Real OPSEC comes with not only "keeping your mouth shut" (forward secrecy) it also has to do with obfuscation (or adjustment) of facts and metadata….. not just spoofing an IP which is very easy to do, but spoofing everything from the 'computer data' itself to what you want seen online (aka metadata relationships). Such as spoofing time zones, spoofing the browser agent, spoofing source referral data, spoofing X-forward data, etc. Making sure which protocols are allowed by the browser and disabling the vulnerable ones (telemetry, webGL, webRTC, crash reporters, etc). Also making sure what can run, and what is not allowed to run on the system itself too, having full admin/root privilege of all processes and threads (threads = sub-processes of processes). Which brings me back to sqlite directories…. sqlite is how ALL modern browsers collect info and data, and keep tabs and history. Most users do not know it, but you can completely wipe the fuck out of existence all your browser history knowing the right tips to do so and where to look, and when you do wipe out the sqlite databases and re-boot your browser it will start clean and fresh almost like a newly installed version, with new empty sqlite database files. Doing this….on top of heavy de-compartmentalization (using more than one browser for each type of activity, or more than one computer to isolate online activities) gives a HUGE advantage and is even more a pain for those who wish to find out who you really are.

Not saying the NSA can't find that out…. but it still makes it more difficult.

I can re-partician the drive and re-install a backup OS, with all the software, script back all my default settings and have everything running again within two to three days, back on track.
