Increasing levels of homelessness have been observed all over the Western World. The waiting list of families in need of severe housing in New Zealand has increased sevenfold since 2016, and has nearly quadrupled since the Sixth Labour Government came to power in late 2017. A similar situation exists in America, where “tent cities” of homeless people now surround major metropolitan areas.
A great deal of thought has gone into solving this crisis – or so we’re told. Apparently it’s an issue of great concern to the leaders of the West, who are doing everything they can to get their young people into houses. The reality is that they don’t care about homelessness at all – in fact, they want more of it. Homelessness serves a very important social role.
Like much of human behaviour, whether or not the lower classes rebel is a function of two factors: reward and risk.
The greater the reward for rebelling, the greater the likelihood it will happen. The more oppressed a people are, the greater the reward for rebelling. Anyone who has to endure daily humiliations, especially those of a physical kind, will soon come to feel that it’s worth rolling the dice.
The greater the risk for rebelling, the less the likelihood it will happen. This is why ancient kings used to put every male in rebellious villages to the sword. Others had to learn that the consequences of rebellion were either self-determination or death.
The ruling classes have always had to keep this reward-to-risk balance titled towards not rebelling. A failure to do so could mean that those ruling classes were violently deposed.
Ever since the advent of agriculture, the ruling classes have been preoccupied with one question: how to get people to work. Tilling fields is much less interesting than hunting. Left to their own devices, people would rather hunt and fish, and then lie around the rest of the time, than till fields and accumulate a surplus of grain.
Using violence to force people to work led to rebellion. So the ruling classes had to be subtle about tinkering with the reward-to-risk ratio.
One approach was to increase the reward for working. This was originally how early societies came to have a schedule of festivals, such as harvest festivals in Autumn, fertility festivals in Spring, and festivals for Midsummer and Midwinter. The idea was that people would more readily work a week of tilling fields if they had a festival to look forward to.
The other approach was to increase the risk of not working. As mentioned above, the ruling class couldn’t simply whip people, because they would rebel. The punishment for not working had to be more subtle. The usual solution was ostracisation. Anyone considered to not be working hard enough was deemed a ‘bludger’ or ‘malingerer’ and abused psychologically, instead of physically.
In contrast to physical abuse, psychological abuse can be dished out with very little chance of retaliation. So the ruling classes of today seek to maximise the amount of psychological abuse they inflict upon the lower classes, and that means spreading fear. The ruling class, in the final analysis, are little different to terrorists, and to that end they deliberately cultivate visible homelessness.
Most homelessness has been purposefully created by the ruling class, because they need to have people visibly suffering in public in order to scare the rest of the population into submission. In the terms used above, homelessness has been purposefully cultivated by the ruling class in order to increase the risk of not working.
The presence of homelessness means that the working classes put their heads down and obey orders without complaint, for fear of being made homeless themselves.
Many people have wondered about the logic of doubling the refugee quota, as Labour did in 2017. It seemed especially mysterious, as we were already in the grip of a housing crisis at the time, and each refugee family we housed meant one Kiwi family had to go without.
But that was the precise outcome intended.

No one to tax you or tell you what to do…this level of freedom really bothers the parasitic class because suddenly you can do whatever you want and nothing hangs over your head. Now here is what you are driving at: They stigmatize homelessness because they are REALLY AFFRAID people will stop doing the work that is 'required' for them to live large of the excess of human labor. So they spend all their time stigmatizing it as some sort of awful thing. And it can be awful, no doubt, if it is combined with a 'modern lifestyle'. But the freedom can also be wonderful as well. Just not having any bills or never having to think about having a bill is like an extended vacation and, face it, you are still 'better off' as a homeless modern person than as a hunter gatherer 5,000 years ago because you can access medical resources in emergency that you couldn't before.
I think what the parasites are really worried about is not the homeless who are there because they have a drug problem but about a new class of homeless who are there because they refuse to build a surplus for the parasitic criminal classes.
Have you been homeless anon? And I don't mean like the photo…those are the trash of worthless migrant peoples, I mean homeless like Zarathustra. Being a drug addict isn't 'fun' but being without responsibility is rather nice in many ways that I won't explain unless you have been their already.

Having a surplus of grain is a guarantee of food and a positive for survival. Not having to constantly worry about procuring food by hunting or fishing, man was able to shift his attention to pursue greater goals, which I think we find more interesting.

