Ok, I'm going to give you a story and we are going to link these objects together

I am going to teach you to visually look at this short list and I am going to

lay the groundwork for re-shaping your brain. What I'm going to teach you today,

is that you were taught your entire life the wrong way to learn. With that in mind

we are going to have to SLOWLY, day by day, change that. I will change the way

your mind stores information and put you in control of what it stores. By the end

of this, you will be able to do what you're about to do with that list up there,

with a list 20x's longer and it won't take more than 2 hours to do.

Today I went to the CAR WASH and when I arrived, I realized I forgot

to wear my PANTS. In a panic, I decided to use a pair my son left in the car,

but I had to cut the Legs with a pair of SCISSORS since they were too short.

As I was doing this, an attendent threw a TOMATO at me.

I got mad and chased him down with a large piece of WOOD from my trunk.

Read that and visualize the event taking place. Picture yourself at the car wash.

Picture yourself there with no pants. Feel the humiliation. Think about scrambling

around frantically searching for a solution. think of the anger when the

attendent throws a tomato at you. be there. Experience it. Close your eyes and

recite it in your minds eye. do it, faggot!

Ok, moving on!

Take this next example I found of a "to-do list:"

1. take the trash out

2. buy the newspaper

3. pick up dry cleaning

4. work out at the gym

5. water the plants

You had out of your house and suddenly fall into the trash outside your door.

It's full of newspapers that stink like something has died in them. Before you

throw up you head over to the dry cleaners to change out your clothes. You feel

so good and refreshed, you decide to make it a gym day and head over to workout

at the gym. You drnk tooo much water during your workout and the toilets are out

of order so you decide to water the plants before heading home.

Now, what was the first five objects? (Hint: car wash)

Now, I want you to VISUALIZE the second happening to you. Store it away in memory

and go do something else for an hour. Remeber the two stories as if they

were events in your day. Don't think about them as if you are trying to remember

a list of objects, just remember the stories!

It's Saturday today. If you follow along, by next weekend I will have you at a

point where you can look at a list of 25 objects and, within 30 minutes remember

that list, in order, for as long as you'd like to keep them memorised.

It reminds me of the stories how people used to recall historical events and how they were passed on, native indians for example. They made stories, that way they were remembered. As if our genes"genes adapt in generations" are so used to these story telling methods that we adapted it for the best way to memorize everything.

Mind-Mapping

The brain is organized from a central focus or "main" layer to each

expansion layer that resides "below" this primary layer.

Going back to the computer analogy, think of your brain as a series of

drives, with folders and subfolders in each. All of the drives make up

the total of all your memory but each possibly having, and serving, a very

different purpose. Just as in a computer, we have different types of

drives with SSD being able to find and return stored information quickly

but not offering the same longevity as something like HDD, which will last

most people a lifetime.

Also just like a computer, it is best to keep things organized so you know

"where" to go for certain information. Maybe you store work files in drive

C and pron files in drive D and recreation/life files in drive E… This

doesn't really matter, what matters is you compartmentalize your brain to

function efficiently as well as be able to call upon information when it

becomes necessary and desired.

Remember the point to this is to get control of your brain and you can't

very well have control of something when you don't even know how it's

organized. Also, bear in mind that you will extrenally reflect what goes on

internally. A clean and clear mind will be recognized and you will soon

find your world to reflect outside what is inside when you take notice

that suddenly your room, house, life, they're all organized as well.

The way a well-mapped / well-organized mind works is you will be able to

walk into a situation and place a broad label on that particular situatino,

then be able to categorize each occurance that happens under that particular

umbrella as the events take place.

Lets take, for example, a chemistry lecture. Most students will walk into

a chemistry lecture, notebook in hand, and be prepared to take notes on the

lecture. Many will even bring a recording device (phone, etc.) and work out

their notes when they get home. Few will place the lecture into a category,

walk into the lecture, listen, organized the information, compartmentalize

the lecture, and be abe to draw upon the information as it was explained

without having to dictate the lecture. There is nothing about you physically

that makes you incapable of doing this. You have the tools, you just need

to learn how to use them.

