two Years
People in the UK who post “false information” about vaccines online could face two years in prison under a new law.
Yes, really.
The Online Safety Bill, described as “the flagship legislation to combat abuse and hatred on the internet” has faced fierce criticism from civil liberties groups for its broad overreach.
The law would create a “knowingly false communication” offence which, according to the Times, “will criminalise those who send or post a message they know to be false with the intention to cause “emotional, psychological, or physical harm to the likely audience”. Government sources gave the example of antivaxers spreading false information that they know to be untrue.”
Given that authorities have deemed all kinds of information about the pandemic and vaccines “false” that later turned out to be true, this is a chilling prospect.
For example, claims that vaccines are not fully effective in stopping the spread of COVID-19 would have once been deemed “false,” but that position is now a proven fact.
The bill would also change the current stricter standard of “indecent” or “grossly offensive” content to the much broader definition of “harmful effect” when deciding if a post or a message is criminal.
This is more in line with UK hate speech laws that determine whether an act of hate speech or a “hate incident” has been committed not on the basis of whether or not it actually happened, but on the basis of the supposed victim feeling like they’ve been targeted.
“The new offences will include so-called “pile-ons” where a number of individuals join others in sending harassing messages to a victim on social media,” reports the Times.
And if you think that will stop left-wing mobs who routinely form “pile-ons” against conservatives for expressing dissenting opinions, think again.
It will be selectively enforced against people who criticize or make fun of those deemed “oppressed minorities,” despite such groups having the full backing of the state and every cultural institution (the alphabet gangs).

Good! Pro-health Freedom Organization Gets Belgian Court To Declare COVID Vaccine Passports Illegal
A Belgian court on Thursday, Dec. 2, ruled that Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine passports are illegal – thanks to the advocacy of non-profit pro-health freedom organization Notre Bon Droit (NBD).
The ruling was made in the region of Wallonia, a French-speaking region in Belgium with a population of around 3.5 million people. In the Court of First Instance in the Wallonian province of Namur, NBD got the court to rule that the region must fix the “apparent illegality” of its COVID Safe Ticket (CST) policy.
According to the court’s judgment, the measures in the CST policy that restrict the freedom of Wallonia’s residents were disproportionate to the supposed objective of controlling the spread of COVID-19.
The court added that the CST policy may be illegal under European Union law as it violates the right of Wallonians to protect their personal data. (Related: Despite vaccine passport schemes, COVID cases surging across Europe.)
If the region does not do as the court demands within a week, it will be fined 5,000 euros ($5,649) for each day of delay. The regional government must also pay back what the NBD spent on the legal proceedings.
“The court has ruled in our favor by conceding that the CST does not respect the principle of proportionality,” said NBD founder Isabelle Duchateau in a video announcing the court’s decision. She further accused Wallonia’s CST policy of discriminating against the population “without objective and scientific justification.”
Wallonia government insists vaccine passport policy is not illegal.
The government of Wallonia, which is led by the left-wing Socialist Party, reacted to the court’s decision by stating that it will appeal the ruling. The government insisted that the court’s judgment “does not annul the Walloon decree” and that the region’s CST policy remains in force.
According to the Belgian French-language news outlet Le Soir, the Namur Court of First Instance ruled in favor of NBD only because government representatives failed to appear at the court hearing on Nov. 16.

It's not an issue of "democracy", it's an issue of the most basic human freedoms being trampled and with that the very dignity of the citizens. I absolutely refuse to live under or support nations, states or jurisdictions or cities that enforce these hostile draconian anti-human policies. The list is not just for me, it's for others like me who wish to know where to stay the hell away from (at least until this whole fiasco ends). Currently I consider these no-go zones to be the equivalent of going into war zones, anything that happens to you is part of the risk you take going to those places.