I do not think these were devised by a ruling class as one did not exist. Inability to work with undocumented citizen is the reason for homelessness. If police had total control on procedure of working with people without documents, such as putting people at work in camps, providing them food and commune for a shelter, they could get rid of it in no time.
Fast forward 20-40 years and governments won't be able to work even with paper documents and require digital passport and mobile phone to even enter a house. By that time issue of homelessness will skyrocket thousandfold. However rich you are never vow to never be homeless or go to prison.
First bureaucracy was an issue.
Then it will be digitization of citizenship.

Ok, so we are INSIDE a slave system. What we need to do is ensure that slavery is TOO EXPENSIVE for the slavers. In order to ensure that slavery is too expensive it has to be a zero sum game. To be a zero sum game we have to recognize that it is a struggle to the death ALL THE TIME in order to defeat them. Either we have to die in the struggle or they have to be killed.
Slavery is death (see COVID bioterrorism) and all the bioterrorism that will happen in the future because they aren't going to stop genetically altering you 'at some specified date' in the future.
If someone tries to have power over you either you have to die or they have to die (all and every possible and conceivable method you could dream of is acceptable; poison, ax, bullet, reverse bioterrorism, knife, STD) or you have to die. The middle ground, slow grinding slavery (usury, torture, police, genocides, child rape, etc), can never be made acceptable under any circumstances. The 'cost' for slavery is death of the slave or of the 'master'. This is the only way forward for humanity.

Might be a shitty question, but what about the people who "unconsciously" are slavers or slaves ? I talk here about the people who've always lived in the corporate society and go by their rules without even thinking out of this box, like your local butcher who employs other people to help him, or your other local wagie who is fully in the concept of compliance without pressure and wouldnt see himself doing better. That philosophy needs more nuance for the ignorants, we've only talked about the big bad guys so far, but not about the many concepts of manipulation that exist and that can convince a slave that he isn't one and might even get angry at the people who tell him what he really is.
If ever you haven't and that interests you, read the works of Joules and Beauvois and other social psychologists who works around compliance psychology, it's really useful.

I will warn you anon that I am not a 'typical libertarian' though as I believe one of the root psychological reasons for acceptance of slavery is rooted in humanities treatment of animals so I do not believe in animal slavery either. I want a clean break from this paradigm on every level and so did Hitler, honestly. He mentions it in Mein Kampf that he wants something more for humanity (their freedom) but that he recognizes that they are not capable of reasoning through their own enslavement yet. I think if he felt he had a choice he would have chosen liberty for humanity. I see this as a fatal flaw in his reasoning since he is still trying to protect the weak rather than focus on what can and desires to survive. This concept 'desire' here is vital. As I said before 'civilization' has allowed humanity that had no will or desire to live to be dragged along in its wake when those genetics should have been weeded out long ago through the trials of being alive on this planet under natural circumstances.
He had the luxury of deciding to continue with the slave system since we were still 30% of the world population. We (I) do not. We are 4-7% and declining. If people want to survive the only way to do so is not cooperating with DEATH…literal death, according to biblical sources. The 'fall from Eden' was about becoming domesticated by 'enslavement'…as you can clearly see that slavery comes as the 'punishment' for Adam as a result of 'Sin' (listening to the globohomo Moon God).

It is also a question of 'lesser aggression' as well. See those totals above are an extremely small fraction of the people that globohomo has slaughtered in the last 200 years (going back to their origin you can see that they have slaughtered well over 1 billion, perhaps 2 billion with the collateral damages of depression, starvation, destruction of survival skills and destruction of the environment).
In the weighing of 'taking human life' what is better? To kill the tiny fractional minority that is ordering the death of millions or to kill the millions? Which carries the greater weight of karmic debt for the soul and for this planet?
If you (and all of humanity) turned on anyone who gave you the order to enslave/genocide another through unwarranted aggression then the numbers of those murdered on the earth would be greatly reduced.
Also, I know it seems 'pie in the sky' reasoning but if we are ever going to expand into space/other planets we need human resources and we can't keep killing off the population since we need incentive to grow outside the planet. People have to be in optimal psychological health for space to even be possible. I think I have the exact opposite view of the situation. I would say that you can only live if you are really free to do, be and think whatever you will. I would posit that people who are afraid of the ideology are the ones who are at peace with their continued death and that people who wish to fight it wish to continue in life. How strange to live in a place where desiring freedom is a 'death penalty' offense.

There is something really strange about all of this. The underlying method of operations in this 'system' is always death and killing.