Now, when doing this, you will want to draw a circle in the center of a piece

of paper and put up to 2 "outer rings" around the circle. The circle at the

center will be the main topic for the lecture, while the secondary ring will

reflect key points and the tertiary ring will be relevent keywords of each

key point.

Now you can keep going with as many sub-categories from Monday as you like,

but don't go any further than 2-levels for each Main Topic. If you are going

to meet with Stacy on Saturday, you make that a Main Topic and file the

inforamtion in your Stacy file. It does NOT go in your MONDAY file.

This is a well-mapped, well-organized mind. If you are thinking "Man, that's

fucking crazy and robotic" you have a "loud" and "Cluttered" mind and you

really need to think about how well your mind is serving you. You may

experience anxiety, you may feel your emotions are not your emotions at all,

you may feel a lot of things that you don't want to feel. A well-mapped

well-organized mind does not feel those things, unless it's owner calls

upon the mind to feel those things. My mind is under my control, not the

other way around. I know that all I have to do is find your "trigger" and

I can now control you.

Look at the poster above bringing up the Christianity. I never brought up

Christianity and don't care to partake in that conversation. I hold no

affinity, one way or another, toward a religious doctrine. So why is the

So, very important when "filing" away your daily map is to figure out your

personal color-scheme. Taking the example from above, maybe interests of a

romantic matter get filed under the color RED and maybe work-related

matters get filed under the color YELLOW

"Ok, Monday, that was the 20th and I'm thinking of a work-related event…

ok the things that happened that day were x,y,z"

Then I find the event under the day and I exit that folder.

I then go to the folder that has the event as the Main Topic, which is

not filed away under a specific day or place, it's an event and has

sub folders under it for the specifics of the event.

I never go more than 2 sub folders under a MAIN TOPIC.

Ok, so I try and read 3 books a week, sometimes more, sometimes less but

generally at the end of the year, I have been able to read 130 books a year

for the last several years. I started off learning by reading things

that were very interesting to me until I got to the point of being able

to turn word blocks into images. This took me roughly 3-4 months of

practicing for an hour each day. I may have read more than that, but at

least 1 hour was dedicated to dividing the words into blocks and

moving through the blocks at a pace that was faster than I could read the

indivdual words

Think about it like this. if you can read a page every 3 minutes right now

how would you then, at the same pace of reading, be able to read that

same page in 1 minute?

The answer is easier than you may guess.

You put the words into 3 word blocks and read 3 word blocks in place of

1 word individually.

I'm going to randomize a paragraph and see what I come up with now.

The quick brown fox jumps over the fence. Once the fox lands on the other

side there are three large dogs, all white and grey dogs, waiting on the

other side. The fox then runs away, as fast as it can, running away from

the three large dogs. This leads the fox back to the fence where the fox,

being as quick as a fox is, jumps back over the fence and lands in a

pig pen. Now the fox turns, sees the three large white and grey dogs barking

at him but he is with pigs who don't eat foxes so the fox walks away

and laughs at the dogs as he does.

Now, read this, taking your finger and pointing at each (block) as fast as you can move

your finger across the screen and still process what you are seeing:

The (quick brown fox) (jumps over the fence). Once the fox (lands on the other

side) there are (three large dogs), all (white and grey) dogs, (waiting on the

other side.) The (fox then runs away), (as fast as it can), (running away from)

the (three large dogs.) (This leads the fox) (back to the fence) (where the fox,)

(being as quick) (as a fox is,) (jumps back over) the (fence) and (lands in a

pig pen). (Now the fox) (turns), (sees the three) (large white and grey dogs) (barking)

(at him but) (he is with pigs) (who don't eat foxes) (so the fox) (walks away)

and (laughs at the dogs) as he does.

You should be able to see an image of the situation, the fox jumping the fence, running

from the dogs, jumping into the pen, then walking away.