“While final numbers are still not available, nearly 99 percent of staff across all Mayo Clinic locations have complied with the required vaccination program, meaning they have been vaccinated or have received medical or religious exemptions,” said the Clinic in its statement.
Outside of Minnesota, the Mayo Clinic operates hospitals in Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, and Iowa. The Mayo Clinic is the largest employer in Minnesota.
Some longtime Mayo Clinic employees who were fired for not receiving the vaccine told Twincities.com that they wouldn’t comment on the firings because they fear “community retaliation against either themselves or their families.”
Several months ago, President Joe Biden announced that health care facilities that receive Medicaid and Medicare funding would have to impose a vaccine mandate for all their employees or risk losing federal funding. About a week ago, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services reversed its policy and announced it would begin enforcing the vaccine mandate in about half of all U.S. states, including Minnesota.
This recent round of discrimination will likely cause more hospital staff shortages and patients may have to wait longer for urgent care, posing a threat to even more human life.

Predetermined algorithms caused widespread election fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer told a packed room on June 27 that he conducted a forensic kinematic investigation of the ballots that “shows sufficient and irrefutable evidence of pervasive voter fraud and widespread election fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona.” Pulitzer explained that “specific ballots” were repeatedly and fraudulently inserted to predetermine the election’s winner. In short, the Maricopa election was an absolute mess that robbed many voters of their 14th amendment rights. Pulitzer said he is still knee-deep in the investigation.
To be clear, a kinematic investigation means Pulitzer actually followed the physical and cyber “trail” of the Maricopa County ballots from the time they were manufactured to the “printing, the folding, sorting, and mailing” of those ballots. Pulitzer then “followed the mailing process, the return process, the election handling process, and eventual scanning, tallying, and election recording of the votes—and reporting of the final outcome.” In addition, Pulitzer drilled his investigation down to the precinct level. He and his team processed over 20,895,610 digital and forensic images in multiple formats.
Predetermined Algorithms and Strategically Inserted Ballots
Pulitzer says he can prove that predetermined algorithms caused the election to be skewed toward a win for Biden.
“91.62 percent of the predetermined ballots were cast in favor of Joe Biden.”
Approximately 406,972 of the over 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County were “of a predetermined origin” because of the use of algorithms. 38 percent of the mail-in ballots for Biden were found to be of a predetermined nature. 33 percent of the Trump ballots on election day were predetermined. After removing the fraudulently cast ballots, Trump got 59% of the votes. To find that “true vote,” Pulitzer removed the ballots contributing to the predetermined outcome. Biden only got 41 percent with the removal of the predetermined ballots.
Pulitzer is confident that when the algorithm could not keep pace with the votes coming in for Trump, “paper ballots had to be created to match the electronic outcome.” He found ample evidence of many ballot boxes that were “pilfered.” The boxes were “opened and reopened over time to either insert or remove ballots.”
Interestingly, 52 ballot boxes were “pre-set aside” on Election Day for a hand audit. Oddly, those boxes were the only ones that were never disturbed. The inconsistencies and non-compliance concerning the handling of the other ballot boxes were remarkable, allowing for fraudulent activity such as the insertion of ballots where needed.
Pallet upon pallet of boxes was dual-dated. That translates to ballots with multiple dates and multiple months all mixed in, a finding that is “not congruent with how these ballots should be processed.” 89 percent of the dual date batches “were decided for Joe Biden,” according to Pulitzer. He stated that election workers “with decades of experience had never seen such dual date batches.” Pulitzer believes the boxes were “pilfered to make the paper match the digital outcome.”
Incorrect Paper Causes Compromised Elections
The incorrect paper was also used; paper that was so thin it allowed for bleedthrough on the ballots, which, in turn, caused massive forced adjudication of ballots. To run an honest election, the paper must be the correct printing density, and the printing machines must be properly maintained and calibrated. Pulitzer said, “343,304 ballots were printed out of mechanical compliance,” with no one supervising or inspecting the printers.
That is 343,304 voters who “were not treated equally” in the election, according to the 14th amendment. His analysis included bleedthrough analysis, chromatic analysis, human or machine voted Oval analysis, and machine or hand fold or no fold analysis. The use of incorrect paper and poorly calibrated machines resulted in 120,867 compromised ballots. That represents 6 percent of the votes and creates “a forced adjudication event.” That is “nine times the deciding outcome …