This is how you parse the information, you will learn to drop the unnecessary words

over time such as "the" and repetitive phrases will simply be absobred as variables that

you store in your local-memory. You won't have to actually read the words, you will

call upon the shape of a block of words and it will be processed as a stored variable

presenting an image. The reason you use your finger is to segregate each block

so you aren't looking at more than one block of information at a time. think about

it similar to counting a bunch of different colored marbles that fell to the ground.

You can't count them all at once, but you can put a few together at at time and count in

blocks of, say, 3 marble blocks. 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,etc….

HOMEWORK: Take a single chapter of a book you enjoy. Something you have in paperback,

turn on good lighting, turn off music, and grab a pencil and put the words into blocks

its important you use a book you are familar with. I did Robinson Crusoe as my first

book as I had read it several times growing up. Maybe you have somehting similar?

Now, with the French (and other languages) nobody gives a rats ass if you can spell the words or if you roll your r's correctly. They care that take the time to learn their language. They don't have to know you just started last week. I spent a lot of time on this, and much much more time on learning it myself but I like to hand write notes in big bold white letters against a black background when I'm making flash cards. I use a black marker and leave out the word I'm storing to memory. that word I then associate to the thing it represents and I then call it up for use in conversation. At the very top, I have put a link to a language pack that contains everything necessary, all the material I used to assemble what was needed to learn French. Don't go looking somewhere else, you won't need whatever you're looking for. Everything you need to learn french is right here.

Pair and organize. put like with like. Greetings with greetings, think about situations you may find yourself in and organize around situations. You should spend several hours

organizing the material you wish to learn. I would assemble 100 phrases and commit to

learning those phrases in 2 days. then you break down the words in the phrases and

search out the root, follow that until you get to the next tree and assemble, learn, store.

Think about a 2yr old child. the child doesn't care about how a word is spelled or the

long r vs the short r. The child wants to communicate. Allow yourself to do the most

natural thing possible and just communicate. Comment te vous? ahhhh, wee! zhou magnefeek meer see boo coo! Roll with the language, feel it, immerse yourself. Make

imaginary situations, imagine yourself being embarrassed for not knowing how to reply

then find the reply you were looking for by looking it up. Absorb the material. Watch

I think that it all comes to will. Find something that gives you a purpose in life and use that will to build discipline. If you don't find that goal in life, a life purpose, then you're a wanderer, picking up things here and there with no clear goal in mind, and no wonder why you're lost. It's not that you are incapable of walking the path it takes, but don't know which one to take, or don't believe there is one that would be satisfactory enough.

Once you find it, once you believe that dream can materialize then your will will spring up and you can work on willpower and so on. Just starting out, the system by which you pair numbers to accompanying

a guess as to why it's called that, perhaps it was develped by a

Homework: Continue working on speed reading. Find an interesting book

and really tear through it. It helps to have a book you have read

several times but still enjoy. Behold a Pale Horse is a goood favorite of

mine and I really enjoyed Bill Cooper for what he was. It's important

to know the author because when you read a book, you let the author

into your mind to do a little re-working. A bit of a rearrange, if you will.

Be cautious of the author, always look up the sources and when you

find a source, find some of the sources they use in their books and

compare against the book you are reading. the jews love to use dead-end

source-loops, as I call them. A source that tracks back to the author

citing the source. They are crafty, but they are not smart. They

are linear and easily stumble when presented new enterprise.

A fascinating thread, Anon. A question immediately comes to mind. I can follow and understand your word association to form stories, but I am struggling to retain the stories, in so much as the stories seem to overlap, and meld. Did the bee sting the dog, child, or the woman, or both, or all three? Everything seems a short-term memory for me. So is there a way to improve this, or is it practise makes perfect? I found a similar problem at college, whereby I could remember enough to pass exams, but retain nothing six months on.

Regarding the speed reading, this is easy with your three words and the fox example, but my brain doesn't seem to pick three words patterns from a regular book. If anything it does five or seven words patterns, and while slightly quicker, it isn't speedy. It probably doesn't help that all my books are in electronic form and via tablet…but I will endeavour. Does speed reading aid retention?
